"I 'm unsure how this restaurant is 'award winning '. I went for the first time and was really disappointed. The poppadoms were stale, I found a hair in the chutney. Some of the starters arrived cold so they took them away and when they came back, everything on the plate was piping hot, including the salad, so blatent microwave job. Long waits inbetween courses and very overpriced for what you get. The staff were friendly but I will not be returning."

"Looked online at the menu and this place seemed like a jack of all trades. Doner kebabs to korma 's, pizzas to Peshawar naan........I ordered from there as its a stones throw away from my mums. Thought what the hell and ordered. Phoned them and asked how long it would be, told 20 mins. Went to collect food and guy couldn 't see order. Spoke to his pal and then found a note pad with my order. 7 minutes later the food arrives for me. My naan bread was more like a garlic pizza bread which was crispier than a deep fried won ton. My mum said her chips were hard, more hard than a slab of concrete. Overall, very disappointed in the quality."

"From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted. The staff kindly informed us that they don't serve alcohol, which gave us the option to leave if we wished, but it didn't bother us at all. They had a variety of soft drinks available, which we ordered. The food was excellent – we enjoyed the king prawn jalfrezi and the huka korma with rice, both of which were delicious. I also tried the pesh, which has quickly become my new favorite dish."

"I called in for lunch last week and it was a revelation. We had smoothies which were amazing followed by the best chicken and avocado salad I have ever eaten. It was inexpensive and I really didn’t expect it to be so good, but it was. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The service was excellent, everyone was lovely and everything done with a smile. Apparently the coffee is great too. I would highly recommend Caffe Crema. I just wish I didn’t live 200 miles away."

"The restaurant review for Woody's in Farnborough is not positive. The staff, particularly an Indian man who seems to be in charge, lacks respect and behaves as though he is the CEO of a 5-star Michelin restaurant. The customer service is subpar, with staff seeming to be clueless and always insisting that they are right. Other branches of the restaurant chain are much better, and it is suggested that the Farnborough location should close permanently. The reviewer believes that the staff should be professionals rather than clowns, and instead of being called "bossman," they should be referred to as "waste man" instead."

"I travel all round the country with work and usual have a curry once a week, in the last 12 years that's a lot of different restaurants tried. The last year's been a lot of take aways. This place has got to be in the top 5. It's difficult to judge properly eating it as a takeaway but the food was authentic and delicious. "We decided to try Little India as we are staying nearby on a visit from Glasgow and are both curry lovers. The fish pakora was fine, our mains were chicken madras and lamb vindaloo as we both like spicy food. These dishes were by far the best curries we’ve had for some time, absolutely delicious. "We first visited Raja's a few years ago when we wanted a non halal Indian restaurant. We weren't disappointed and until Covid reached our shores, we were frequent visitors. Gorgeous food, cosy and friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Unfortunately, when we enquired about it still being non halal last night, we were disappointed to hear it wasn't the case now. So disappointed as it was the only one in Leeds."

"I ordered a family meal for delivery, after 90 minutes it hadn't arrived so I called and was told the driver was 2 minutes away. After 20 more minutes and still no food, I called again and was told the driver was round the corner, 10 more minutes and still no sign and now over 2 hours since we ordered our food and made a third call and was told the driver was definitely close however, it was still another 10 minutes before it would arrive. No apology at all and to top it off when our food arrived, all the labels were correct but the contents did not match what was inside. Starving hungry we just ate what we got but not what we has paid for. Terrible service and the food was poor too. Won't be a returning customer and will advise others to avoid. An apology or actually a partial refund would have been a start."

"A great traditional pub full of character. Our group of 7 (including 2 grandchildren) had a nice reserved table upstairs. A good selection of pub grub (a bit slow in coming but it was Christmas Eve) which we all enjoyed. The real ale selection was interesting and in good condition. The new manager who only arrived that day sought us out to apologise for the delay. We really appeciated his attitude and hope his new post is successful he deserves it."
