"The outdoor terrace seating at this restaurant is nice and elegant, but I don't plan on returning. I found the restaurant host to be very rude as they initially refused to seat us outside or inside the restaurant despite it being only 10% occupied. After some arguing, they finally gave us a table outside with a very unpleasant attitude. The waiter, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful. The appetizers we ordered (Tomato soup, carpaccio, and salad) were all good. However, the main dishes (Risotto, tomato pasta, and lobster linguine) were served cold and would have been better if they were warm. We chose not to complain because we just wanted to finish our meal and leave. Overall, this experience left us feeling disappointed and unsure of the reason for the poor service, but it came off as snobbish and rude."

"Menu very limited, would have liked more meat and fish choices, also more vegetarian and rice dishes. Plenty of outside space was wonderful and choice of tables was lovely. However the table we were first shown to was overwhelmed with a disgusting smell from liquid presumably overflowing from blocked drains, which unfortunately ruined the enjoyment of our main meal, which we mentioned on several occasions, and were assured that repairs were in hand. We insisted on moving away from the reek for our desserts and had a lovely table in the garden. Staff were polite friendly and timely on the whole. Would visit again if menu was made more comprehensive and plumbing problems were resolved. A discount/refund for the inevitable spoiling of our dining experience would be appreciated, as our senses of smell and therefore taste were obviously negatively impacted."

"Wonderful afternoon tea experience in London. The staff is very friendly. There are options to sit at a regular table or around a coffee table with a sofa and chairs. We chose the latter and were very comfortable. They have wonderful options for vegetarians and our meat eating friend also enjoyed the experience. We were very full by the end of the meal. The tea is absolutely delicious! And there is also a piano player during afternoon tea that provides wonderful ambiance"

"Had a great first time experience, staff so friendly, food was delicious and I have had stomach surgery so the small plates were perfect for me. Our waitress was so nice, we were still drinking when the next guests for our table had arrived, our waitress said she could move us to a smaller table to let us continue with our visit instead of rushing us away. "The food is incredible! I had been to Turkey before, and I can confidently say that this is the best I’ve ever had! The meat is well-marinated, incredibly tender, and juicy. "I ordered takeaway here for the 1st time was “stupidly” unaware of what the various sauces were called. The man serving was not helpful arrogantly questioned what language I was speaking as I didn’t know the correct sauce names (I am English btw! . I said my partner was French but I was clearly English and speaking it so didn’t understand why he asked that! As we waited for the food outside, he thought I was out of earshot and shouted “learn to speak English”. I went back to challenge him on this disgusting comment and he seemed surprised I had heard and then tried to blag he was making a joke! He was NOT! Just because I’m not upto speed on the official names of his precious sauces, it does not make it acceptable to be so rudely insulted or at least make sure they definitely can’t hear you! Safe to say we won’t be going back. Oh and the food was ****!"

"The bartender was rude and disrespectful, making unprofessional faces and complicating a simple request. Her behavior was intentionally discourteous and unpleasant. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a negative review, and I have the support of two teachers and a former police officer. The pub itself is lovely with a great atmosphere, thanks to its small size, wonderful music, and friendly customers. However, my experience, along with similar feedback from others, suggests that this bartender should consider a different career, as she clearly lacks an understanding of customer service and poses a risk to the establishment's success."

"The appetizers and main dishes were satisfactory. However, the service was lacking as it would have been quicker for me to get up and retrieve the food myself from the kitchen. The wait staff showed little concern for us and seemed confused when we asked for anything. Our food was brought out at different times and we had to wait 30 minutes for pre-made desserts. To make matters worse, they added a service charge to the bill totaling over £200, despite not providing any alcohol or attentive service. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Great quality when it comes to food but I personally found the price to be a bit too much especially given the wait. I did come here regularly with my colleagues after work and enjoyed their whiskey and ice cream. I particularly enjoyed the consistent help of a young lad member of staff with glasses called Jake. Incredibly helpful and patient when it came to ordering and such. "Walking past the other morning and saw a que of people out the door and decided to see what the fuss was about so joined the que which staff moved along quickly along with clearing the tables and bring food from the kitchen. Seems to have alot of regular customers as staff knew alot of the orders before they spoke. Staff even managed a quick chat with some of the customers along the way. I had the house granola which had won a couple of awards and I can seen why when tasting it. My flat white was made by a young black haired man who defo worked out and as busy as it was had a design on the top of the coffee. Place was clean and vibrant and will I visit again when next in belfast."

"We had the set menu (but not the wine pairing and it was all excellent. Particularly liked the salmon with chorizo and beans. Wine list was pretty good too and we had a very nice Primitivo at a reasonable price (for London in a good restaurant! . You dine next to the bar which looks great and was fairly lively. Some live music was a nice background as we weren't too close to it. A particular thanks to all the serving staff who were friendly, attentive and very efficient."

"A really good eating experience with quality food and attentive pleasant staff. There is a choice of A La Carte or Table d’hote menu the latter being a reduced selection from the A La Carte menu but better value). The cost of the food and wine is reasonable. Our only criticism was that the chips weren’t real ie. sourced from frozen. They didn’t taste good. On balance I would recommend this restaurant for a good relaxing eating experience."
