"I ordered from Tossed Sheldon squ. on deliveroo. I was eating my salad when I bit into smth hard which really hurt my tooth and also hurt the inside walls of my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a 6cm pointy splinter or piece of wood. I was so shocked of how big and dangerous it was. If i had not bit into it I would be chocking to death as we speak and trying to call emergency ambulance instead of writing this review! I expect a full refund of my order and more. This is unacceptable and I could have literally chocked to death. I have left a complaint on deliveroo website and expect a response ASAP."

"It's usually pretty busy, too, making it noisy and causing lots of jostling. A large portion of the front counter is occupied by Deliveroo drivers at any given time, which can make navigating the space a bit tricky. It’s open 24 hours, so if you park outside in a deck chair on a Friday or Saturday night around 2 or 3 AM, you might get to witness a fight or an arrest—it's quite the spectacle. Try the Filet-O-Fish without tartar sauce and drizzle some of the sweet and sour sauce on instead; you’ll thank me later!"

"Wow the shift manager EBONY needs to go and have managers training. Spent £25 on food and drinks I asked her “can the cream be put on last” her reply was yes . Not even 5 mins after food was brought out the cream completely melted. I took up and said I asked you to put cream on after and you said it was . It was completely melted. I asked for the cream to be done and she said “it’s melted” and then said I’ll just refund you. WOW . Come all the way from Cornwall and to be spoken to like this is absolutely disgusting."

"I just stopped by on my way home and ordered five breakfast meals at the drive-thru around 10:40. I was asked to pull up, and they said my order would be brought to my car. After waiting 15 minutes with no sign of my food, I asked one of the staff members who was delivering orders where mine was. She returned five minutes later to inform me that it was still being prepared. Another ten minutes passed, and then a manager came to my car with the wrong order, asking me what I had actually ordered. By that time, it was past breakfast hours, so I requested a refund. The manager insisted that her staff had definitely delivered my order to my car. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!"
