Stopped by for some cake once again and got an almond chocolate ganache cake which was extremely dry and not worth the money.

Always a delightful experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Delicious cookies and great that they have a vegan cookies.

Ben's Cookies is a fantastic spot to indulge in delicious treats. They have a wide selection of flavored cookies available at a reasonable price, making it a must-visit for cookie lovers.

Friendly staff, cute little unit, amazing food!! The cookies are simply outstanding and the accompanying drinks are similarly great. A wide variety of lovely flavours with soft inners and crisp outer shells. Obviously fairly niche but if your looking for cookies, a hot drink (milkshakes too) or ice cream then this is your place.

we are here a few times, recently discovered that they have many places in Britain. the cookies are so soft and tasty. they can go wrong with a milk chocolate cook, but they also have many other delicious sorts. I'd say, these are my favorite cookies that I've had since living in Britain. defo stops and picks up a couple after home.

It was alright. Staff were friendly enough and there was a decent selection of cookies to choose from. I bought one cookie (Triple Chocolate Chunk) for It was better than its equivalent from Millies Cookies but well overpriced for what it was. I expected more. Personally, I would go Marks and Spencers where you can get five for Just as nice and just as chunky.

Tasty but the staff are ignorant and rude . They now have one single vegan option but the woman thought it was ok to use the same tongs to pick it up as those used for dairy . When I mentioned this , she was rude and told me it makes no diffrence because they are all baked together however her brains could not grasp the lesser of evils concept. So they are in effect advertising something as vegan when it is not. Stop selling it as such all togetther then . I'm not surprisd that Ben's cookies don't have an easy way to get in touch and raise concerns . I would advise people who are on a serious vegan diet , or not on a kosa dairy day to avoid this place. I would also advise those with alergies...
