"I made a reservation three months in advance and we drove three hours to enjoy a family dinner before an Ed Sheeran concert. When we arrived, the staff at the front of the restaurant informed us that they had no record of our booking and seemed entirely indifferent about the situation. I'm not sure if the issue was with OpenTable or something else, but it was very disappointing."

Given the busy atmosphere due to the events at the arena, our server was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was prompt, and we really appreciated the extra attention. Overall, it was a great experience!
