"Very disappointed as the restaurant did not recognise my booking through open table. The waitress was not happy that we had a tastecard and told us that we should have booked in advance and when I told her I had rang several occasions then to tell me that the phone number that was advertised was incorrect . Finally there was no baby changing facility and she said the disabled toilet had a bigger space in order to change the baby so I assumed she meant I could change the baby on the floor."

"My sister recommended this restaurant to me and I have to say, the pizzas are delicious. The nachos are also very tasty. However, the chips and cheese were not great. The biggest issue with this place is the delivery service. It seems like they only have one driver, and they definitely need to hire another one. Both times we ordered, it took 2 hours for the food to be delivered! Last night, I called twice and was told the first time that they had suddenly gotten busy. Maybe they only have one chef? So if customers walk in, they don't have enough chefs to handle telephone orders as well? The second time I called, the girl said she was putting in cakes for us as a gesture. When it arrived, there was only one piece of cake, even though there were clearly multiple people eating. It's a shame because the pizzas are amazing and I've heard the kebabs are too. If I order again, I will definitely be picking it up myself. Just some constructive criticism here - I don't like leaving negative feedback, but if you improve your delivery service, I'm sure you will receive 5 stars in the future."

"Me and my family booked this restaurant a whil e back for new year as we thought it would get busy but was told when we got there was no booking under our name despite I called a few days before to confirm which they said we was booked in. The lady who I spoke to basically said I was a liar and asked for a screen shot if my reservation which I think was pretty poor. unfortunately we did have to eat there because there was no other restaurant’s available at the time we wanted. I felt that we was rushed and there was a set menu which we wasn’t aware of either. The food wasn’t bad but not worth the money that we paid. I did complain and Another lady which I think was the manager was very polite and very apologetic."

"I understand that the premises are due for a refurb which is a positive. We arrived at where we assumed the meet and greet was to be ignored initially. Service wasn’t great to be honest. No friendly banter. Menu was just about ok for choice and value but childrens menu really needs more thought! We were seated at around 5pm in relative quiet by 5:30 pm there were a lot more diners but the bar area was filling rapidly and soon folk spilled outside. Noise levels became a problem in my view. A trip to the toilet became impossible as drinkers didn’t want to move aside. It was easier to make the return trip via another outside route. Would I return? Perhaps after the refurb. Location ideal after visiting Attingham Park."

"Exceptional standard of food! I don’t think I’ve ever had lamb as tender as this it melted in your mouth! Cocktails were delicious, Kids portion is plenty big enough I would have been happy with this size myself. They brought out a birthday dessert free of charge which was a lovely extra. Service was great, so all in all I would highly recommend this restaurant and I’m already looking forward to next time! Thank you. P.s I usually have something to complain about lol but there was nothing to fault at all."

"Very disappointing experience, no atmosphere whatsoever, considering it was Xmas eve there appeared to be very little effort taken into making the restaurant festive, we couldn’t have prelunch drinks which was sort of understandable but we should have been able to sit down. "The General Manager was very accommodating and took the initiative when it took us 30 minutes to be served our drinks. Unfortunately, the waiter seemed focused on only a few tables and didn't take our order in a timely manner. The food was decent; I wanted steak but it was out (which I understand given the lockdown the next day). Overall, the venue had a nice atmosphere and vibe."

"large selection of gluten-free and vegetarian farewell, plus two or three Cask ales on draft at any time. a seasonal rotating menu plus a few items they always have in offer. it can be quite crowded and loud in certain nights of the week, and if that happens, the quality of the service can suffer quite. at these locations they would best advise to make a booking, or they can not find any table at all. but immaculate eating and a great atmosphere makes this always one of my favorite for an evening meal; especially date night! They cannot go wrong with one of their two burritos if their wonderfully tasty bark burgers or their lamb shell."

"I booked as a birthday treat for my husband. It was our first visit and I couldn't be more pleased. Great food, wine and service. We had a window seat which was great for us too as we love to people watch. Will be visiting again very soon. Was well worth the journey as we are not local."

"Waiting for the bus home opposite and finding out it wouldn’t come for another 25 mins, I decided to treat myself to a dinner out instead. An extremely warm welcome the instant I walked through the door and the best service I’ve had in a restaurant for a long time! The atmosphere is very relaxed, food delicious, very reasonable and really quick to be served too. The menu is really varied with some great pasta, pizza, salad, meat and seafood options so I’m sure there’s something for everyone. All in all, an accidental discovery, but a fantastic find and I’ll most definitely be back again soon thank you!"
