"Dry lamb, dry chicken, average seekh kebab, barely any meat for £9.95. Having grown up next to Bradford, I can confidently say that if there was any decent competition around here for this place, it would likely close down. I'd rather pay the fuel to go to international or shezaans than ever frequent this place again. Stupid enough to go a few times but this was the last straw. Cheap nasty food a high prices. Lol at the owners response.. fine dining hahahaha. I'm not after a cheap meal you fool I'm after good quality food, something you don't serve. You left Bradford because they'd spit your food out there and came out to the sticks where people don't know what good curry is. Based on your idiotic reply I've dropped you to one star from two. We've dined out plenty at the Grantham, Hideaway, tap on the tutt, the wild swan.. all more expensive than you and we frequently return.. because they're good quality."

"The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was lacking this time. They were short-staffed, which isn't ideal for Valentine's night. However, the staff was very apologetic and honest about the reasons for the slow service. The lighting was quite bright, with some downlights shining directly in our faces, which took away from the romantic atmosphere. Despite these issues, the quality of the food is always worth the few pounds it costs."

"this is the first time that we used his restaurant and we were inspired by the number of cars that were regularly seen in the parking lot, along with parties in the garden. we visited on Thursday night, as we did not expect it to be too busy. the menu is small, but that's okay when eating is good. we asked the waiter about spicy popadoms, but he didn't seem to hear us and was more interested in customers just arriving. unnecessary to say we have simple popadoms so not a good start. there is nothing to say how hot a court will be and although my man asked that his goat curry be crazy hot, my court was even hotter than being. I had dhaniya murg and it was hotter than any other meal, so I had to fade and ended with the cadai murg, which was ok, but nothing special. my daughter had lime chilli tikka and although the presentation of the plate was nice, the hen itself was covered with light green paste, which I think coriander leaves shaken with something, although it was on the inside pink as it was not properly cooked. we sent this back and it was reduced by our bill, but not a pleasant dish, even if it had been properly cooked. we will not return to the Indian farm in the yew tree, as there are many other local different Indian restaurants where eating is much, much more beautiful. what a disappointment."

"Went to this place for with a couple of friends expecting some good Indian food n a comfortable place to talk to. The outlet is just on the main road so quite easy to find out. Though parking maybe available a couple of blocks away. On the inside the place was quite clean, spacious, bright n well laid out. Seating was quiet n comfortable. The ambience had the aroma of a good tandoori food bcoz of the open kitchen. We ordered an non veg platter to start with along with mocktail. The food was sizzling n quite a large serving size. The fish chicken and lamb all was very well done n tasty. The softness n the juices were retained in the food which gave it an extra flavour. The lamb chops were specially good and also the seekh kababs stood out. In the main course we wanted to try the Nihari n also ordered some rogan josh. Nihari was a typically Delhi kind but low on flavours comparatively. The softness was there but the spices were slightly different though I m not saying it was bad. Really tasty. The Rohan josh also was good n tasty, adequately spiced n well cooked. The tandoori roti was also very soft n good. Overall a very North india kind of experience so far away. Service n ambience were both very good n we enjoyed my first evening in London. Surely recommended for a good food."

"This is place is a little gem and is always our first choice when dining out. The food is top quality and the flavours are out of this world. The service is second to none and the whole team work incredibly hard to cater to guests every need. We love coming to eat in this restaurant, every time we order something new off the menu, we are blown away with the food. Real family run restaurant with a great atmosphere. My family love coming here time and time again, we always have the best time and can’t recommend Kebabish enough!!!!!! The best food place around!!!!"

"Really well cooked, quality food. The staff were really tentative and friendly. Air conditioning available also which was great, and much needed. Due to to there being a large group in it was rather noisy, the restaurant is very open plan so the noise carries around the restaurant unfortunately. But we had a great time regardless. Only thing that let the place down a little, was that the toilets weren’t as nice as everywhere else. But that seems minor compared to the whole experience. I’d definitely visit again."

"I recently dined here with a group of my golfing friends to celebrate our ‘end of tour’. As this year’s winner I got to choose where we went for our meal and I chose here. This was based on a meal my wife and I had had a week or so earlier where we really enjoyed the food. I was a little nervous as it’s not the biggest of restaurants and there were 13 of us. However I needn’t have worried as everything went smoothly from being warmly greeted when we arrived to paying the, very reasonable, bill at the end. The restaurant is clean and bright, the service good and courteous and the food lovely. Portion size is about right and the food served piping hot on pre-heated plates. Everyone afterwards said how much they’d enjoyed what they had. I’ll definitely return to try some of the other dishes on the menu and wouldn’t be surprised if next years ‘end of tour’ celebration was here too. "I used to come to this spot with my mum and dad about 18 years ago and I’m so glad it’s kept its overall outstanding service. I have been about 6 times over the past 12 months (once for Christmas Day) and they never disappoint. The management and staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is always amazing. Keep up the great work guys and I will see you again once I have lost a few pounds."

