"I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was delicious with plenty of options, and there was no cross-contamination issue. Our server was knowledgeable about their gluten-free options, and he was right! I ordered a burger and fries, and he even brought a small bowl of gluten-free poutine for the table. The gravy in the poutine is also gluten-free. They have a separate fryer for the fries and the gluten-free buns are made by a local bakery and are soft and tasty. I am very sensitive to gluten (Celiac) but I did not have any reaction at all. It was a wonderful dining experience."

"I have ordered two meals tonight through JustEat and waited for 2 hours for the meal to arrive. The meal did not arrive so I have called Haks only to be greeted with a rude man on the phone stating the food had been delivered....I was confused by this as I've been home all night with the lockdown on effect and had not heard so much as a knock on the door let along the food being delivered. He said there was nothing he could do and that I would need to speak to the delivery driver. He refused to provide any details for the driver however and hung up on me. He seemed uninterested by the issue. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional and have now requested a refund through JustEat. I will not be ordering from here again in future sadly."

"The plant burger at this restaurant was great, served with a large portion of delicious seasoned fries. The kinder bueno milkshake was also quite good. However, my friend who ordered the meat burger and mac n cheese did not enjoy them. They make sure to use halal meat and chicken, but they do prepare pork based products in the same kitchen. The service was pleasant and our food was ready in just 10 minutes as they had mentioned."

"beautiful to have a vegan pub and the caledonia is well located when they participate in the local ghost hike afterwards. the menu has been based almost food style. we had the cckn wings a side order of chips, the katsu burger and salt and pfeffer chips. it was well presented and served quickly. the since then could do with something more seasoned - the aromen were mainly in the sauces and toppings. the texture was excellent. the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the feeling of something we are passing in vegan pubs. the toilets could be more clean and the decor was a strange, it is a burgundy color over everything except the walls that have green and yellow wallpaper. the furniture is uncomfortable and it does not make them want to stay there longer than they need. we are still to find a vegan pub that we often want."

"Not only do this BK drive thru never have food cooked food, you always have to park in the car park and wait for food to be bought to you, the other day we waited 20 mins until realising. No apology, lol the cold food was sitting there. The guy said sorry I forgot. Some days it’s full menu, some days it’s set. The staff are all unhappy at work, and do not take customer service seriously at all... busy talking , joking and being unprofessional. I mean in quiet moments nobody cares what staff does. The ethos of fast food doesn’t exist here. Illusion! We had a complaint as the guy taking payment thought it was okay.... to stare at us blankly in our faces whilst disputing paying separately (which we told the lady using the intercom) he actually took the payment back and walked away. Did not communicate with us. DISGUSTED. I work in Security, if I did this to you people whilst at work... how on earth would you have a sense of protection and guidance when you visit certain places. People are at work..... so you can help out share the load and complete the day together. It’s like there a relaxed family in there. The manger can’t even delegate. His attitude was a joke. I see last year someone took a photo of him to complain at how he couldn’t rectify his staffs mistake. Some people get these managerial positions because of who they know.... not there ability to smash it and turn over the store. Pitiful sorry and it took about 20 to charge and collect our food. Almost like he was trying to subtly make us pay. It’s not an option for you not to serve me as I am paying and have not trespassed. Like I shall also write to head office. It’s a great flagship store but all the locals laugh and complain at the service here. Needs one serious revamp and investigation into staff and their daily operations. I bet there would be cause for concern. So slack."

"Dirty Dogs (lov this name), we were served by a very nice lady called Michelle, and ate in. I had a chilli dog and my wife had a chicken wrap, both meal deals and a portion of chicken wings on the side, for £29.00. The portion sizes were generous and fulfilling, and to be fair we did not need the side dish. They have been serving hot food for 4 years now and it's a very popular place, defo worth a try if you are in the area or close by. They also serve desserts and have a wide selection of ice cream, again very reasonably priced considering the size of the portions. "Very disappointed. Been told so much on how fantastic the food and staff are we...group of 5..... decided to have lunch here. Really looking forward to it after reading the reviews. Unfortunately no disabled access at all. The only door was locked and staff couldn 't find the key !! Then the manager (I think) appeared and looked at me in my wheelchair and asked 'can 't you get in there! '......umm its a step....a step I can 't do in a wheelchair. "I was excited to try this restaurant after viewing the menu online and seeing the variety of vegan options available. I decided to order a beyond burger with a gluten-free bun, while my boyfriend opted for a regular beyond burger. Unfortunately, after waiting for 30 minutes, we were informed that they had run out of gluten-free buns. Instead, they offered us a deconstructed burger with extra salad and complimentary chips. The food took an additional 30 minutes to arrive, leaving us quite hungry. However, when it did arrive, we found it to be quite average and unimpressive. To make matters worse, we were charged nearly £9 for chicken nuggets we never ordered. Getting a refund for the mistake added to the hassle of the experience."

