Ordered a takeaway !! they said 30 to 40 minutes for delivery chased them up 1 hour and 15 minutes later told its on its way! 16 minutes later it arrived COLD. The driver was very sympathetic and said he would get another delivery sent within 30 minutes 8 days later we are still waiting

Kept waiting far too long for a simple order of chips! No acknowledgement by staff, no apologies no updates and just when you think you’ve waited long enough they go ahead and serve others in front of you with the chips you were patiently waiting for. Need to learn the basics on how to treat customers. Rude!

This restaurant was a real gem. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the food not been even tastier and the portions being even more generous. We had the meze for two and loved the food. Couldn't manage any dessert so left very full for a very reasonabley priced meal. Will come back again when we're back in the area. Ron

My wife and I visited this restaurant last week and had a superb meal.Every dish we had was well presented, well cooked competently priced and delicious. It great to see your order being barbecued in front of us, and the end result is awesome. The beers were icy cold and the perfect partner to the food we ordered. In my opinion this is the best BBQ restaurant in the whole of Crawley, I have never had a bad meal here and I am looking forward to my next visit.

It's been a while since I last had a meal here, and I will not leave it so long before my next visit. Tonight's meal was superb, I had thd sea bream it was cooked to perfection, nice crispy skin and bright white tasty flesh. It was accompanied by a beautifully dressed salad and crispy chips. I was in heaven. The prices are very reasonable and the service is attentive. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Do give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

We had some of the best tasting food ever at this restaurant! I ordered the kleftiko stewed lamb dish and my son had the mixed grill. Both portions were very generous and tasted incredible, especially the lamb. The mixed grill and kleftiko were also served with a side of salad (fresh vegetables, beautifully presented) and bread (with a delicious smoky flavor). The ambiance was very relaxing, the service was prompt, and the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Asked nicely if I could use their toilet as my son was busting!! I was told we could and we previously had been in there before… Once I had finished in the toilet I left to noice my clothes were ruined by the amount of bleach in the toilets!!! No sign nothing! I told the staff and they became abusive and denying they even let me in there!! 4 men shouting at a lady on her own with a young child! My partner later on went down there and the manger became threatening! Disgusting staff!!

Had dinner at this restaurant tonight and as usual the meal was excellent, I really do think this is the Best BBQ restaurant in Crawley. We were greeted well by the owner who showed us to a nice seat. We ordered a selection of hot and cold starters which were delivered swiftly and tasted delicious. Our main courses were even better, the chips were hot and crisp, the salad was fragrant and fresh, my fish was cooked perfectly and my husbands chicken was well cooked and moist. The desert was rich and tasty. The food was top notch, the service was brilliant and we cannot wait to come back again in the near future.

I ordered takeaway here for the 1st time was “stupidly” unaware of what the various sauces were called. The man serving was not helpful arrogantly questioned what language I was speaking as I didn’t know the correct sauce names (I am English btw! . I said my partner was French but I was clearly English and speaking it so didn’t understand why he asked that! As we waited for the food outside, he thought I was out of earshot and shouted “learn to speak English”. I went back to challenge him on this disgusting comment and he seemed surprised I had heard and then tried to blag he was making a joke! He was NOT!
