"for me this was a really excellent experience in every sight. Surrounded by beautiful modern art in a quiet and relaxed but professional atmosphere, we were served a mix of food and wine that was among the best we ever had worldwide. the chef of cuisine is a true artist and we have appreciated his sense of earthly and heavenly. the weeping (except the last foam) were completely excellent. the lamb with the Californian red, incredible, the virtuoso pairing of Japanese white wine with the amazing Celiac course. too many beautiful things to mention, but everything was impeccable and served with great and humor. the gloomy, a pfirsich that is literally touched by gott, must be difficult to pair, and that has failed for us, but the same with cold, the crunchy with less crunchy with soft, earthy pfirsich. there is really not the word for me to describe. it's enough to say we liked it."
