"The worst experience i 've ever had in a nightclub. If I could give 0 stars I would. Decided to go here for my birthday after securing a free table, entry and drinks with a student Alist card. We got there early upon the advice of one of their staff via facebook message. We were seated but had to show proof of email confirmation twice to bring the drinks over. All was fine until about 2 hours later when we walked back over to the table to find another group sat there. After enquiring as to what was going on I was approached by the manager who informed me that he had resold our table to another group because we weren 't buying bottles for the table. There was absolutely nothing in the email or message I received from their staff that stated this as a prerequisite for keeping the table all night. When I complained that 's not what we were promised, his reply was 'I 'm the manager I can do whatever I like. ' Now that 's customer service for you!! I was treated in the most hostile manner and spoken to extremely rudely, it was almost as if he had come over geared up for a fight because he knew it was going to upset us. I cannot express how disgustingly I was spoken to for simply taking up an offer that was available. Upon moving from the table, we then discovered our coats that had been left there had also been removed. We asked a member of staff where they were, who directed us to the cloakroom where of course they were no where to be seen. We then found the same member of staff to tell him they weren 't in the cloakroom to which he simply shrugged. Regardless of the fact that we had obtained the table for free it was an offer the club was happy to promote, I still brought 20+ people in early to the club who were buying multiple drinks. If you aren 't able to follow through on it don 't offer it in the first place. Simple. We received no communication that informed us if we didn 't upgrade and left the table we would lose it, which if we had would have solved all the problems. Even despite this, the way the situation was handled was diabolical. If I had been approached and informed of the situation, there was another group wanting table service, paying full price, would we mind moving etc and offered us a drinks voucher or something I wouldn 't have been nearly as cross. I didn 't even get so much of an apology, not to mention the fact the whole **** reason I had VIP was because it was my birthday, which was totally ruined by the way. I will never set foot in this place again and I will make sure everyone I know hears about it. The rudest staff I have ever come across if you want to have a half decent night you 'd be better off in Wetherspoons."

"I came with my sisters on Sunday for bottomless brunch and it was amazing! Our server was Giudi and she was amazing, very quick and made sure we had a drink at all times! She was very friendly and made sure we had the best time! The food was also delicious, my sister has an allergy and they took it very seriously and made sure she would have tasty and safe food! Me and my sisters are also quite picky with food but enjoyed everything we had! The drinks were also so tasty, we especially enjoyed the Jamrock punch and the Raspberry Reggae, there was one drink we didn’t enjoy too much but we were able to send it back with no complaints and were quickly given a replacement! I highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Thank you to Giudi and the rest of the team!"

"This place needs a bit of a revamp. It is aldo a little cramped for our patty of 8. I had the escovich fish, to be honest it was a bit disappointing. I expected the fish to be seasoned up with onions pepper and the trimmings, but it was ok but not what I was expecting. The food was good and service too. The drinks seemed a little light on the alcohol content. They had no card machine, which was a bit inconvenient, but the cashpoint was not too far away. "There are plenty of options available at this restaurant, and you can easily identify the vegan choices because they are clearly marked on the menu, including the drinks! "If you don't know, then you NEED to know! Hands down one of the best Jamaican restaurants in Bristol. Large portion sizes and every bite is packed full of flavour! I had the Jerk chicken, oxtail and peppered steak it was out of this WORLD! All the dishes are served in front of you and it just makes you want to have them all! I can't believe I've only just found out about this place after all these years of trying out most of Bristol's caribbean restaurants! I will be back for sure! The service was great too!! "The atmosphere could have been much cozier. I believe that adding tablecloths to the tables would elevate the overall ambiance. I'm a bit disappointed after my visit. I ordered takeout, but they ran out of good rice and I was given the less desirable pieces from the bottom of the pot. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but considering I spent £15 on two meals and four drinks, I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I believe the restaurant owes me a better experience!"

"I was by the day when I was loading and went to check it out. I ordered the mutton curry and a part of jerk chicken. the food was finished with 5 minutes. I am glad that I took it home because I was in a chaos according to the jerk chicken- it was nice and I was comfortable away like a pig in the privag of my own house! the Mutton curry with rice bases was very good with lots of meat. a very good amount of food when considering that it was a small part. next time, I'll order a big one and ask for a few noodles. a punt if you have something else behind you."
