"a very good burger (I had the signature flower burger today after the friendly cash for her recommendation.) Now is a good time to immerse as they have a meal deal for vegetarian month. Unfortunately, the wedges knocked on a star for me. they were a little hard and dry, but the wort on them were very nice. feels like a very high fast food joint! beautiful clean environment, cute device, and they offer to cut their burgers in the half that a great thumb of me with mobility problems"

"Ordered online via just eat from Fort Kinnaird branch. Ordered meal deals and no drinks were delivered. No contact for the restaurant, you can only notify just eat but because the drinks were part of the meal deal there was no option to get a refund for these items on their own. So they get your money but don't provide the goods with no recompense. This isn't the first time they've failed to deliver what we ordered with items missing or provide the correct order. Won't be ordering online again. Edited in response to owner's reply I will not be contacting your burger king support line. How about providing a more transparent system to get these issues resolved in the first place without the customer having to jump through hoops for things to be rectified. Like I said it's not the first time this has happened, you've had your chance and I am choosing not to use you again."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After placing our order, we had to wait over 20 minutes in the parking lot before our food was finally delivered. The kids were starving by the time we got home. To make matters worse, one of the main meals I ordered was incorrectly prepared as a child's portion, and both burger dishes were cold. "It's a shame, this Burger King should be packed to the rafters as the other restaurant is having a makeover plus it's the school holidays. But no, it's empty apart from the Deliveroo guys and I'm not surprised. Lack lustre staff who clearly hate working there, always forgetting to put items in the bag every time for the last weeks and having visited all Burger Kings in Aberdeen, not one could give me an Oreo golden shake on any occasion. Why advertise the blinking things if you don't sell them! Sorry but compared to McDonald's KFC, there's a lot of improvement needed. Even my Autistic Son (who has had me drive halfway across Scotland for the taste of a Burger King), has said he doesn't want to go back there next week. Shame."

" I am a big fan of Burger King, and the Blackburn location is the only one nearby. I have always had positive experiences at this branch, until today when I encountered the manageress, Jamie, during the day shift. While sitting by the window, I overheard her disrespecting and undermining her colleagues in a shocking manner. She is a terrible manager and lacks good customer service skills. On the other hand, the young man working at the till and on the microphone is fantastic and always adds some humor to our visits. It is unfortunate to witness how Jamie treated him and her other colleagues in front of us. As a frequent customer of this branch, I urge the management to either transfer, remove, or demote Jamie to a more suitable position and replace her with someone who truly values the customers. This visit was very disappointing and it is a shame to see such behavior at an otherwise great branch."

"only had a really nice lady take our order, was very polite and had a smile on her face, although the place was really busy. some hammered a few people behind us decided to give their mourning, because the poor soul had to go up. great example for his young daughter with respect and tolerance. to the manager I had a nice burger and would appreciate it if they could thank their team tonight for their service. including their very busy ladies cleansing and cleaning tables. "The restaurant is clean and the food is well-prepared, with efficient service and friendly staff. The only downside for me is the electronic menu screens, as they can be distracting when trying to decide what to eat. I had a negative experience 30 years ago with a flame-broiled burger at a similar restaurant, so this time I opted for a chicken burger which was satisfactory, but not exceptional.