"I've been an Amazon user for over ten years and I use online shopping websites almost daily. Until now... I've never once left a review! For anything! The cost of the burgers, fries, drinks and/or hotdogs tended to put me off eating in this place....It's probably the most expensive fast food' joint anywhere in the UK. But having grown tired of cold burgers from Macdonalds and with the Burger King XXL Bacon Burger being just as expensive, I decided to give it a go. I had a double cheese burger with bacon. My first surprise was the choice of extra toppings. Everything from lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, ketchup, onions, jalapeños... That all comes included with the adverts used cost of the burger. Mine was £8.65 with mayonnaise and mushrooms. I waited about six or seven minutes for my number to be called. The staff were smiley, friendly and very Americany. . The burger came in thickly wrapped tinfoil. So if you wanted to take it home, it seemed as if it would stay pretty hot for a good twenty minutes. Not many first tastes' stay with me, but this one will. For the price, I expected it to taste like a little slice of heaven... I was not disappointed. The bread was extremely fresh, soft and doughy. The burgers were both tender and extra juicy. The two slices of American cheese were melted nicely (and didn't taste like rubber The generous six slices bacon were...Crispy!! The mushrooms and mayo just added to the flavour of what was, without doubt, the best burger I have ever eaten, anywhere. In total, I've spent close to a year in Florida over the past 20 years. The U S of A sure know how to make a burger! But even over the pond, I never found a burger that could even come close to the texture, flavour and quality of this little bad boy. There are no added salts or rubbish in the burgers, so I didn't get that sluggish' feeling after wolfing it down. If you're thinking it's expensive then you're right, it is. But if you're a burger lover... is it worth twice the price of a Big Mac or equal to the cost of a Triple Whopper? It's a. No-brainer. It's worth every penny. Not sure about the fries but you could always grab some for £1 from Macdonalds on your way out (they're about £4.50p in Five Guys). If you're in or around a Five Guys, go grab a double bacon burger. And if its at the Merry Hill branch in Dudley, West Mids, you'll probably find me in there... I'll probably be twice the size by then, but hey, I'll go out on a high. Peace y'all. Have a great day! "there is something special about a delicious burger. it can call them to this mystical place some “food heaven”.When, my friend chris and I visited handmade burger co. we were short on the time when we were just finished watching two films in the theater and were on the way to premiere another film, soon begin. so, fast eating seemed to be apt, and since the restaurant was close and seemed like a good choice, although none of us ever had been there, we decided to go for it, and what a wonderful decision that was considered to be./ right next to a channel in one of the most popular places of birmingham, brindleyplace, handmade burger co. was just asking her with the wahlris. when we sat next to the window, as we could observe that booting in the canal, after about a good ten odd minutes we decided to go over our food and just in the time, as, especially for me, mäuse started to wait the inside sides of my bauchs to gnawen./ handmade burger co. works on the order and pay first format that can go in all honesty. the eating is served at the table, taken by friendly staff and the possibility of the groundless soda, I could some exercise, though by too foot to sodabrunnen, between all munching./ I had ordered the Greek burger with extra speck because you know, speck, and was quite satisfied with the size of the burger. the rolls were soft (read it again and think about food and nothing else they pervert) and the combination of a juicy and perfectly boiled lammpatty with feta cheese etc. was perfect. it was one of those times where I did not enjoy a spicy with the burger, and that always say a lot about eating.Along with the burger we had ordered a side of hand-cut chips that are very recommended for cooking just right and are of the right size that gives them a homemade feeling. chris then worked his magie and added some vinegar, salt and pepper to her all tastier./ unfortunately, as we were in a hurry, that did not last long and maybe I could not give the food the right time to enjoy it properly, but nevertheless it was one of the quietest lunches ever. "Yesterday, I went with my family, to the Swans for a roast. My family have been going there very regularly. When we went to get our carvery, we noticed that all of the vegetables we yellow and insipid. When I ate the beef, it was so chewy I nearly choked on it. My daughter couldn't eat hers and both my parents did not take any vegetables. I never complain. But, I thought about it and I thought well if I spoke to them about it, it would give them the opportunity to put it right. They were very rude and would not talk to me. Although the chef, explained that vegetables are allowed to be kept on the hot plate for 40 minutes. And the vegetables were not even covered up. Last night I was sick with food poisoning. Very disappointed with their customer service. The fact that the restaurant area was almost empty, can mean only one thing, that they clearly have customers to waste."

They offer a variety of options such as Beyond Meat burgers, fried seitan burgers, loaded fries, sides like popcorn tofu and mac n cheese, and even churros for dessert. I visited with a friend and we shared the big Uvee burger, Cluckin' wafer fries, and mac n cheese. The burger was delicious - the Beyond Meat patty was a great start, and the toppings really made the flavors pop. The Cluckin' wafer fries were huge and tasty, and the mac n cheese was solid.
