"This was my third visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The food was cold, so I had to send it back, and my husband's fish and chips were subpar as well—he only received 14 chips! I had made a reservation through the app, but the staff didn’t seem to notice, even though I mentioned it twice to different employees. We were left at a table and had to flag down a passing waitress to take our order. Overall, the service was poor and the food was disappointing. I'm really let down by this experience."

"for the first time in this restaurant . honored by a tired looking lady we were told that there are half an hour waiting for tables because of 80 sitting so that I sa8d beautiful we wait. the restaurant had a handful of people in so not sure what the fuss was. server took drink order that took one because then came order drinks that ok loved the f and B sprinkles in the cappuccino was a nice note. I asked for a recommendation on burger and was offered to a whole American what I must say wow . a meal came to a time that was strange, so when we all our eating few meal times were only warm, which was disappointing. remains for dessert, what was okay. the app for discount downloaded and also used it to pay on the table that as practical. no bad experience, but glad I left. def recommend the app as few good offers there as children eat for a pfund."

"I have only been to this restaurant twice, and I can confidently say that there will not be a third visit. My group of four ordered two starters, which were good, but unfortunately, that was the best part of the meal. One of the pizzas we ordered was burnt to the point where less than half was edible, and the other pizza had an extremely dry and tough base. The pasta we ordered arrived cold and had to be sent back, and the steak strip salad was delayed for 15 minutes because the chef burned the steak. As a result, we were not able to dine together as a party. We brought our concerns to our server, who presumably informed the manager because our bill was adjusted. However, we never received an apology or explanation for the subpar food quality. The restaurant was not busy, yet no one took the time to discuss our complaint. I can only assume that other restaurants in this chain offer better quality, but I would need a lot of convincing to give this location another try."

"My OpenTable reservation wasn't found in their system, but I'm not sure whether that's an issue with OpenTable or Frankie's. Fortunately, the staff was accommodating and managed to seat us. The waiter was attentive and took our order promptly. I ordered a pepperoni calzone but ended up with a mac and cheese calzone instead. The waiter and manager were very apologetic; they quickly arranged for a replacement and even offered us a complimentary bowl of fries. However, the replacement was also incorrect, though it's understandable since it can be tough to distinguish from the outside. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the Oreo milkshake was fantastic. I would recommend giving it a try!"

"We had a wonderful New Year's Eve evening that began at Frankie & Benny's. Our server was attentive and our drinks were great. I enjoyed a couple of delicious espresso martinis, while my partner opted for a classic beer. The only hiccup was that the margarita pizza we ordered with chicken initially came without the chicken. By the time it was corrected, I had already finished my burger. However, the burger was satisfying and fortunately, the pizza was tasty enough to not make a big issue out of it. We will definitely return as we received a discount through the app, making it a worthwhile visit. We look forward to using this discount for future visits."
