"Beautiful designed restaurant and bar near Leicester Square serving Aegean inspired dishes. We had Seabass Ceviche, Saganaki cheese with truffle honey, Taramasalata Tzatziki dips to start and for mains the sliced Roast Chicken with barley, and graviera cheese and Pastichio which is a Greek baked pasta with king oyster mushrooms and a cheese sauce. For dessert we shared the Lokma , fried dough balls with thyme honey, walnuts, and served with Madagascan vanilla ice cream. A very filling sweet! Prices are high but it is a central location and a good place for a date night and there is good music with different DJs"

"The food was decent, but the waiter was quite abrupt and overly persistent when taking our order. He seemed unhappy and, when explaining the appetizer to my friend, spoke to me in a condescending manner. As a 30-year-old woman, I found it inappropriate for him to suggest that he could stop talking because he was explaining it to my friend. Overall, the vibe was off, and I won't be returning."

"This is a really nice restaurant whose lunch menu provides great value for money. While it's not made clear on the lunch menu itself, you get both a starter and a main for £9. The portions were good sizes and we all thought it was really delicious and authentic tasting food. This is one place where we will definitely go to again. Shen’s is easy to foot from ashford international. it stamps it external autority on the high road to bring the hunters. once inside it has taste of odemsonicity. the cabins immediately drew my attention, which were open and comfortable. service was fast, helpful and smiling. the menu had arranged a good mix of traditional Greek and Turkish. eating was a good quality and fulfilled the expectations. I recommend the menu options for specials. the dishes described in this section offer aromen that are an atem of fresh air to the Turkish cuisine."

"The food is always incredible but they have got a new deal on the menu that means you get the equivalent of 3 extra sides, a cold meze annnnd a main, it's a deal for 2 tho for £40 but that's an awesome saving. My starter and main usually come to £19 so for the extra pound I get 3 extra sides. It's amazing!! This place is one of my go to favourite places to dine in Medway, hands down."

"The food was nice, the device was good, but we felt we were very hurried. Once we set ourselves, we got drinks, which is good, but then the waiter asked if we were ready to order. We have our starter and as soon as the last person is finished, our head was bought immediately. I felt we needed at least a few minutes to drop it. Once we finished our head, we were asked for Desserts. we had no desserts, but wanted a drink that was good, but we were also told when he bought them back, that the table was booked so that we had to hurry. I know they usually say 2 hours, but it even warned 80 minutes. In the future, I'll go to lunch if his less busy."

"We had heard such good things about meze, upon arrival the exterior of the restaurant is lovely. We got in to the restaurant and were sat directly in front of the door, awful placement for a table as the doors are constantly being open and shut and my partner and I were constantly blasted with cold winter air. I spoke to one of the wait staff and asked if we could move as it was an awful table due to being sat indoors and feeling as though we were outside, I was told she’d look and that was the end of it, we were then told we could move our table over which didn’t help and then left me back to back with another diner. We were left with a very obvious impression that they are far more interested in parties/group bookings. The restaurant is also very loud, but again that is more about the parties/groups so not really their fault. Overall, the food was fantastic and is definitely good value for money ; however the staffs lack of interest in their diners enjoyment was extremely disappointing considering we would love to eat there again, but there was only one table for two so we’d likely be stuck in front of the door blasted with wind again."

"This has always been my go-to restaurant in London. I hadn't been here for approximately 9 years and I have to say that everything has gotten better. The lady who served us today (13.2.24 around 2:25 p.m. has been a professional, she has treated us in an outstanding manner and with kindness all the time. "The service at the restaurant was a mixed bag. While two staff members were excellent with serving, the man who took our order seemed uninterested and made mistakes. We were not told when we made our reservation that there was a time limit of 90 minutes for each table, but due to slow service, we were able to stay longer. The female chef was fantastic and had to constantly remind the male waiter to check on us. The food was exceptional, but the restaurant lacked ambiance and felt more like a cafe than a proper restaurant."

"I ordered takeaway here for the 1st time was “stupidly” unaware of what the various sauces were called. The man serving was not helpful arrogantly questioned what language I was speaking as I didn’t know the correct sauce names (I am English btw! . I said my partner was French but I was clearly English and speaking it so didn’t understand why he asked that! As we waited for the food outside, he thought I was out of earshot and shouted “learn to speak English”. I went back to challenge him on this disgusting comment and he seemed surprised I had heard and then tried to blag he was making a joke! He was NOT! Just because I’m not upto speed on the official names of his precious sauces, it does not make it acceptable to be so rudely insulted or at least make sure they definitely can’t hear you! Safe to say we won’t be going back. Oh and the food was ****!"

"This lively little restaurant located right by the river was bustling with activity. The service was impressively quick, allowing them to accommodate a large number of patrons on a busy Saturday night. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. When I inquired about the higher price of a lamb dish at £26 compared to a more budget-friendly lamb stew with vegetables at £20, our waiter was able to convince me to try the dish - and I'm so glad he did. It turned out to be one of the most delicious meals I've ever had."

"We went to Del Aziz in Swiss Cottage on Friday night as we were staying in a hotel nearby. There was nobody else in there (could have been down to Summer holidays or people staying away because of the olympics). We had the set menu and a smoothie (highly recommend the smoothies). Great balance of vegetarian options. I am not a vegetarian, but really enjoyed the vegetarian dishes). We were very full by the end of the mains, but they were happy to box desert to take away. I don't know how they managed to keep such a large range of deserts when the place is so quiet, must be busier during the day! Finally, have to mention the pool. We had a table overloooking the leisure centre facilities. Very different! Gives you something talk about!"

"Chosen for its proximity to Hampstead Theatre and the good reviews (which must be from friends/relatives of the owners! we arrived at 5.40 to an empty restaurant, were totally ignored by the staff, saw a table with my name on it, eventually someone came over and bought menus but could not explain any of the dishes. Waited over 40 minutes for food which was cold and tasteless. Managed to get waiter's attention, said food was cold, she shrugged and walked away. I asked for the service charge to be deducted from the bill, this was removed without anyone even asking why! Why is this place featured on toptable? We would have had a better experience at Macdonalds!!"
