"The resturant offers an incredible dining experience with an atmosphere that’s perfect for dinner. The restaurant is always bustling, so booking is definitely required. While the waiters could be friendlier, the food more than makes up for it. The grilled fish (variety of freshly catch of the day fish) and oysters are absolute must-tries, served fresh and bursting with flavor. The mixed platter of oysters, featuring both local and international varieties, is outstanding, and the salads are equally impressive. Seared Scallops is the comeback dish, dont miss it. Despite the crowd and service, the overall experience is fantastic and well worth a visit."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"I have often been in leon as they have many tasty options (the Moroccan Me*tballs, love burger and aioli mac cheeze bites are my personal faves) and really great discounted by their app. I had a voucher for a free smoothie so that I ordered the mango, lime dragonfruit smoothie by the app. what I really liked was that it didn't even give me any other money to qualify for the discount, it just let me use the voucher and get it free as my whole order! the smoothie itself was decent. I found it nice, but I wouldn't order the same taste again, and I wouldn't pay £3.99 for it. I would give leon himself a 4/5 and the dragon fruit smoothie a 3/5."

"After making a reservation online, the restaurant staff promptly seated us and provided top-notch service with friendly and attentive servers. The food was delectable and beautifully presented, making for an enjoyable dining experience. The cozy and inviting ambiance added to our overall satisfaction, and we would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Despite a minor mix-up at the beginning, our experience was fantastic."

"We had a great time at Boisdale on Saturday evening after visiting Winter lights at Canary Wharf. We were a bit early for our booking but manager was very nice and took us downstairs to the bar. Our party included a 4 year old boy, who got a lot of attention from everyone, even from the security guy. Also manager offered him a juice cocktail on the house which was really nice. Food was great! My husband loved his burger and he’s is hard to pleased as he’s making amazing burgers himself. I enjoyed pheasant breast with mash potatoes in wine sauce very much and my mother-in-law loved fish of the day course. Only our 4 year old was an bit off his pizza Margarita as instead of usual red tomato sauce it had green pesto sauce. The waitress was very attentive, helpful and super nice. Overall we had an amazing experience. Thank you!"

"Why on earth are there so much tartan? that is because it is a shattic-hearted restaurant. I didn't know that Scottish food could be used as thema – I mean, there are heggis, and that's good, that's right. It doesn't seem like, apart from all tartan, initial impressions are not good. they have lost our reservation and do not believe me when I say that I have one – necessary to withdraw the email confirmation. not consecrated, they still say that they are fully booked and begin to show us elsewhere, but this is the deepest darkest Victoria/Westminster, a lot of restaurants there is not and I am certainly not hunting on the streets. the young are kicking with a mini-haggis for starters, complete with maische and neeps, which even has the possibility of a noggin whisky as a chaser that it seems is an absolute no-brain of an option. I choose for the potty smoked makrele with meerrettich and toast. that is not almost as sharp and fiery as I want, it is tasty, but much too mellow to be fair to the strong taste of makrele and meerrettich in a couple. we have all ordered exactly the same for a head, saddle back pork with curly and black pudding hash. the meat is delicate to taste, but much too hard to cut through what makes it a bit too hard to get through. the hash ball are a little salty for my taste personally, but the personal keeps us plentiful with water, which they realize that we are like those in dessert. in the time that we run over half the distance through our net, the lively jazz band enters and while we cannot see them from our position in the appendix, they are an atmospheric supplement to the place. To enjoy the music, we decide to finish a cheeseboard and the youngs mull over the other possibility to finish the meal; havana zigarren. we have a huge proportion of different types of cheese, so we can all share on a cheese cracker and nibble, the beat of whiskys in the air and the jazz band music that filters us are a great way to finish at night. as far as the package is concerned, I remain undefeated. our waitress was beautiful, attentive sweet, but the front of the house staff was a bit extra spicy, that was delicious, but needed the little extra something to push it in divine."

"Nice restaurant and tasty food, but the atmosphere was a little dull. They’re a bit confused over their offers too website states BYOB Sundays and no corkage. Then we got there and they didn’t know anything about byob Sundays, then there was a £25 corkage, then £6.. then finally they honoured what was on their website. The manager was friendly though. The speakeasy bar downstairs Marks is really cool would be much more likely to recommend that than the restaurant."

