"Nothing special or spectacular. Service was decent staff were friendly and attentive enough. Food was average but have had better. Chicken wings were small. Breads could do with tapenade or balsamic for dipping in rather than butter (which was in the little packs; wasn’t even presented nicely). Steak was fatty. Burger was nice but dry/overdone. The actual restaurant itself is quite cool, with the bar in the middle and gives a very modern feel. What ruined it was the choice of seats we were given at the kitchen door with staff running in and out or the front door with customers loitering around waiting to be seated I understand restaurants want to squeeze people in to make more money but I’m not sure either of those spots are the place to have a table."

"First time I’ve tried this restaurant, attracted by the word fusion. Also I’m a vegetarian and the veggie menu looked so amazing (not usually the case) so I was keen to try it out. BTW they even do vegan food unheard of in Belfast. Though fish and meat are also prominently featured on the menu. I had toasted paneer with a coconut sauce and lentil and chickpea type of patty with beetroot coulis absolutely delish! My friend had the chicken with rosemary and was equally impressed. Staff very friendly and easy to get their attention. And all reasonably priced. Lovely vibe in the place would highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"Amazing Carbonara was blown away by it. Unfortunately the goat’s cheese starter was awful cold and cloying and lacking in dressing. To finish I tried the tiramisu which should be light and fluffy, this was solid, stodgy and had a weird taste??? I finished with an Irish Coffee which did t even appear to have cream and was really an awful version of the classic. The cream was mixed with the coffee which was not great and the coffee was instant! If you like carbonara and very friendly hospitality then go, just avoid the goat’s cheese, tiramisu and Irish Coffee."

"Phoned 4 times before answering. Told to come on. Reception was very poor/cold, very stand off ish.` Drinks ordered, never arrived. Sunday roast arrived with no veg? When asked about, waitress said sorry do you want veg? Meat, gravy, mash cold ish. Roast pots very hot, veg turns up half way through dinner cold ish, very limp. Drinks turn up towards end. Best bit was when the waitress cleaned the adjoining table and showered us (and our dinner) with whatever chemical they were cleaning the table with. We never ate after that. Weirdly, we paid without complaining but there didn't seem to be anyone available who gave a care and to be honest, we just wanted out with the least hassle. Had one negative experience before and don't know why it closed but had decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Not for me, unfortunately."

"The restaurant is very good decorated and it’s staffs are friendly. Regarding the food, I visited the restaurant on the morning to have my breakfast there. I ordered pancake and black coffee. The coffee arrived before the pancake and it got cold waiting for the pancake. When pancake arrived was very good looking and nice taste but I think it was not freshly baked. Table was not cleaned very well and it was sticky !!"

"Here on a Saturday night with another couple. Very poor would be a complement. Waited over hours for food Some kind of droning nose next to our table sounds like a generator Food when it finally came was dry like it...had been under a heat lamp for an hour. "As a visitor to London for the marathon, I randomly booked a table at STK, and I was not disappointed. During my visit with five friends, I had already eyed the tomahawk steak on the menu. Although it was significantly more than I would usually spend on a steak, it was worth every penny—cooked to perfection and simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere, and our entire party was very impressed with our choice of venue. Everyone enjoyed their food and cocktails immensely. Thank you for a wonderful evening!"

"This restaurant was truly exceptional! Despite being very busy, we were able to secure a late reservation. The food was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of options that made it hard to choose. We enjoyed a seafood platter, goatcheese mousse, ham hough, and oysters. For mains, we indulged in surf and turf (halibut and pigeon), ribeye steak, and delicious sides. We even took home some desserts that were heavenly. The staff truly made the experience even more memorable, with Elise and Nicki providing excellent service and knowledge about the menu, and bartender Sharice making a perfect after-dinner cocktail. It's definitely worth the price and time if you have the opportunity. Overall, a fantastic dining experience."

"we really enjoyed our meal here. came to celebrate our 9th anniversary. Unfortunately, we were not told during our booking that we would only have 90 minutes of the table, as we felt in a hurry and on cursing a bad decision from the office hardly jumped fair on the staff. my main meal was pork belly it was divine 10/10 my man had the rib and he was very happy with him cooked to his lust. I decided for the mont blanc from the festive menu for dessert it was such a disappointment 1/10 bought in meringue very small chestnut and saw chocolate drops that were more like what they melted down for tempting. cote should improve or take it from the menu. I have let the server know of my unmut, unfortunately I have paid the full price for it. our drinks were well made and the wee was excellent, the employees were very friendly and efficient, especially the cookies served. so close to getting 5 stars."

"The wrap itself was soft on top and generously topped with melted cheese, but beneath it was rock hard—not crispy, but tough, as if it had been microwaved first. That part was inedible. The saving grace came from the pots of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, which added flavor to the meal; otherwise, it would have been a 2 out of 10. Even the tortilla chips were the cheapest available. The side of chips was quite nice, though. My friend's meal included half ribs and chicken wings, but they initially messed up the order and had to send back the first batch. She said it was just okay, but considering the price, the quality of the meat was lacking. I tried a wing and found it overcooked and somewhat tough, with the piri piri sauce being too spicy—buffalo sauce would have been a better fit. The whole experience could have been significantly improved with a bit more care, better ingredients, or a chef who was either more attentive or had a better grasp of Mexican cuisine. Having worked in catering for much of my career, I'm a bit of a tough critic, and honestly, I wouldn't choose to eat here again. On a positive note, the server was very pleasant and professional. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement!"

"I was surprised to receive a text while en route to the restaurant stating that my table, reserved for 6:30 PM, would be needed again at 8 PM. Having to finish an expensive meal in just an hour and a half is quite disappointing! Fortunately, the restaurant was quiet on Wednesday evening, with only five tables occupied. However, given these conditions, we won't be returning. When I made the reservation, there was no indication of any time limit on our table."

"Simply the best roast dinner of my life Everything was so superlative I had to force myself not to eat fast. Each individual item on the plate was the best of its kind I have ever had. Before you think I am a friend of the restaurant owners I am visiting from England and went with friends : Met at the door by a lovely gent who sat us and took our drinks order. Served by others who were non Intrusive and only interested in making our meal an excellent experience. I cannot explain how amazing the roast was. The meat was perfection, the honey flavoured veg was divine. The potatoes were unlike any I have ever had. Now the “Skirlie” I have neither seen nor eaten before. What a treat!! It was like the chef wanted to show off and this was his opus. Simply brilliant from start to finish. I am positive I will never have a better roast dinner Amazing work to all involved Thank you. "On my second visit to this restaurant, I found myself cramped at a table despite requesting a specific one that remained empty. I had also asked for extra potatoes and fewer parsnips, but received the opposite - three potatoes and an overwhelming amount of parsnips. The wine was also priced much higher than expected. While these issues were eventually resolved after I complained, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. The Sunday roast is expensive, but worth it when done properly. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it fell short of expectations due to the mishaps."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel while attending an event at Santapod. From the moment we arrived until we left, our stay was comfortable. The rooms were cleaned impeccably and the bed felt like sleeping on a feather. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which was perfect. The owners of the hotel were welcoming and polite, making us feel at home. We plan to stay here again in the future. Four weeks later, we stayed at the hotel again for another event at Santapod. The owners and staff treated us like family. We stayed in a family room this time, which was spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, one of the best Indian meals I've ever had. Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great service!"
