"My first visit so I didn’t know that it was no easily accessible to those with mobility difficulties. I went with an elderly relative who relies on a stick to move around so the steps down to the restaurant was definitely a problem. Out of a wish to not disappoint, she slowly made her way down the stairs refusing to think about how she would leave. Staff was friendly and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food was tasty and we didn’t feel rushed. Will go again and recommend to others but wouldn’t recommend to those with a mobility difficulties."

"We were a party of 14 and my goodness did Donna/Don and the team go out their way to make my mums bday a special night. They decorated our table area with banners/ special glasses etc and made my mum feel very special! Attention to detail spot on. The service throughout was top class, very friendly, down to earth, patient and its a breath of fresh air when the owners take time to greet and talk to their guest so thank you! The waitress was amazing too, it was her first day and she dealt with such a large group amazingly well and was very funny! The food was absolutely 10/10. Very hard to find such amazing authentic Caribbean food, in west london, unless its homemade, so this was a real treat. Thanks so much to the whole team. We will be recommending to everyone and certainly be back again!"

"I have never been to such **** in my life. I am a jamaican and know what is to be expected in a jamaican restaurant. Jamaica.. New York.. Canada.. I have experienced jamaican cusean food.. But this one has to be the worst. Were in the rass you go to a jamaican restaurant and they don 't have green banana and bole dumplings. No yam... No breadfruit... I as the chief if it is okay to do me some boll dumplings and the answer I get ' they make it for themselves not for anybody else.. ' I ask for the jurk meat.... What do I get instead bones with some black **** on it.... The rice peas was over cooked... My partner had the fry chicken with rice and peas... No season on the chicken at all... This by far is the worst experience I have ever had... As for the drinks.... What a joke... None alcohol drinks £5 each... Mango cocunt.... Did taste good at all.. What is going on with this place.. If you can 't provide the goods then close down the rassclat place.. If any body wants to question me please feel free to come with your reasonings... Get people. That understands how and what is jamaican food and how to cook de rass ting..."

"This place needs a bit of a revamp. It is aldo a little cramped for our patty of 8. I had the escovich fish, to be honest it was a bit disappointing. I expected the fish to be seasoned up with onions pepper and the trimmings, but it was ok but not what I was expecting. The food was good and service too. The drinks seemed a little light on the alcohol content. They had no card machine, which was a bit inconvenient, but the cashpoint was not too far away. "I went to celebrate my birthday with three friends at this restaurant. The menu offered many delicious options and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, two of us ordered the Stew Chicken and Rice, but the rice was undercooked and hard. It seemed like the bottom of the pot had been scraped. The chicken, however, was tasty. My other friends ordered the Crayfish Mac and Cheese, but they both agreed that they couldn't taste any crayfish. Considering the higher price compared to the normal Mac and Cheese, they were both disappointed with the dish. Overall, it was a good evening but not amazing."

"I went to Tracks Records on Sunday (my second time). The first time was ok, the food was nice, service was quick but we had to wait half hour for them to sort out the card machine that wasn’t working. 🙄Aside from that, overall it was ok. Hence I planned to go with the family on my birthday but they didn’t tell us no kids were allowed in after so when we arrived, we couldn’t go in 😡. Due to them not informing us, they offered us discount off next time. So i went on Sunday and is was NOT good! Food The salt fish frittas had no salt fish! The rum punch had no rum (they had to rectify that! The jerk chicken spring rolls had a bone in it 😳. The main course (jerk Chicken and chips) was average, the chips were just about cooked and too salty (even from me and I like salt) 😡 Our booth table was set for (we had a party of but most of the cutlery on it was dirty (dried food on the forks like that were never washed) and they bought water and glasses and glasses were dirty 😡🙄😳"

"The swan really bad went Friday afternoon to meet a friend had some drinks my daughter who is met us after college . The disgusting rude doorman came after my daughter accused her of drinking , she hadn’t even sat down . Asked to...speak to a manager he was hiding somewhere didn’t even show his face . Also the toilets are disgusting no toilet roll and stink . Definitely will never go back again"
