"You know, it's funny. I'm not really a fan of cookies. I can easily pass by other popular cookie shops without a second glance. But there was something about this place on Princes Street that caught my attention. It must have been the enticing smell that drew me in. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by the heavenly scent of fresh cookie dough. It was irresistible! I couldn't resist trying a few different flavors, all in the name of research, of course. The cookies were all amazing, with a soft, chewy texture and a deliciously indulgent center. If you're a cookie lover, this is a must-visit spot in Edinburgh. Pair it with a milkshake from a nearby shop and you're in for a fantastic day!"

"never was when he brought up big things about Bens cookies so it was super excited to try them. Unfortunately we are a-little under welled, the milkshake was disappointing we ordered keksteig, but tasted and looked like only milk, more like a vanilla milkshake in all honesty. When...as we hastened to make a quick sale, it was not busy) and there was a lack of help in making decisions when considering how we were not going. but cookie was perfect, could not be asked for a better cookie, was simply left sad by the other factors."

"I have been a loyal customer of Ben's for many years in Asia (Seoul and Bangkok) and typically visit the Covent Garden shop to buy my cookies. However, my recent experience at the shop was disappointing. The staff, especially the manager, seemed unfriendly and unprepared. When I arrived at 10:05am (the shop is supposed to open at 10am), I expected all the cookies to be ready, but some variants were missing. When I inquired about how long it would take, the manager responded with excuses like "we just opened the store." In my opinion, every good baker should wake up early to ensure everything is ready for customers, but it seems that Ben's staff do not adhere to this practice. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"Ben's cookies are pretty delicious! They have received a lot of praise from both Londoners and tourists alike. As a cookie lover, especially a fan of chocolate chip cookies, I can confirm that they live up to the hype."
"lover), I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The cookies were decent, but not the best I've ever had. The texture was a little too soft for my liking and the flavors were not as rich as I had hoped. Overall, they were tasty, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to have them again."
"Ben's cookies are delicious! They are highly recommended by both Londoners and tourists. As a fan of chocolate chip cookies myself, I can attest to their quality."

"Ben does some good cookies, so I’m more than glad they’re all around the place even here in Oxford. Ben’s Cookies are located in the Covered market and this branch offers the same, stomach-pleasing range. Prices seem cheaper (at least, I think it is) and the cookies seem a bit more thicker than the flattened ones in the city. In any case you always pay by the gram. We got there just before closing and I dug into the triple chocolate option. Mmm I love the sugary chocolate goodness, and the chewy texture reminds me of the cookies I didn’t use to bake."

"Amazing cookies! Really moist, delicious cookies freshly baked on premises every day."
