"The food was amazing the service impeccable. Every question we asked they answered and the portion sizes were great... Only thing to mention is if there is more then one group in maybe don't sit us together the other group table was so noisy at times as couldn't here our guests.... The manager was super friendly even took. Us through all the different types of food on display.... The best Turkish food I have had in so long... Thanks for a great evening"

"Great steak, fairly good service and atmosphere. I had an excellent steak, with good quality sides. It was well prepared, with great flavour and is generally much better than you get in an average steak restaurant. The location is central to the city, so parking is a challenge, but I would say it's worth the trip, finding a space and walking to the restaurant. "I understand that the premises are due for a refurb which is a positive. We arrived at where we assumed the meet and greet was to be ignored initially. Service wasn’t great to be honest. No friendly banter. Menu was just about ok for choice and value but childrens menu really needs more thought! We were seated at around 5pm in relative quiet by 5:30 pm there were a lot more diners but the bar area was filling rapidly and soon folk spilled outside. Noise levels became a problem in my view. A trip to the toilet became impossible as drinkers didn’t want to move aside. It was easier to make the return trip via another outside route. Would I return? Perhaps after the refurb. Location ideal after visiting Attingham Park."

"I had the BFF milkshake and a spicy chicken burger. The milkshake was everything you could want, and I even got it for free with the burger—what a deal! The portion size was generous; I almost couldn’t finish it. The spicy burger could have been a bit spicier, though—I was hoping for a little more heat! But the quality of the food was excellent. The atmosphere here is lovely and has a fun vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered us a 10% discount on our next order if we post about them on Instagram. And by the way, the boss has great hair!"

"Met up with friends on Friday evening. It was very busy and took quite a while to get our order. However, the food came in good time and they have a whole vegan menu so we were spoilt! Staff were pleasant and got everyone’s order correct. Just a tip- you can get cheese grated, will save you chopping it up into squares! Can highly recommend the tempeh fries, they were so good! *Edit* Thank you for your response. I totally understand! Been here 5-6 times now and the food has been excellent every time. The vegan food is great and its one of the most reasonably priced places in Harrogate. Just tried the Korean mushroom balls, heaven!"

"Me and my family booked this restaurant a whil e back for new year as we thought it would get busy but was told when we got there was no booking under our name despite I called a few days before to confirm which they said we was booked in. The lady who I spoke to basically said I was a liar and asked for a screen shot if my reservation which I think was pretty poor. unfortunately we did have to eat there because there was no other restaurant’s available at the time we wanted. I felt that we was rushed and there was a set menu which we wasn’t aware of either. The food wasn’t bad but not worth the money that we paid. I did complain and Another lady which I think was the manager was very polite and very apologetic."

"pros: nice delivery women and polite on phone, nice breakfast binlid cons: delivery took about 95 mins, supposed to be french fries when its actually cheap oven chips which tasted boiled which got binned, burger was black on one side and tasted really odd worst burger iv had and im not that fussy which also got binned."

"Although the restaurant is pleasantly decorated, that was the highlight of our visit. We felt that there was a bad attitude to customers from the start. We asked for tap water and instead of being given a jug for the table, we were each given a half filled glass. When we saw the astronomical prices for drinks, for water, for creamy milk drinks we realised that we'd better make our tepid tap water last. The food was average with no extras like you'd expect our cold mezze plate for was basically some dips plus rice in vine leaves. No pitta you have to pay extra for that. Rest of food distinctly average, some not nice at all spinach parcels avoid. Very loud music playing. Large service charge added. Will never go back"

"Exceptional standard of food! I don’t think I’ve ever had lamb as tender as this it melted in your mouth! Cocktails were delicious, Kids portion is plenty big enough I would have been happy with this size myself. They brought out a birthday dessert free of charge which was a lovely extra. Service was great, so all in all I would highly recommend this restaurant and I’m already looking forward to next time! Thank you. P.s I usually have something to complain about lol but there was nothing to fault at all."

"Food was great, service was so disappointing. Melissa was our waitress and we asked her questions but she didn't know much about our food or what flavour milkshakes were available. She kept having to go away and ask and come back. She was very polite and well mannered though. Our menu also had a small set meal menu slipped in, which was only for hotel guests. The manager rudely came over and asked us where we got the menus from, we told them from inside the menus he gave to us. He told us we couldn't order from it and walked away. The menus shouldn't have been given to us on the first place! Such a shame for the terrible service because the food was delicious."

"The General Manager was very accommodating and took the initiative when it took us 30 minutes to be served our drinks. Unfortunately, the waiter seemed focused on only a few tables and didn't take our order in a timely manner. The food was decent; I wanted steak but it was out (which I understand given the lockdown the next day). Overall, the venue had a nice atmosphere and vibe."

"A typical fast food establishment in Banbury that struggles to deliver a decent takeaway. My children and I were not impressed; I couldn't even try the chicken filler burger because it had an unpleasant odor, so it went straight into the bin. The chicken fillets for the kids tasted reheated and didn't seem fresh at all. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from here again!"

"We were looking for a hearty breakfast around 1100 Sunday morning happened upon this restaurant. The lady welcomed us the chap serving up breakfast was chatty most welcoming. I had full English breakfast which was well presented, ingredients were fresh tasty. Sandra had omelette which again well presented, fresh ingredients tasty. The premises were spotless, thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will most definitely call in again"
