"13/02/2019 Just want to say, having been in the shop a few times recently the staff have always came across very good. But on this particular occasion, what I can only describe as a stramash between some younger kids whilst visiting with their parents (the situation i do not know, mitigating or otherwise), the staff dealt with the situation so well I can't even understand. Cups and glasses were thrown and the staff were so calm. They reassured the parents, cleaned up with spillages and offered replacement coffees. Its a credit to the staff that have been hired in the store. Keep up the good work."
