"I visited Tracks Records for the second time on a Sunday. The first visit was decent, with good food and quick service, although we experienced a delay due to a malfunctioning card machine. Overall, it was satisfactory. I had planned to celebrate my birthday there with my family, but we were not informed that no children were allowed after 8pm, so we were unable to enter. As a gesture of apology, they offered us a discount for our next visit. However, when I returned on Sunday, the experience was disappointing. The salt fish frittas did not contain any salt fish, the rum punch I ordered lacked rum and had to be corrected, and the jerk chicken spring rolls had a bone in them. The main course of jerk chicken and chips was average, with overcooked chips that were overly salty. Our table was set for 6 despite us being a party of 3, and most of the cutlery was dirty with dried food on them. Additionally, the water glasses provided were dirty as well."

The location is far from tourist routes but having said that it was not overly too busy. Loved seeing Usain's memorabilia. Would have loved it if the owner was on site! Hahaha

We waited minutes for the food to come out although the restaurant was empty. When we asked why it was taking so long we were told the order hadn't been put in yet as they forgot! Ridiculous...;.

Friendly and lively atmosphere. Staff are so nice, food was good but had to send back starter as grilled jerk prawns were cold and the wrap too wet. Cocktails 5 stars all the way. Absolutely delicious

The overall experience was really good. The vibe was chill and reggae centric. I loved the music and the food was awesome! My wife's fish was sent back for more cooking but it wasn't bad and the prices were fair. View menu

After waiting 45 minutes for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was completely empty, we inquired about the delay and were informed that our order had not even been placed because it was forgotten. Absolutely ridiculous.

the restaurant was amazing. the restaurant is designed in tropical and running. decorated there with pictures of usain bolt and forests. there are many sitting and sitting areas. there is a stand dj decorated with scoreboard. my table is window side. the light on the table was so red, so my whole eating in the picture was so red. I can't see the real colors of eating. all foods were raw foods and genuine taste, not many ingredients. overall is good. it was very good experience to try Jamaican food in london.

A lovely place with friendly and welcoming staff. Good vibrant atmosphere. Some music playing was abit explicit while having my children there didn't like that very much. Reggae music playing with raw lyrics, it should be toned down when children are present. Good was lovely, and tastey very filling. Drinks were nice a little weak needed more rum in some if the drinks. Had a lovely time. Well recommend if you've never been befire as this was my first time ha a good experiance my children and husband like it. Loved all the decor and pictures of Usain Bolt. Great room down stairs . the bar menu is amazing lasting of rum choices when you drink around. the bar staff hot friendly drinks was made perfect that I was waved through the night. the only thing that stopped me to give him a 5 start was waiting for our table most of the party was their punctual and our table was not ready until about an hour later, but the entertainment at the bar and atmosphere kept us busy until we were called for our table. would definitely visit again and would still give it again, an attempt to eat was about 4 out of 5 aromen, hot eating, portions are just right left happy with a full booze and entertaining as they have a late lounge just down in the restaurant

my first visit at lunchtime. my colleagues and I were not disappointed at all. the atmosphere is welcoming, beautifully decorated in colors of the Jamaican flag. there are various pictures and vinyls dotted around the restaurant. the bar area looks very appealing. the venue is spacious and well furnished. the staff is friendly and helpful. eating is delicious and well portioned. I had a circus dick that was delicious. there were reggae music that really set a chilled ton. it's a little on the expensive side, but it's worth it. we will return after work to see how the evening is. the lady room was clean and well maintained. if they found this review helpful, I would appreciate one. Thank you.