"The Wolsey is a busy, lively restaurant with excellent food and service. I had the Wolsey fishcakes in lobster bisque and ratatouille and he had the coq au vin all outstanding. Staff are very friendly and look after you well. Bit expensive but great for a treat."

"enjoyed our evening in james st it was the best culinary experience of our trip! we had been happy to see this evening as we had a few hit-N-seals in the course of our trip to belfast. we were not disappointed and had the fabulous evening. we were quickly welcomed and sitting. the place is beautiful and spacious. revitalized and environment. the bar is great and would like to come back, only for drinks at the bar sometime. we ordered cocktails immediately. an Irish gin negroni and a traditional old fashion. my neger was absolutely excellent. I think the old fashion could have been done with real sugar cubes and not sugar syrup, but it wasn't too bad. we were quick to choose our wein. we chose a beautiful juicy red, the cline, the old vine zinfandel, 2019. to begin we had the ham hock terrine with piccalilli champ bread and some scallops with boar bell. the hanging-hock court was the best ham-hock I had. the homemade piccalilli was something else. really nice crispy and sharp sharp to help cut through the hammock and the champbrot was delicious crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. the scallops and black bells were disappointing, as they lacked no salt or genuine aroma or texture between them. we still ate it and shared the rest of my hammock. we both decided to go for the co. tyrone 270g fillet steak with sides of champ and truffle parmesan chips. red wine and pfeffer sauce. they were fantastic steaks. Actually, I didn't think I would finish mine, but I did. I have met the right choice with the jus and the truffle chips. they went so well together, the dryness of the parmesan and sweet, slightly greasy of the jus. the steaks were perfectly cooked. a medium and my medium rare. fantastic aroma on the grilled outside of the steak and beautiful texture when they pierce. we both agreed that the champ was the best champ we ever cost. it was hot, soft, so well aromatized with hot butter on the top of the copper serving pot melt. it was really the most incredible champ. I was too full of dessert. but my sample ordered the sticky toffee pudding sundae. the team was friendly enough to make me an espresso martini that was both decaf and not a sugar syrup. it was brilliant. we both managed to work our way, although a surprisingly light sticky toast desserts on Sunday. the team was fantastic. very friendly and chatting to us. the bar team did not stop, I had the pleasure of standing and watching them make a great selection of drinks and cocktails. the waiting staff were also very friendly when they check in with us at comfortable places to ensure that we were in order. we felt very well looked around. the service was very good, we didn't feel any hurry, it felt like such a free time in this restaurant. when we come back to belfast, we will be back in absolute terms and we will definitely recommend others. Thank you."

"From the moment you pull into the parking lot, the service is outstanding. Each waiter and team member is attentive and friendly, no matter how busy the restaurant gets. The food is fantastic with a great variety of options. It's the little touches that really make this place stand out, like clearly stating on the menu that "you get complimentary bread and olives" before you even order your starter. I've never seen that before! I truly believe this is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited, and the exceptional staff only enhances the experience. It's impressive to find a team where every member excels at their job, and they really nailed it here!"

"Amazing food, lovely location. We felt the pricing was reasonable for the quality of food. The only thing letting our experience down was the serving staff. Not very attentive would be my overall summary. We waited 20 minutes after receiving drinks before someone took a food order, or engaged with us. In this time one member of staff commented to another that we must be desperate to order, whilst not taking our order or engaging with us. We waited another 5 minutes before someone took our order. The food was amazing, really fresh and well cooked. Portion sizes where very large. Overall a fantastic, local, restaurant. Hopefully our experience with the serving team is a one off."

"Me and my partner came here hoping for a nice dinner however it didn’t meet our expectations. Firstly, it was a lovely sunny evening so we thought would be nice to sit outside for dinner. To start, the terrace was dirty and unpleasant with cobwebs everywhere and unclean tables. Secondly we had a couple sat next to us chain smoking which shouldn’t be allowed in an eating area as there should be a designated smoking spot. We decided to move inside to get away from this which was nearly empty and wasn’t a good atmosphere! Food was decent however quite expensive for what it is. When coming to pay we were charged 12.5% service charge which we didn’t expect, they took a while to come over and take our payment to which we had to go up to the bar and pay. Overall our experience was unpleasant and we will not be returning."

