"This McDonald's location is extremely busy with stocking supplies that I believe they have stopped cooking altogether. We ordered a Big Mac that we were looking forward to eating, but it arrived completely cold. It seemed like it had never been heated properly. My son ordered a Big Tasty Bacon burger that looked appetizing in the picture but was disappointingly undercooked when served. The fries were overcooked and also cold. Overall, our experience was not good."

They never get the order right. The last time we ordered, we paid for a large portion of steak but received a single burger instead. It was disappointing and we felt ripped off. We won't be returning.

On more than one occasion our order has been incorrect. Staff/Manageress were far from helpful at resolving my issue. No distancing by delivery staff who also never sanitised when picking up orders. Very poor experience.

Every time I order a cheeseburger without pickles at this restaurant, I always end up getting pickles anyway. It seems like no one listens to my requests. I usually love McDonald's because I can order exactly what I want, but it's frustrating when they mess up my order. I just want to be heard and have my order prepared correctly.

Everytime me and my friend come in here recently there's a woman stood on the door who is rude for no reason. We wanted to pay cash but couldn't through the app and she came over to the counter and pointed at us saying those...girls are back. I understand the safety precautions needed due to covid but are more likely to catch it from her speaking in our faces rather than standing up to go to the counter when receiving no help.

Friday night, hour till kick off for England v Scotland in Euros, busy with delivery drivers everywhere. The wait was minimal but I think I've rumbled their secret. of us, each with undercooked fries pale, soggy, greasy carton. I think this McDonald's...is cutting corners to keep up with orders. Please stop doing this. Usually great, so please cook the fries fully. We'll wait. That's how it works. Fast food, not undercooked food.

"Alborz is a wonderful hidden gem in Levenshulme that serves a variety of Persian and Middle-Eastern food, located on Stockport Rd you could be forgiven for thinking that Alborz is as unassuming as it's humble exterior suggests. However, what lies behind those modest doors is truly fantastic restaurant both in terms of food and service. The interior is understated and tasteful, furnished with Persian vases and ornate tea sets, the tables are close together to make the most of the limited space available but this lends a refreshing communal atmosphere to your meal. The staff were friendly and attentive and more than happy to talk you through the menu and explain the various dishes. We ordered the Mezze Platter to start, this consists of four different starters, and is ideal if you're not overly familiar with Persian cuisine, the homemade hummus was a particular highlight being both fresh and tasty. We then ordered the Alborz special grill for two, which looks as wonderful as it tastes, succulent skewers of koobideh and chicken accompanied by grilled vegetables, saffron rice and a freshly baked taltoon bread which was frankly quite ridiculous in its magnificence and is so large it came supplied with its own stand. This was a true delight to eat and I can highly recommend it. After all of that, we were overloaded with food and couldn't possibly consider having dessert and so, asked for the bill, which led to true surprise of the evening, all of this wonderfully authentic and fresh food came to a grand total of £42. This reflects tremendous value in a time where a meal for two can often prove quite expensive. Overall I would say that Alborz is definitely worth visiting if you're in the area and if you're not well then it's worth making the trip for. If you're a fan of Persian food or perhaps want to try something new then you would genuinely struggle to find such a quality dining experience at this price point."
