Brook Green - Menu

my office was close to brook green garden and while I passed through this cafe outlet to get my morning coffee with double cheese sandwich. the taste was good and the food price was average.

this is a basic caffe, where you can have 'snackable' species of eating, which does not really taste like everything, really. on the other side: they get a lot of food for a reasonable price. if you're looking for that, this is your place.

I love this place because it is inconspicuous and does not try to be anything other than yourself. no about the best healthy options or any fuss. simple breakfast and more reasonable price. what more you can expect from a small piece of heaven. View menu

Popped in to this little gem of a place as been past many times and as was working around the corner had to be done very friendly and not over expensive a good variety to pick from there's your normal set breakfast to main old...school meals to choose from deff worth a visit 8/10 Yo man

Ordered my breakfast, queried my order. Staff were so rude I didn't even bother to stay and eat my food. I've lived in the area for the past seven years and this is a local I will never step foot in again. I've tolerated the...staffs rudeness in the past. Four years ago Brook Green was more of a Pub even though food was served there. Now with a stunning new make over Brook Green looks like somewhere you would want to eat. The wall decorations and seating are fabulous giving the dining area an...up market atmosphere. Decided to stop in for the all day breakfast at 5:55pm...moments before the posted closing time, that I hadn 't noticed. Owner was very apologetic about not being able to serve me. I came back the next morning and had a wonderful meal. The food was...good and the prices were better. Very friendly and attentive service. Great to find a restaurant that focuses on producing great value breakfasts without trying to be clever.

I noticed that some of the bad reviews for Brook Green Café were actually for some of the other places close to it, which is unfortunate because it is being tainted by lazy angry people. So I thought i 'd redress that. The food is cheap...and cheerful, just what you want from a proper caff. The staff are all friendly, and you know they work all hours to prepare the day for the customers.They do try to cater for a more 'refined ' taste but its the fry ups and roasts that get most peoples vote.

Brooks, as this cafe is better known by, is a popular spot for post-school drop coffee mornings, so is always quite buzzy. It is fairly child friendly, although there aren't really games or activities for little ones. The food is delicious and looks amazing, but...wow, the prices!! We had a babyccino (frothed milk in a little espresso cup with chocolate sprinkles and marshmallows), a croissant and a coffee...for £7.50! For lunch a main course dish of half a roasted potato skin filled with, well potato and cheese and some seasonings and a salad costs around £8. i feel for the staff who have to tell people the prices, but in an area with several private schools most are happy to pay, so I gues...
