Always visit when in Bath. Fabulous cookies. Very rich, full of chocolate. Chocolate Orange is my favourite.

the house was newly built! was not so long, so it was a must. great service and good choice of cookies. the prices have risen since our last trip.

Once again we visited Bens Cookies, ins hidden down one of the narrow alleys through Bath City Centre. It's become one of those places where whenever we visit Bath, we HAVE to stop off and get some! Can't fault it.

Looking for a ‘pick me up’ for a family member who’d spent the summer revising we picked up a box of which included some freebies. The cookies are first rate. Their Covid precautions reassuring. Our son smiled for the first time in weeks ..great value!

in the side streets easy to navigate to use their GPS mapping software. this place produces great cookies. our only regret was that we chose the price when the cost was the way forward! we. do not always go for gooey squidgy cookies prefer cookies to have one bit to them, but these were wonderful, great choice and worth.

never was when he brought up big things about Bens cookies so it was super excited to try them. Unfortunately we are a-little under welled, the milkshake was disappointing we ordered keksteig, but tasted and looked like only milk, more like a vanilla milkshake in all honesty. When...as we hastened to make a quick sale, it was not busy) and there was a lack of help in making decisions when considering how we were not going. but cookie was perfect, could not be asked for a better cookie, was simply left sad by the other factors.

I absolutely love bens cookies, my boyfriend and I come to bens very often for their delicious treats, however; today I went in and the customer service wasn’t good at all. This can be forgiven as everyone has bad days but I asked for cookie...dough ice cream, when the lady gave me my ice cream it was brownie flavoured. I asked ‘what flavour is this’ as I was pretty sure it wasn’t and she said it was cookie dough and walked away. She lied, it wasn’t the flavour I asked for and I was left with something I had payed for but didn’t want. Ended up throwing it away. Nothing against the products, they are amazing but I’d appreciate getting the right product, especially after I’ve made the effort a...
