"My first visit so I didn’t know that it was no easily accessible to those with mobility difficulties. I went with an elderly relative who relies on a stick to move around so the steps down to the restaurant was definitely a problem. Out of a wish to not disappoint, she slowly made her way down the stairs refusing to think about how she would leave. Staff was friendly and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food was tasty and we didn’t feel rushed. Will go again and recommend to others but wouldn’t recommend to those with a mobility difficulties."

"As a Trinidadian man, I decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews I read online that claimed it was the best. However, I was extremely disappointed with the food. Nothing was cooked properly - the plantain was undercooked, the roti had large chunks of potato, and the macaroni did not taste anything like authentic island cuisine. The jerk chicken wings were drenched in sauce and lacked proper cooking, and the roti and doubles were soggy and hard in places. Additionally, the doubles had unnecessary fillings added. The pie had an unusual combination of peppers and hard cheese. I was very dissatisfied with my £50 meal, and I would rate it a 1 out of 10."

"We were a party of 14 and my goodness did Donna/Don and the team go out their way to make my mums bday a special night. They decorated our table area with banners/ special glasses etc and made my mum feel very special! Attention to detail spot on. The service throughout was top class, very friendly, down to earth, patient and its a breath of fresh air when the owners take time to greet and talk to their guest so thank you! The waitress was amazing too, it was her first day and she dealt with such a large group amazingly well and was very funny! The food was absolutely 10/10. Very hard to find such amazing authentic Caribbean food, in west london, unless its homemade, so this was a real treat. Thanks so much to the whole team. We will be recommending to everyone and certainly be back again!"

"My friends and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance one day. The staff was lovely and welcoming, even though we hadn't made a reservation. They kindly found us a table and played soca music, which got me even more excited. The Caribbean food we had was one of the best meals in London. We were so engrossed in our food that we could only nod at each other in satisfaction. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous, which is rare to find. The drinks were delicious too, especially the daquiris. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I definitely plan on returning."

"What a fantastic little find. I'd been wanting to go to a Carribbean restaurant where you can actually sit down and was so happy when I came across 24 carat bistro online. Me and my husband were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere different. We were greeted by Jan who was very attentive to us, asked if we would like to chose where we sat. She gave us some good recommendations on what to eat and the specials of the Cajun Mac and cheese were amazing great choice and definitely need adding to your permanent menu. Loved the vanilla rum and ginger beer and the passion fruit rum and lemonade was also a hit. Husband had the goat curry and I had the jerk chicken. Both were delicious we had empty plates. Jan gave us good recommendations for dessert, husband had the profiterole and I had the rice pudding. I loved the pink touch. Thank you. If your looking for a unique experience with amazing food then look no further and book a table. We hope to come back again soon. Thank you."

"The waitresses were lovely and food was ok but the manager wasn’t very nice. My cousin cannot tolerate pepper and so asked for BBQ instead of jerk and was told this was fine however when the food came it was still full of pepper. When we spoke to the manager about it he didn’t seem to understand or care, we then realised that all the meat is marinated in jerk so although bbq sauce was added it was still jerk which meant he was unable to eat. He wasn’t offered any alternative and the dish wasn’t removed from the bill. The manager instead said he would remove the service charge however service charge is discretional and is for the waitresses! so I did not really feel that that was the solution. Anyway it’s fair to say we will never be returning"

"Express Breakfast: Everything was cooked nice and very hot as it should be. The cooking time was very fast and the staff members were friendly. "I visited Tracks Records for the second time on a Sunday. The first visit was decent, with good food and quick service, although we experienced a delay due to a malfunctioning card machine. Overall, it was satisfactory. I had planned to celebrate my birthday there with my family, but we were not informed that no children were allowed after 8pm, so we were unable to enter. As a gesture of apology, they offered us a discount for our next visit. However, when I returned on Sunday, the experience was disappointing. The salt fish frittas did not contain any salt fish, the rum punch I ordered lacked rum and had to be corrected, and the jerk chicken spring rolls had a bone in them. The main course of jerk chicken and chips was average, with overcooked chips that were overly salty. Our table was set for 6 despite us being a party of 3, and most of the cutlery was dirty with dried food on them. Additionally, the water glasses provided were dirty as well."

"I never write reviews. In fact this is my first. No words can describe how brilliant this place is. Authentic and extraordinary is an understatement. I just want to say for starters how great and genuine Luke is. An incredible down to earth guy Interacting talking on a deep level and just showing me around the place. Not to forget the smokers he incorporates with his honest food That leaves such a great taste which I just desire in food. The food just speaks for its self. Cannot go wrong with the jerk pork. The sauces were all fresh and delicious and just an amazing accompaniment. I’ve been to other places and Luke, you blew them out of the water. Something different which you do and they don’t. Definitely without a doubt coming back again. No questions asked. Top guy you are."

"We decided to stop over at this lovely traditional looking pub before we had to catch our coach home. My friend and I needed something to eat before our journey. It is lovely inside, but our experience with the food was dreadful. There wasn’t really...a great deal on the menu that we fancied, so we both ordered the Nachos. They came out cold, stale, and with no cheese. The pulled pork that was meant to be on mine, literally a few flakes), taste surprisingly like tuna. Even that was cold! I think that if I had more time, I definitely would have requested a refund."
