"Ordered at those annoying self service screen things and waited amongst the others in a disorderly queue. 11 minutes waiting time for basic food. … 11 minutes !!!!! This new system that Macdonalds have introduced is absolute pants. It was far far better the old...way yet in these cos cutting times, Macdonalds think this is the way to go. It's not particularly the staffs fault as they all seem to be working as fast as possible but what is holding up the queues AND HERE AT WATFORD IT'S THE CASE is the Uber eats are taking away the food for the customers in the shop. Drive throughs are the same. Your food is delivered quicker than waiting in store. If I can truly help it , I won't return to this branch of Macdonalds as the waiting time is just far far too long for what is supposed to be fast food ! If the managers an franchisees are reading this , you REALLY need to up your game."

"I ordered from Tossed Sheldon squ. on deliveroo. I was eating my salad when I bit into smth hard which really hurt my tooth and also hurt the inside walls of my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a 6cm pointy splinter or piece of wood. I was so shocked of how big and dangerous it was. If i had not bit into it I would be chocking to death as we speak and trying to call emergency ambulance instead of writing this review! I expect a full refund of my order and more. This is unacceptable and I could have literally chocked to death. I have left a complaint on deliveroo website and expect a response ASAP."

"This McDonald's location is extremely busy with stocking supplies that I believe they have stopped cooking altogether. We ordered a Big Mac that we were looking forward to eating, but it arrived completely cold. It seemed like it had never been heated properly. My son ordered a Big Tasty Bacon burger that looked appetizing in the picture but was disappointingly undercooked when served. The fries were overcooked and also cold. Overall, our experience was not good."

"Got a veggie burger on Good Friday, it was yuk never again will I go to tower place Macdonald's, up until years ago I would go at least times a week, last year I think I went twice burger was lovely so I thought I go back to Macdonald's again, burger was awful and the fries were cold, the strawberry milk shake taste of nothing in fact the only thing that was lovely was the caramel sundae out of the whole order. I was over the moon, when Burger king open, time I went milk shakes and ice cream machine was off so disappointed there, did have a coffee and it was yuk yuk yuk i'll stick to the shakes. "Me and my friend could find this restaurant easily in the dark evening due to the lighted logo, which makes for a great sight. I was able to use my employee account to get a free McPlant on the app and a McCafe drink that counts for a buy 5 get 1 free offer, separately using the discount to purchase a 6 McNuggets meal for my friend. The McPlant was delicious and the tea had been served at a strong heat, all being given to me at a well presented counter by friendly staff. It was clean in the restaurant and the lights are unique, but waiting 5 mins for a meal was not fast like it's expected and my friend's cup had dirt on the side."

"Wow the shift manager EBONY needs to go and have managers training. Spent £25 on food and drinks I asked her “can the cream be put on last” her reply was yes . Not even 5 mins after food was brought out the cream completely melted. I took up and said I asked you to put cream on after and you said it was . It was completely melted. "If you love getting ripped off make sure you go to this franchise. When ordering a breakfast meal the staff have been trained to automatically cancel the option of an add on extra hash brown with your breakfast meal, meaning if you order your meal with an extra hash brown that should be charged at 99p as an add on sale, this greedy franchise charge it as a separate item at £1.49 I have the receipt to prove they are ripping off their customers and the franchise owner is a greedy cnut and allows this to happen. When challenged they used an excuse of the part on the receipt stating no extra with the meal as a sauce option. Absolutely disgusting practice."

"I visited this restaurant for the second time in a month and encountered some issues. I was looking for a quick pit stop and chose the drive-thru, but it turned out to be a big mistake. It took 15 minutes to place my order and around 3 minutes to pay. However, when I went to collect my food, it wasn't ready. I was asked to wait in the bay outside for an additional 5 minutes before I went in to check on my order. My food was just being bagged up when I arrived. I went back to my car only to realize that some items were missing. The management at this restaurant really needs a major overhaul."
