"Sai has quickly become my new favorite Indian restaurant! We've tried numerous Indian places across the United Kingdom, but none have met our expectations quite like Sai. From the very first bite, the food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! It also boasted incredibly authentic Indian aromas, even surpassing our favorite Indian restaurants back home in Canada. The service was excellent, and the decor and cleanliness were impressive. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I believe they've recently renovated their outdoor terrace. I highly recommend visiting Sai for a wonderful meal and an enjoyable experience!"

The atmosphere was fantastic, and with the sunny weather, it was lovely to enjoy drinks outside before dinner. I recommend making a reservation, as it was fully booked on a Tuesday evening. "I’ve written about the food in the Cafe Royal bar a couple of times, firstly when sporting a dashing bowtie then as part of a Grubcrawl. Both times I’d focussed on their seafood selection as I’m a great fan of popping in for oysters. I’d previously overlooked the rest of their bar menu, which brings together one of the better sounding selections of pub grub in the city. I visited to see whether it was just fine words or tasted as good as it read."

"Been to few Indian restaurants in my time, but this is the worst ever! Poppadom to start that had a funny smell. Daughter had onion rings that were orange. Wife had onion bhaji that was a slab on her plate. I had the prawn poori that was a mess on the plate. All came with a side salad of slice of cucumber, of tomato and a small handful of lettuce. Got worse when the main meals came, handful of chicken pieces that were tough and the rest was a tasteless sauce. None of us finished the meal. Bill was presented before the table had been cleared, down the drain!! to cap it all after we left my wife told me that the Indian waiter behind the bar stared at her during the meal and my daughter told me she had found plastic in her meal! Anybody who is thinking of eating here AVOID !!"

"Best fish and chips I've ever had. Very fresh tasting. The chips were hot and tasted like they were just cut. Been there twice, had fish twice. Traveling to Dublin again in a week. Want to try some other dish, but I sure would miss the fish. The waiter remembered me from my first visit. He remembered what I ate and drank and where I sat!! Like the cozy atmosphere and great local music. I'll be back."

"The service from the staff was outstanding, especially since there were only two of them. They were friendly and engaging, and offered excellent suggestions for alternative dishes. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired; the restrooms definitely need a thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the food was exceptionally well-prepared, surpassing that of other Pizza Hut locations I’ve visited. "If you drive to this pub make sure you pay for parking!! After popping in for a drink we will never return. It is not clear that you have to tell the pub you have parked to obtain free parking and no one in the pub asked. The atmosphere was great and staff friendly however going just over an hour we had a £100 fine!!! We tried to call the pub but they didn’t want anything to do with it and after sending evidence to the parking company they also stated we should have informed the pub. A very expensive drink with friends but what has disappointed me more is that both the pub and parking would not even entertain trying to help."

"On arrival greeted by a waiter who was wearing a shirt that required ironing and jeans that needed a belt. Directed to a 4 person table, even though there were tables for 2 available. Ordered hummus as a starter for my partner, only to be informed that unlike every other restaurant in the world, it did not come with bread and this had to be purchased separately!! The chips were undercooked and the mixed grill came with a very soggy skinned chicken wing. Overall, the food, for what they were charging, was below par. Wouldn’t rush back to eat there again."

I'm now very unhappy.I call to complain and am told the manager is not available but am assured by the person answering the phone all curries have pieces of chicken in them and he counted them himself. isn't and they're not even what I'd consider to be a bite-sized piece, they're the size of a KFC chicken popcorn.In short, I waited an unnaceptable amount of time, got a bowl of sauce and a curry and they don't care. I'll stick to Mushtaqs or Spice from now on"
