"The staff at this restaurant deserve more recognition for the tough conditions they work under. Many of them are under 18 and are pushed hard and spoken to disrespectfully by the managers. It's no surprise that no one working there seems happy. I'm giving 5 stars because the food is consistently fresh and hot, but the young employees deserve better treatment and appreciation."

"Takeaway is a joke always a long wait as they give priority to delivery orders and staff seem to stand around talking doing nothing. Customers are requently, asking for their money back and walking out. Orders are sometimes wrong or not properly customised I asked the other day for a Mac with no lettuce and got nearly half of one on the burger !!. I used to visit at least once a week but now will get delivery from another branch on Just Eat."

"Yum-o! simply fantastic! portions are large. juicy buns roasted to perfection, juicy seasoned burgers with very fresh tomato and salate. bier broken pommes were tuned by the family our ultimate favs! root bier float was creamy and tasty. our server was top score and just a really cool guy. try the becherhot three spiced patties, Swiss and cheddar cheese, screed and ketchup, six strips of speck, salat, tomaten, red tweebel ... with the side of the beer broken fries a tweebel ring and roast. clean the whole plate in 12 minutes or less their burgers on them they win a t-shirt and braid. my son, a 17-year-old young thought that everyone could do it, he could not even finish even garlic parm burger or all his riders. great place, must try."

"Been 3 times over school holidays they got my order wrong all 3 times ....one time ordered a double sausage MC muffin...gave me one patty went to counter and offered to give me a single Patti to put inside my mcmuffin ...I said no I want a fresh one plus I've had a bite and realised the mistake I want what I paid for ...the reason why they made a mistake the mangers are too busy thinking they are some kind of god like being stood about being cringey with other staff members...I know this because I stood and watched their behaviour s I feel sorry for the other staff that work there I really do ....I think that place needs a real good re-shuffle of management.......totally unprofessional attitude towards other members of there team"

"The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, with generous portions that are well-cooked and beautifully presented. There’s a wide variety of options available for any meal, and the coffee is also quite good. The seating is comfortable, and there’s enough space between tables, so it never feels crowded. The atmosphere is friendly, with both indoor and outdoor seating, and my dog was welcomed as well. I haven’t tried the vegetarian options yet, but given the chef's skill, I have high expectations that they will be just as tasty. I don’t have any dietary restrictions, but the staff appear very accommodating and eager to ensure everyone has a pleasant dining experience. As for parking, there’s a free car park located about 50 yards behind the square where the café is situated, which includes accessible parking spaces. Additionally, there’s roadside parking available on the main road in Killay, also around 50 yards away. The children I observed seemed to be enjoying their meals alongside their parents, indicating it’s a kid-friendly spot. The entrance and other areas are wheelchair accessible, with no steps and ample space between tables. For my lunch, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a delightful 5. I highly recommend the English Breakfast and the Crispy Chicken Salad Wrap. Overall, it's a great place with plenty of parking options!"