"Visited Delhi 6 for the first time last night with my Fiancè, and i was so excited to go, and experience Delhi 6 for myself, and i was not dissapointed, the service, the food, the atmosphere, all excellent, the food was presented perfectly, for the prices you pay, for the food you would not expect it to be presented in the way it was, the meals look like they should cost a lot more than they do. I like to try different food when go for a meal so i got food that i had never had before which can be risky but i was over the moon with food I had. For starter I had the Chicken Chaat, and my Fiancé had the onion Bhaji, For the mains I had the Chandi Chowk (tiger prawns) And my Fiancé had the Chicken tikka from the grill. As i have said before the food was out of this world! This restaurant is right up there with best of them 100% will visit again and i will tell everyone that they have to visit Delhi 6."

"Terrible experience. The portions are fit for a kid of 12 or someone on a curry diet..! Absolutely insulting portions. You have to order one of everything for yourself to make a square meal no room for sharing. Plates were delivered cold, the Bhindi Dopiaza was frozen okra which looked and tasted like ratatouille nothing like anything I have had before in the way of an indian okra side thank God. The taste of the food was pretty poor and amateurish. In all the different Indian restaurants I have eaten at I have never experienced such a disappointing experience. They also overcharged us on the bill. I got them to rectify the deliberate addition of a £1 being added to a meal but I forgot to tally the bill up as we had a discount applied on the bill and with the conversation around what it would have been and now what it was and now what he would charge given added £1. When I got home I realised we had still been over charged by about £2. I wish I had just gone for a Carvery with a 50% offer and come home having eaten. What you will get from this restaurant is a nice white table cloth and a nice big white napkin. If you're looking for more look ease where..!"
"We been here many times, and this is our Indian restaurant of choice. The atmosphere and food is excellent and very good service. On this occasion our starter came when we were still eating our poppadoms, a no no for us, so sent it back until we had finished our poppadoms. When we finished our starter we were asked when we would like our main, a nice touch we thought. If this had not happened it would have been 5 stars. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"Me and my other half decided on a takeaway and chose an Indian for once. We were going to go for a different place however I saw balti towers listed and had good recommendations from family. However this wasn’t good at all. Naan bread was...rock hard when it arrived. Chicken tikka masala wasn’t creamy at all, probably one of the worst ones we’ve ever had. The egg fried rice didn’t have a very appealing smell coming from it. Smelt like someone has been sick, honestly just really disappointing. Don’t go for a takeaway very often but when we do we hope to enjoy it. Unfortunately this time we didn’t."

"My wife and i visited this restaurant on august Staff were very good but i must say the food was more than disappointing. Chicken dupiaza was the worst i have ever tasted. Bland and overcooked. Ckicken tikka was very dry and the salad side dish was basically lettuce and tomato. We will not be returning."

"This restaurant feels like a blast from the past, stuck in the 1980s with tired decor and a lack of atmosphere. The menu is uninspired, serving traditional dishes like Madras and Vindaloo that have fallen out of favor in more modern Indian restaurants with exciting flavors and vibrant dishes. The food was mediocre, with tough and chewy seekh kebabs, a overly sweet Peshawari dish, and roti that tasted like nan. The only highlight was the delicious homemade chips. The service was decent, but with few customers, it's hard to recommend this place. And to top it off, the card machine was broken, so cash or bank transfer is the only payment option. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again."

"Worst Ever. Quite probably the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered a meal and the chef served me something totally different. "The food tested proper pakistani food without any tomato puree or cream. compared to other restaurants, pakistani restaurants, this restaurant has great taste. The atmosphere was alright. It's not Morden or new; it looks old what I do want to suggest them that they should change the plates and glass because they were old."

"First time eating in this restaurant, although eaten in others in the group. Internal decor very relaxing and peaceful, just kept wondering about the difficulty in cleaning the glass on the water features! A bit too warm in the restaurant, not just from the curry, but temperature wise. Starters excellent Main courses both very tasty, but too much and had to ask for a doggy bag. Overall, a great experience. Previously had a takeaway, which wasn't great, so a bit reluctant to try the restaurant, but I'm pleased I did and will definitely eat here again."

"This is, by far, my favourite Indian restaurant in Wakefield and possibly the best Indian I've ever eaten. I've been here 3 times now and it's still as good as it's ever been. We visited at 18:30 on a Friday as a party of 2...without a booking and, despite the restaurant being packed, they found us a table. I asked for a recommendation and our server, Wid, made a great recommendation of a chicken and spinach dish. I'd been told about ordering the food Asian style before a more authentic, spicier style of curry and this was as good as ever. The starters and poppadoms were as good as always also. The place is BYOB and the prices are very reasonable. They ask for cash only but there are nearby ATMs so this isn't a problem. I'll definitely return, this is my new go-to Indian restaurant takeaway!"

"This was my third Westbourne experience. First visit back to the UK since the pandemic. If anything this restaurant has got better, (if that is possible), probably the best service I have seen. The place was mobbed as it turned out to be ‘Early Bird’ night. For somewhere that is as busy they have absolutely nailed the service and the food. A fantastic menu with some fantastic food, all while being looked after by the best serving staff you could wish for. We hadn’t booked as this was a last minute arrangement but the restaurant accommodated us and made sure we were valued. The whole place is clean as a new pin, which includes the washrooms.I cannot recommend the Westbourne highly enough."
