"This restaurant has a fantastic location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. The service was excellent, although there was a small issue with the app offer availability. The menu offers a wide range of options for both takeout and dining in, with lunch being a popular choice. The price per person ranges from £1-£10. The food was rated a 4 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both received a perfect score of 5. Vegetarians will be happy to know that there is a large selection of vegetarian dishes available, and they come highly recommended."

"Awful staff in the restaurant who think that when it’s busy, the bare minimum effort is required. Asked a member of staff if we could have one of the few available tables free wiped over as they was all filthy and was met with just a look of disgust from the employee for having the cheek to ask. Toilet facilities are so disgusting that diners in the restaurant were warning others not to use them. Various delivery drivers in the store queue up at the collection point and block people from getting their food whilst they impatiently wait for their orders however staff behind the counter just shrug the shoulders and expect you to acrobatically retrieve your order instead of asking them to move despite me already asking them and being ignored. It is a shame because the food as good but the service inside and the factions themselves including the seating area are appalling and should only be allowed to serve via drive through until they can put a plan in place to maintain some level of cleanliness (just like McDonalds)"

"My husband place our order.... waited and waited.. people after him came and went. He asked at counter only to be told his order hadn't gone through the system so had to wait again. Girl rushed around getting order together but then no chips ready so a further wait. Not our usual kfc... small chicken portions and no wipes, serviettes or salt put in bag. Awful and KFC Basildon we will not be visiting again..."

"Stopped by The Olive Branch on a Sunday lunchtime after being in Stamford for the weekend. I used to live in the area and remembered how nice it was and wondered if it had changed. It did not disappoint. The small car park was full but parking round the corner in the idyllic village of Clipsham isn 't a drama. The pub itself is stunning, with seating inside and out. There was a good selection of ales wines and spirits behind the bar and even had its own shop where you can purchase some of the produce sold or used in the pub. I really did not expect to get a table on a busy Sunday however the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and despite being very busy with a lot of tables visibly booked, managed to sort us out a table for three in a very short time while we ordered drinks at the bar. The menu and food that followed was all truly exceptional. The execution and presentation of the dishes were like nothing I have experienced before outside major cities. I 'd also like to re-emphasise how accomodating and friendly the restaurant manager and waitresses were. All were extremely talkative and seemed to go out of their way to make conversation rather than the usual 'read from a script ' found in other places. It was an amazing book-end to a weekend spent away and both me and my partner have not been able to stop talking about it since getting home. Am sure we will returning soon but will try and be more considerate and pre-book next time ; Thanks again to all the staff at The Olive Branch."

"On a bad day the music in here will be louder than a concert, you can't hear yourself think. I don't know if someone complained but last time I went there was no music. That may well be down to that or simply that it was DJ cashier's day off. The food is the same as any KFC in uk, it's gone downhill and this restaurant can't be blamed for that, they literally just heat the food up. KFC chicken does not taste the same like it did 20 years ago. The pieces are smaller and the price is higher, always a NO NO. The chips are quickly becoming legendary by how poor they are, why change from the McDonald's type ones, there was no problem? One has to wonder if this is to save money somehow. Anyway this shop has staff in it anyone with an IQ bigger than 50 would want to avoid, and they are cooking your food, oh God!"

"The staff at this restaurant is lovely and provides excellent service. I tried the spicy cow sandwich and it was amazing! This was my first time here, but I am certain it won't be my last. The menu mainly consists of sandwiches and baked goods, but they also offer locally brewed coffee and delicious cakes and cookies. The ambiance of the restaurant was great with beautiful music playing in the background to create a relaxing atmosphere. It seemed like a popular spot for people on their lunch breaks. I really enjoyed my experience here!"

"Visited for the first time here yesterday and was immediately impressed with the excellent customer service . We turned up 10 mins before opening, as a large group of 9 kids and 7 adults without booking and was so impressed that they opened the doors early for us as it was so cold waiting outside (without us asking) All the kids loved the big choice of reasonably priced waffles, crepes and flavoured ice creams . Have been to Creams several times too but Twists is definately on par food and staff wise , if not better . Will definately be returning soon to Twists ...Thanku "