"beautiful, again at meat in the parish for being a family dinner. we all enjoyed our evening in this friendly, welcoming restaurant. from the minute they go, are made to feel so welcome. 2 of us had old fashionable cocktails that were perfect. three of us had made gin tonic available from the good selection of gins. we decided to go with our drinks for brot and olives. we enjoyed soft bowling crab, burrata with parma ham feigen and the wonderful wobbly bloomer served with a delicious wicy mayo. we all went for steak next tasty ribeye steaks perfectly cooked a large size and the bone in rib from the metzgerblock divided between 2 of us. the bone in rib was so tasteful, perfectly cooked and enjoyed with the chimichurri sauce (freshly cubed so well.) we have a delicious bordeaux or 2 with our net! we have with the rice pudding, chocolate orange torte and the selection of British cheese absolutely perfect end of our meal. the staff was attentive, courtesy friendly. this was one of the best nights that we had in a long time and definitely go back."

"I came in for a meal with my god-daughter who has just moved to Guildford. Olivo is a good restaurant and I have eaten here before so I felt it was a good choice for her first dining experience in Guildford. I was pleased that we had a nice evening. We shared a starter and then both had mains and coffee. The food was excellent as ever. Very nice service as ever from very professional cheerful and attentive staff. Very reasonable too. It was a good sign that the restaurant was busy on a cold dark Thursday in early January. I definitely recommend Olivo and will come again."

"The restaurant was a lovely setting, especially on a cold snowy night, with open fires providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were particularly drawn to this venue because of its vegan menu, which offers properly nutritious meals, rather than just meat or vegetarian options with the meat/dairy/eggs removed. Overall, we were satisfied with our meals, although disappointed that the advertised vegan dessert (pineapple and peach ravioli) was unavailable. The only alternative dessert offered was vegan ice cream or sorbet, which was not ideal on a snowy winter evening. One minor complaint was that the open fire in the restaurant had gone out completely, despite it being a quiet night with only a few tables occupied. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with room for improvement."

"Amalfi is the friendliest, most authentic Italian restaurant you’ll experience outside of Italy. We’ve been going here for a few years and the food is always amazing and the staff couldn’t be any nicer. Thanks to all the staff for all your hard work. I couldn’t recommend Amalfi any more highly."

"The venue is nice in a lovely rural setting. The food is fine however overpriced. There was noting wrong with my steak and I have been four times as it is on my doorstep however after last weeks visit I would say it was average. This is such a shame as it could be so good. Take a visit to the Deers Hut in Liphook and compare the service. The staff can be polite but they are lacking in knowledge all round. Training is needed in areas of food knowledge and how to speak to customers. You cannot call everyone from a baby to an octogenarian Guys . Waiting staff should be able to tell you what you have and answer and questions. It can be okay and convenient if you live in Beacon Hill but they are missing a trick. In a nut shell the service and produce do not match the price tag."

"This place was absolutely amazing. We came for dinner since it looked very inviting from the outside. The staff was very friendly and sat us immediately. Our server asked if we had been there before and when we said no he guided us through the menu and gave us a lot of recommendations. The food was gorgeously plated and had great flavor. My fiancee has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way to show us all the options that would be good for her. After dinner they invited us to come the next day for afternoon tea and said if we made a reservation they would make all gluten free items for my fiancee. We made the reservation and came back for tea the next day. The sandwiches and scones were extremely fresh and the gluten free items they made my fiancee were amazing! Well done and we will be back next time we come to Windsor!"
"Our experience from start to finish was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival, and it only got better from there. The food was exceptional, accompanied by prompt service from the team, just as we expected. We ended the evening with a few cocktails, and the mojitos we had were among the best we've ever tasted. My wife and I visit Windsor once a year, and we will definitely be returning to Meat in the Parish in the future."

"First may I start with Langans in December is one of the best this year I was very disappointed to be literally thrown out of the restaurant along with everyone else for a private party hire they cleared the tables whilst you were sitting at them and I had my chair taken whilst I was getting up!! A few people in the restaurant knew this was happening before their booking but I booked in August and had no idea until I got there where I would have changed my date! The food is ok service and ambience excellent !!! Just left very disappointed I was not warned about the closure"
