"the crazy eating served quickly in a fast food style, but with all the feeling of a gourmet restaurant! the burgers were absolutely incredible; fresh and tasty, and stacked high with beats! the fries were also devine, with the cajun seasoning really grab a stamp on the palte! the milkshake was also amazing, with generous amounts of whipped cream and sauce above! overall, the portion size was both the burger, the side and the drinks the peak value, and the prices for individual items are more than reasonable. definitely recommend and will definitely return in the future, and it is good to see smashburger have a series of locations in Great Britain!"

"I have bit in the bullet and managed to get the app to work. Sitting in the restaurant ordering a coffee. It displays on the board. At which stage I'm told they have no coffee cups.. My question . How do I get my money back. .. After 5 minutes of farting around being told to look on this app and check my emails... I asked to see the manager... Well they never came back. Eventually one of the servers who could tell that I was getting rather. Pussed off and gave me back my money... The fact that they received my order.. but couldn't fulfill it.. I ended up trying to resolve it myself using a. Useless app .... I would expect the shop to resolve it instead of me messing around on the app.. (Ie take charge of the issue) I'm happy for burger king to contact me about this awful experience.... But I bet you don't bother.. I recommend the lad who resolved this issue- because he had the initiative and brains to resolve it by returning my money. God knows what the server did when she left the desk... Possibly still waiting for me to leave???"

"I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After placing our order, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the parking lot before our food was finally delivered. The kids were starving by the time we got home. To make matters worse, one of the main meals I ordered was incorrectly prepared as a child's portion, and both burger dishes were cold. "Ordered online via just eat from Fort Kinnaird branch. Ordered meal deals and no drinks were delivered. No contact for the restaurant, you can only notify just eat but because the drinks were part of the meal deal there was no option to get a refund for these items on their own. So they get your money but don't provide the goods with no recompense. This isn't the first time they've failed to deliver what we ordered with items missing or provide the correct order. Won't be ordering online again. Edited in response to owner's reply I will not be contacting your burger king support line. How about providing a more transparent system to get these issues resolved in the first place without the customer having to jump through hoops for things to be rectified. Like I said it's not the first time this has happened, you've had your chance and I am choosing not to use you again."

"Not going to lie. All their chicken burgers MIGHT be the best burgers I've had. (Controversial opinion) it might even beat the McDonald's Big Mac. The first time I had it. "only had a really nice lady take our order, was very polite and had a smile on her face, although the place was really busy. some hammered a few people behind us decided to give their mourning, because the poor soul had to go up. great example for his young daughter with respect and tolerance. to the manager I had a nice burger and would appreciate it if they could thank their team tonight for their service. including their very busy ladies cleansing and cleaning tables. I thank her when we were gone, but I'm sure it would mean more of them."

"The restaurant is clean and the food is well-prepared, with efficient service and friendly staff. The only downside for me is the electronic menu screens, as they can be distracting when trying to decide what to eat. I had a negative experience 30 years ago with a flame-broiled burger at a similar restaurant, so this time I opted for a chicken burger which was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Despite this, I believe that every business needs repeat customers, and I may consider giving this restaurant another try in the future."
