"Went to Banana island recently. I ordered peppered turkey, chips and Fanta. The atmosphere is beautiful, lovely decor and peaceful until one silly boy came in the restaurant after looking for trouble. He made everyone scared, he was looking for a knife and was threatening to stab the two guys he was fighting with. It ruined the whole eating experience, I was so scared and so was everyone in the restaurant. Eventually the police and ambulance came around. They took their sweet time but thankfully no one was stabbed. Only a minor injury. I have to say thank you to the waiter, she was very polite while the whole thing was going on. She made sure I and the person I was with was okay. She also apologised for the whole thing even though it wasn’t her fault. The food was good. As I said before, I didn’t get to fully enjoy the food because of what was going on. I loved the Fanta. Can’t ever go wrong with Fanta. Wanted to chill for a bit after the whole incident but was told that they were closing early because of the whole thing which was understandable. Will definitely be back. Once again, thank you to the staff"

"I went to Tracks Records on Sunday (my second time). The first time was ok, the food was nice, service was quick but we had to wait half hour for them to sort out the card machine that wasn’t working. 🙄Aside from that, overall it was ok. Hence I planned to go with the family on my birthday but they didn’t tell us no kids were allowed in after so when we arrived, we couldn’t go in 😡. Due to them not informing us, they offered us discount off next time. So i went on Sunday and is was NOT good! Food The salt fish frittas had no salt fish! The rum punch had no rum (they had to rectify that! The jerk chicken spring rolls had a bone in it 😳. The main course (jerk Chicken and chips) was average, the chips were just about cooked and too salty (even from me and I like salt) 😡 Our booth table was set for (we had a party of but most of the cutlery on it was dirty (dried food on the forks like that were never washed) and they bought water and glasses and glasses were dirty 😡🙄😳"

"I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered my food through Uber Eats and have been waiting for nearly 2 hours for a restaurant that is only 10 minutes away. It doesn't look like the food I ordered and paid for is arriving. The service is simply dreadful."
