"The restaurant is newly renovated. While it might just be a KFC, I only ordered the boneless chicken and corn on the cob, and both were exceptional. The chicken was clearly freshly prepared, served piping hot, and had that signature KFC coating that was wonderfully crispy. Compared to other KFCs I’ve been to, which have sometimes been disappointing, this one truly stood out. I really hope they can maintain this high standard moving forward."

"When we walked into the restaurant, we noticed there were no other customers present, making it quite quiet. My friend went to the counter to place her order while I made my decision. Once she had ordered, the staff informed her that if she waited a bit longer, she would receive a free dessert. She agreed and we waited for my order. The staff, although friendly, seemed a bit disorganized and took a while to take my order. After my friend received her food and was given the free dessert, I asked about my order and was also offered a free dessert to compensate for the wait. It became clear to us that they were encouraging us to accept the free desserts in anticipation of the long wait for our food. Unfortunately, when we finally received our meals, they were cold, overcooked, and completely unappetizing. Despite the quiet atmosphere and waiting time, the food did not seem to be freshly prepared to order as we had hoped. As individuals who work in the hospitality industry, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, especially since this was supposed to be a quick and tasty meal for us as budget-conscious students trying to save money by eating at home."

"we booked an early table when we had a child with us, but the service was long and exhausted. the meal huh goujons of the child for a 5 year old were raw and we had to send it back to be cooked. the lammregal was less tasteful with really arranged tasting engraving. the egg of the child came out without cookies. over everything it was very hit and miss with others dressed cold. the last thing that wasn't good was that all toilets were out of order and the whole restaurant, waiting staff, bar staff and kitchen were all on toilet, which was disabled with baby change and it was dirty and unhygienic."

"booked 2 months in advance as a birthday contract marokko is one of our favorite places on the earth (because it visited 4 or 5 times between us), Moroccan cuisine absolutely up there as one of the best kitchen in the world. This restaurant had incredible...Overviews so that everything made sense. the dining room seemed pretty dirty and sterile not much in the way of soft furniture, wall decoration or other small extras to give a North African feeling, but everyone was very welcoming. starter (bastilla and Filo packages) were both incredibly blasphemy and almost tasteless, without the subtle aromen one would expect. the mains were as inspiring. a selection of vegetarian and seafood were all sufficient, but not very inspiring. the al fassia couscous (not served by a tagin, but gilded) was without asking the worst cousin pornstar I had ever had in a special restaurant that was as surprising as it was disappointing. while the vegetables should be slowly cooked and soft, they were boiled to a mosque. the Merguez sausages and (incredible) even the chicken had both parts that were hard and crusty similar when eating the morning in a microwave is heated too long. and the lamb was soft, but it was lacking in any taste. I left the whole court. the owner/manager kindly took off the cousin from the bill, but the evening was one of the great expectations and bitter disappointment."

"I researched coffee shops in Canterbury before visiting chose Garage Coffee over all of them. Inside the coffee shop is nice- the tables, chairs, shelving, decor all suited the vibe. It was “busy” at the time of my visit- not queues, but they had a few orders on. I waited a few minutes to be served. I ordered a take away coffee- flat white, £3.20. Fine. While waiting, I read their menu. 10p for a take away cup. Odd? Just include this in the price automatically? Coffee was really nice. The barista was very good I could see he cared about making coffee. I always appreciate this."

"I’ve been meaning to write a review of this place for some time...tucked away behind the shopping centre, I and my family come back here every time we visit Leicester town centre. It’s a cosy and friendly little place where you can get a great cuppa (my mum can vouch) or a good coffee. We’ve had fabulous breakfasts, light lunches and delicious late afternoon meals (the carbonara is a particular favourite) all beautifully cooked with good ingredients. The service is very friendly, the chef is really good and although we have waited a little while for our food on one or two occasions, the wait has never been excessive and it’s because it is cooked to order and arrives piping hot. The decor is eclectic and they support local artists with art for purchase on the walls and other bits and pieces for sale, if you like a browse as you wait. Highly recommended."

