"First time I've used B&B's, and I've not been disappointed. I decided to swing by on my way to work, to have a Burrito for my lunch, at work (over in Portsmouth) The Burrito I had was the chicken fajita. It was RAMMED full of food, and well packed. It had been double wrapped too, ready for an extended journey! When I got to finally eat it 2 hours later it was still lovely and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend this place. The property itself is very clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. Great value and all ingredients are very clearly fresh. I'll be visiting again, and likely to make it a Friday lunch treat when this period of my shift comes around again!"

"Took going to the front desk twice to get the tv fixed in the room. Initially they sent in housekeeping to try to fix it, then a gentleman around the front desk came in and reset the channels. Waited roughly 4-5 hours. Beds are a little hard, but I am used to memory foam, so may be good for people used to a conventional mattress. Shower is amazingly hot and perfect with a shower head that actually has pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, and very good orange juice. Overall, perfect location for us and easy to get to from London via coach. Rooms: Little small, but efficient for needs. Walkability: Easy to get to from coach, restaurant/pub nearby, and convenient mart in walking distance. Food drinks: Room service available, breakfast with juices and coffee."

"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The potato-leek soup was amazing and the Bibb lettuce salad was refreshing. The table was split on the monkfish – one person thought it was great, but another felt that the tastes didn't quite mesh. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."

"We had friends over and wanted them to experience a traditional British Afternoon Tea. We found the offer for Hilton's Afternoon Tea, while we past the hotel the day before. The booking of the table was simple. We arrived 15 minutes prior our scheduled time but we were seated immediately. Our friends eat Halal which we forgot to book, in advance. However, the chef came to our table, introduced himself and asked for their wishes as an alternative. The extraordinarily friendly waitress brought our teas straight away; the Afternoon Tea snacks came a couple of minutes afterwards. The food was amazing!!! Especially tasty were the scones. They were served warm with the clotted cream and jam (just like in the traditional Afternoon Tea). The price, which is already quite cheap, included the traditional Afternoon Tea and two servings of tea per person. Overall, we were very pleased and totally recommend going to the Hilton Hotel in Cambridge for a traditional, affordable Afternoon Tea with Halal alternatives and a great service!!"

"We had gone for afternoon tea for our birthday and had stated that one of us was vegetarian and the other was pescatarian on our notes when placing the booking. We were greeted by the restaurant manager who referred to our booking and we mentioned again our requirements and she fully understood this. We sat down and was greeted by the waitress who was very pleasant and offered us the tea menu which was amazing, however when bringing out the sandwiches, both sandwiches appeared with meat on them. When we spotted this, she apologized and went back to the kitchen. We then had to wait another 20 minutes for the sandwiches to come out. The Pescatarian came first and had one tiny piece of rocket with the salmon, then the vegan sandwiches came out. All 4 sandwiches were cream cheese and cucumber. All 4! Considering this is a 5* hotel, this was ridiculous to pay £22.50 for 4 of the same simple sandwiches and on top of that, the bread was stale. We made another complaint about the bread and 20 minutes went by and we were given brand new sandwiches. The vegan sandwiches had changed with a selection of sandwich fillings that were much better, after approaching the waitress to explain it was ridiculous I was paying £22.50 for the same sandwiches I could make at home. The bread was still stale, but after 3 attempts of getting sandwiches we just gave up. The Manager of the restaurant was very sweet and her customer service was outstanding. She came over and apologised about the mix up, offered us some champagne or mocktails (we were over the whole experience and just wanted to leave), gave us her business card and said that the afternoon tea was on the house. The whole experience was dreadful, I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is a shame as the manager's customer service was really good, however the whole experience was just ruined."

"Popped in for a Sunday afternoon lunch and spotted they do roast dinners which sounded great. Nice little venue with lots of natural light and cute building. I had picked this place as locally it said they had good gluten free options. Decided on a pork roast as is was listed as GF and double checked with the server about the gravy etc that was listed with the meal. However when it was brought to the table there was a huge Yorkshire pudding plonked on top which wasn't supposed to come with the pork, luckily its not an allergy for me but for anyone that is coeliac I would be careful with the menu. Pork was smothered in rosemary and half way through eating actually made me feel quite sick from the sheer amount. Roast potatoes were fine and veg was nice. Toilets were also not very clean, however the staff we encountered were friendly and the service was good. Better training for staff for allergies/intolerances or update on menu would be beneficial."

"I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT We went to avail an offer which stated 50% discount on selected menu along with kids meal free also selected menu . We ordered accordingly , waiter took the order and served us. After having food , went to the till and paid the bill. As soon as I paid, I realised they didn’t include any discount nor removed the kids meal from the bill despite knowing that we went there to avail an offer. Upon asking the manager told us that it was our responsibility to inform the lady at till before paying that we need to avail the offer. Though while ordering we already told the waiter who brought us dishes and should have made our bill accordingly. I asked them for a refund and to my surprise I was blatantly refused. I was told “ sorry we can’t do anything now “. The manager sounded really rude and it felt like they didn’t want to help and intentionally ripped us off. To be honest I never liked their food as it’s over rated, prices are ridiculously expensive taste is not something that I would want to go back for. I only went because of the offer and realised that not only I was given bill which should have been discounted , I was also refused any kind of refund by being rude to me and my family ."

"Cocotte is the best place to eat in Notting Hill ! As a french expat, the flavour in the meals reminds me home. Their roasted chicken, truffle mash, or even truffle mac&cheese are just gorgeous ! Plus, the place has been decorating with a great deal of taste. The manager of the place is an amazing women, and the service is perfect. "I’ve never had a bad experience at the quarter their decor is very cool and unique and their food and drinks are always made to a very high standard. They have an impressive amount of vegetarian and vegan options on both their daytime and evening menus (bagels, sandwiches, pasta, curry, salad, nachos, burgers etc) as well as dedicated vegetarian and vegan menus for their tapas nights on a Thursday and offer different plant-based milks for hot drinks. They genuinely have something for everybody only criticisms are that their portion sizes can be rather big so make sure you’re hungry !!"

"If you enjoy chicken, then you have to check out this restaurant! 1. The chicken at Hamn is amazing. The Waku Waku series, especially the mushroom-coated steaks, are delicious. The rice is perfectly cooked and the chips are a bit too heavy, but still tasty. The portion sizes can vary from day to day, sometimes being impressive and other times not so much. Kids love the chicken fillet and parmesan dishes. 2. There are plenty of seats, although some may have limited legroom. 3.
