Mcdonald's - Menu

The staff were careless and disrespectful, and the quality of the food was quite lacking. The restaurant was also messy and unclean. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Brought breakfast meal deal coffee cup was so bad it look like they took it out bin reused ...the manager said it bad replaced coffee ,maybe they recycling old cups to reuse again ....

We don’t go to this store very often but they always get something wrong. Today it was the wrong drinks and with only one half filled. I think this store must be in the running for the worse McDonalds in the country! View menu

constantly getting orders wrong ordered big mac meal (very easy order get all the way home only to have a box of spicy cheese balls. please check your order before driving home this is the third time for me now. wont be returning...

Scam This has happened 50+ times. Ordered a dip paid money for it and it’s not come. This store had blocked my phone number. This store owes me £50+ times then when I complain they block my phone number. Spoke to other stores and they can’t do anything about it

I ordered 2 plant burgers, one with no sauce, I asked for 2 milkshakes only to be told no milk shakes, (again). When you have a limited menu, surely it can’t be that difficult to keep enough ingredients in stock in to be able to fulfil a simple order. I had to wait for the burgers which eventually arrived cold. I was then told we now charge for condiments, no mention of this in the menu. All in all very disappointed. View menu

I have found the staff here, all around the store, to be very friendly towards me. On one occasion, I accidentally ordered the wrong item, I went back to explain that it was my fault and to order another, expecting to have to pay again. The staff took it away and replaced it free of charge. Needless to say I was very happy and thanked them, especially as it was my mistake. I have been here several times and I have always been served by a pleasant member of staff.

I visited McDonald's yesterday in Market Harborough and was disappointed to find that they didn't have frozen lemonade. When I asked, I was told that the ice machine was broken. Later, when I called the manager, I was informed that there was an issue with the supplier. It felt like I was being given a lot of excuses. They also didn’t have chocolate milkshakes or BBQ sauce. Overall, it seemed like they haven't had frozen lemonade in at least two weeks. Quite frustrating!

Can go to market Harborough or Oakham and I have to say it’s been three months now and still no milkshakes what’s going on when other McDonald’s have them in stock is it a question you can’t be bothered to make them or are you having trouble getting the stock maybe you could borrow some from other McDonald’s as it is bringing the service down tremendously my dad loves a McDonald’s milkshake it would’ve been a four or a five as the service normally is very good and polite staff good food for fast food LOL don’t let your standards drop the manager needs to get their act together if not the manager the head office.