"We have been ordering from this restaurant frequently over the past few years and have recommended it to many people. However, our opinion changed after our experience last night. I ordered a custom pizza with four toppings - black olives, sweet peppers, pineapple, and pepperoni from their website. There was a section for special instructions where I specified that the pepperoni should only be on half of the pizza because my wife and daughter are vegetarian. I called the restaurant immediately after placing the order to confirm this with a polite young lady. When the pizza arrived, I discovered that the pepperoni was spread all over the entire pizza. I called the restaurant again and spoke to the same lady, who informed me that having toppings on only half of the pizza is considered an additional charge. I was frustrated as this was not communicated to me earlier. I spoke to the manager who was dismissive and unapologetic, insisting that I contact the website for further assistance. Despite my wife's efforts to explain the situation, the manager refused to provide a proper solution and even threatened to block our number. The customer service was extremely lacking and we were left feeling disappointed and disrespected. We do not recommend ordering from this restaurant unless you want to risk a similar unpleasant experience."

"I went here for a bottomless brunch with some friends as a reunion after uni to catch up. It was great, food was awesome and the drinks were excellent. After our allotted time we stayed in the venue for the rest of the night and had rounds of two for one cocktails. I found that the under the sea cocktail with an edible mermaid tail sweet was my favourite. I will definitely be going back when I'm in Cardiff next"

"Stopped by The Olive Branch on a Sunday lunchtime after being in Stamford for the weekend. I used to live in the area and remembered how nice it was and wondered if it had changed. It did not disappoint. The small car park was full but parking round the corner in the idyllic village of Clipsham isn 't a drama. The pub itself is stunning, with seating inside and out. There was a good selection of ales wines and spirits behind the bar and even had its own shop where you can purchase some of the produce sold or used in the pub. I really did not expect to get a table on a busy Sunday however the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and despite being very busy with a lot of tables visibly booked, managed to sort us out a table for three in a very short time while we ordered drinks at the bar. The menu and food that followed was all truly exceptional. The execution and presentation of the dishes were like nothing I have experienced before outside major cities. I 'd also like to re-emphasise how accomodating and friendly the restaurant manager and waitresses were. All were extremely talkative and seemed to go out of their way to make conversation rather than the usual 'read from a script ' found in other places. It was an amazing book-end to a weekend spent away and both me and my partner have not been able to stop talking about it since getting home. Am sure we will returning soon but will try and be more considerate and pre-book next time ; Thanks again to all the staff at The Olive Branch."

"Dim sum lovely had a couple of prawn versions, though extremely hot so let them cool down a bit staff should warn customers. Tom yum soups very disappointing we had the salmon one and the prawn one. In both cases the salmon and prawn had not be seared, seasoned nor marinated, so they were just plonked in the soup plain boiled, very bland. The soup base was OK but definitely not an authentic Thai taste. Massive dining hall we were the only ones in there on a weekend."

"We had dinner at this restaurant yesterday and it was great. Being a local Bicester resident, we've not visited restaurants on this side but we were glad we visited. They offer a great locally sourced 3 course menu for dinner but we went for 2 courses only as we were heading for a movie. I ordered the meat of the day which was steak with spinach which was great. My better half ordered the fish of the day and they were nice to customise the dish so she could have the salmon with beans and potato. The food arrived fairly quickly and the taste was great. The staff were excellent and surprised me for my birthday with an Eton mess dessert. Would visit again and highly recommended!"

"Disgusting location. Took payment 3 times for a pizza I didn 't even get. Clearly website technical issues. I called up to get help. He couldn 't even understand anything I was saying. I explained multiple times I 've been charged 3 times and the pizza hasn 't even gone through. He kept saying £3 for a pizza? So I asked if I could please speak to someone else. I got a manager who got very annoyed with me, shouted what do you want me to do about it ? Disgraceful. He acted like he was the aggrieved in this situation. I called a few days after and got Darren who is always polite and can understand me. He said he can 't help and to get a refund from my bank. I called my bank and they said they can 't do anything until 15 works days have passed. I don 't believe that Papa John 's couldn 't have helped me get a refund. If I was rude and impolite I could understand the reluctance to help me but I was understanding and polite. I 'm now annoyed as I 've been charged near £60 for a pizza I didn 't receive and have to wait weeks to even get my money back. Most can 't go without that amount of money in the current climate. And I find it awful they just don 't care about their customers or circumstances. I 've been a customer for years, I don 't feel valued and won 't order again."
