I ordered both takeaway and I was in the restaurant a few times and it was always good. after a short wait the deliveries always arrived and the food was of good quality. the service in restaurant is welcoming and attentive. they have a very large menu and cover different areas in asia, which makes it sometimes quite difficult to decide. eating is never disappointed and this is definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in the environment."

When we rang to ask the line was disconnected and from thereon an answering service replied. Please get your act together this was disastrous service."

"I have been searching for a venue to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday next year. He is of Jamaican descent, and we found June Plum and decided to take him there for a meal this year. Upon our arrival at 5:15pm, my daughter gave a cake to a staff member to hide in the kitchen as a surprise for my husband. We requested to place our food order at 5:25pm, but even after our drinks order had been taken and served, our food order was not taken. After a second request, we finally placed our food order. By 6:15pm, we still had not received our food and when we inquired about the delay, we were given a story about the table before us still not being served. At this time, there were only them and us in the restaurant. We were told maybe another 15 minutes for our food, but by 6:30pm, we were still waiting. The front of house manager apologized and could not give us a definite time for our food, mentioning that the table before us would take another 10-15 minutes. After two hours of waiting, we were still not able to eat. The staff mentioned attending a cricket match the day before, but we were unsure how that was relevant to our wait. When we finally asked for the bill and received it along with the surprise birthday cake for my husband, which was supposed to be a surprise, we were disappointed. Although the front of house manager apologized and offered us the drinks on the house, we have decided not to return to June Plum and will not be booking it for my husband's 60th birthday meal. While we appreciate supporting small businesses, we cannot tolerate such long waits for service."

"I don't usually leave any reviews, but this place was so wonderful that I just had to. the service was absolutely phenomenal. the 2 ladies were so friendly, polite and helpful. the drinks were amazing and there was a lot of drink in the cocktails against other restaurants where they serve in tiny tassen. the food was so delicious (we had the mixed shaders) and the churros were the best we ever had. we couldn't believe how good the price level was. the atmosphere was amazing and we had such a relaxed, fantastic night. this is one of the best restaurants I have visited and we will definitely be back."

"We phoned and booked dinner two to three weeks in advance: a birthday treat. The guy took our phone number and verbally confirmed. When we arrived it was shut: it shuts every Tuesday. They couldn't be bothered to get back to us. If this is what they call customer service, then we won't be back. Pity I couldn't post without stars! They deserve minus stars. Please note. "We were a party of 14 and my goodness did Donna/Don and the team go out their way to make my mums bday a special night. They decorated our table area with banners/ special glasses etc and made my mum feel very special! Attention to detail spot on. The service throughout was top class, very friendly, down to earth, patient and its a breath of fresh air when the owners take time to greet and talk to their guest so thank you! The waitress was amazing too, it was her first day and she dealt with such a large group amazingly well and was very funny! The food was absolutely 10/10. Very hard to find such amazing authentic Caribbean food, in west london, unless its homemade, so this was a real treat. Thanks so much to the whole team. We will be recommending to everyone and certainly be back again!"
