"Takeaway is a joke always a long wait as they give priority to delivery orders and staff seem to stand around talking doing nothing. Customers are requently, asking for their money back and walking out. Orders are sometimes wrong or not properly customised I asked the other day for a Mac with no lettuce and got nearly half of one on the burger !!. I used to visit at least once a week but now will get delivery from another branch on Just Eat."

I usually go only to a mcdonald for dessert like eis, but today I went and got a caramel frappachino just to find out that the half of the cup was just ice. I barely got 10 sips of it and it was quite disappointing. one because before I also ordered a mcflurry, but they got the order wrong and gave me another taste.

Sick of this place getting my order wrong. It is every single time I order they get it wrong. And not only did they get it wrong today it tasted cold and unusually salty. Recommend anyone to avoid this McDonald's and instead take a trip to the one behind Lombardy park or westway cross retail park where the staff and quality of food are spot on. Church road McDonald's needs shutting down. What a bad apple to such a brilliant brand.
