"The restaurant is very good decorated and it’s staffs are friendly. Regarding the food, I visited the restaurant on the morning to have my breakfast there. I ordered pancake and black coffee. The coffee arrived before the pancake and it got cold waiting for the pancake. When pancake arrived was very good looking and nice taste but I think it was not freshly baked. Table was not cleaned very well and it was sticky !!"

The one in the centre is run by the most pedantic, pretentious, inconsiderate, disrespectful assholes ever who treat their employees like scum.

A bit noisy but full at time of our visit. Service slow initially but overall very good. Food all excellent and good value. Menu seems quite authentically French. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The chicken Breton and lemon tart especially good.

Great location near the station, castle and St Davids. Friendly and efficient service with a good selection of wine, a cocktail list and a varied menu. Our food was beautifully presented and delicious. The Rumbaba deserves special mention, incredibly light, tasty.

Lovely breakfast to start the day Came here on the weekend Wales played rugby and service was fast and efficient, and filling. We opted for the full breakfast, where we had our eggs cooked to our choosing, as well as staff asking for which bread we would like. Would go back View menu

Service wasn't bad, bit slapdash at times but friendly enough. Food not as good as other Cotes I've been to mainly due to the dishes being far too salty (I had the tuna steak, my partner the Beef Bourguignon). Apart from anything else this made the wine a waste of money as salt and wine don't really mix. Not a Cote I'd go back to.

An evening meal on the eve of the Wales v England game. Wonderful atmosphere very attentive staff and super food. The bourguignon was superb as ever. The cheese board, whilst a little cool, was an excellent selection beautifully served. Super waiting staff who were very friendly and welcoming and clearly switched on managers who were aware of customer numbers and turn arounds.

"It was the most bizarre experience dining here. First when we arrived in the restaurant, our group set up was that there was someone on each end who was sitting facing an empty chair on the other side of the table. Upon enquiry we understood it was a covid measure, however never had any other restaurants requesting such seating arrangements in the past 20 months. We ordered two split pots, a non-spicy broth for one side of the pot and a spicy broth for the other side. The staff came to confirm that we wanted spicy/non-spicy in each pot. Yes, we said. To our shock when the pots came, one pot was spicy/spicy on both side, and the other was non-spicy/non-spicy on both sides. This was after the staff had came by to confirm that we wanted a spicy/non-spicy set-up, and in the usual situation a person wanting a spicy broth would not have asked for a split pot. We raised this to the staff and were clearly unhappy about it, though did not insist on having the broths changed around. What happened next made it the most awkward and uncomfortable dining experience ever. From where we were sitting, we could hear the owner reprimanding the staff for the error, throughout our meal. We understand mistakes occur and if the owner was unhappy about the mistake and genuinely wanted to apologise, taking the initiative to change the broth to the right setup, or a complimentary drink or dish would have gone a long way. But no, he chose to reprimand the staff within our hearing for the whole dinner (which didn't help the situation one bit and made the experience worse! . We felt sorry for the staff. Even with the hospitality shortage, that was a completely wrong way to help the staff improve, nor help retain them in the long run. I don't remember anything about the food, although photos did show a good range to choose from. At the end of the meal we each received a box of hello panda, which might have helped, if not for the fact they were expired. All in all, would not recommend."
