"I am at a loss for words. My husband and I used to frequent this restaurant, but we haven't been back recently due to health issues. What has happened here? The staff is rude, lazy, slow, and simply unprofessional. It is clear that the new manager is not setting a good example for the employees. Wearing jeans and a hoodie, looking miserable and purposely ignoring customers because they don't feel like working. It's no wonder there aren't many customers here. I ordered two meals and had to change my order three times because of storage issues. When my food finally arrived, the fries were cold and my onion rings were missing. No one bothered to check on me or offer to fix the mistakes. The prices may be reasonable, but if the food is subpar, the service is unfriendly, and the staff is unprofessional, what's the point? It's a shame, as this place used to be beautiful."
