"We used to order from this restaurant through Just Eat and we live only 200 meters away. We would pay the delivery charge when getting our food delivered. The quality of the food has been hit or miss - sometimes it's okay, other times it's poor. But hey, after a few beers, any food will do. However, we have decided to never order from here again. The last time we ordered, the delivery driver asked why we didn't tip. We explained that we had already paid the delivery charge and we live so close by. That experience made us decide to never order from this restaurant again."

"The place and view were beautiful! The food was not good, unfortunately. An hour later, we received a starter that was uncooked and had raw meat. We sent it back, but the rest of the food came out lukewarm. The chicken wings were undercooked. The main dishes arrived at the same time as the appetizers, and they were not hot either. The portions were not satisfying and lacked flavor. The pizza was cold, and when we complained, the manager offered the meal for free. The service from the waiter and manager was good, but the kitchen staff may need improvement. I would return for drinks, but not for a meal. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant."

"I called to add more items to the order, the restaurant was busy and noisy which I can understand which made it difficult for the call handler to hear me, and even although the noise and issue was with the restaurant I moved to a...quite room and shouted on the phone for her to hear me, she still couldn’t hear me nor did she care much to add more items to the Order, after being cut off 3 times I decided to cancel the order with them due to the sub standard customer service, this was then passed over to a manager who told me they couldn’t process a refund etc and the issue had to be resolved by just eat. I eat at many places and a good Judge of a red quality is it’s customer service, this was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in Edinburgh. Thankfully just eat resolved this instantly as they agreed this is a bad experience. I have added food quality as abysmal as it’s the only score I can give something that never made it to my mount. Avoid!!"

"Terrible. I ordered momos, Everest lamb and steamed rice. You get about 10 momos with the broth and side which is acceptable for £10. On a first bite yes they are nice but then you look and realise they are all far too uniform and are shop bought absolutely not made on the premises so I could have zipped to oriental express and got some for the freezer! No happy. The broth was a bit bland. Then we move to the curry do you think the customer is stupid? I could taste allspice and it hadn’t cooked out so was horrible and overpowering. The lamb was as tough as old boots so had not cooked off enough either. I was gonna give leftovers to my teen son but I chucked it down the toilet instead as I want him to know quality and this was not how Nepalese food should taste. What sort of clowns are running this parade?!!"

"This is the best Greek restaurant I have ever been to and definitely one of the best I have ever eaten at. The ingredients are top quality and the portions are generous, all at an affordable price. The front of house service is exceptional and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Greek food. "Where do I start... I 'm going to be really honest, this was my first and last time here. First off we were promised a live music which turned out to be more on the lines of mumbling some lines. The atmosphere was drab and non existent. The food was cold and tasteless. Most of my friends that went (12+ we couldn 't finish our meals as meat was uncooked and carbs (rice chips were still frozen. We paid £30pp for a belly dancer, live music and a set menu, which is fair enough. The belly dancer was outstanding as always and was entertaining. Couldn 't say the same about the service and fixtures. We asked for water a number of times and was then presented with a plastic water bottle which wasn 't very clean with tap water and was told to share this across the table. We were not impressed. The reason for this was they had run out of jugs (btw no-one had jugs or food for that matter. Timely delivery of food, didn 't exist. We got to the restaurant at 19:30, we had some drinks caught up ordered. Starters came out at 20:50. We then entertained by shouting in the kitchen and what seemed to be a disagreement between all staff, other diners at this point started walking out without eating anything as they had waited so long. Then at 21:57 we were graced with our main meal which was half hot half cold. Rice was pretty much frozen, meat was hot but as mentioned before, some was uncooked. Not too mention the smallest lime in my 'strawberry daiquiri ' which has literally no taste. We you can tell from the pictures these were not happy customers a lot of food was left... Yes a plastic container for my sweet and sour sauce instead of the promised aioli sauce. Bearing on mine the whole time we sat with our coats and scarves on as the AC was turned up so high our hands were turning blue. In conclusion, if you want to pay through the nose for cold, uncooked and unfriendly stay them please come enjoy (sarcasm ."

"I ordered the char-grilled lamb at the restaurant and found it to be extremely salty. The excessive saltiness could be harmful to one's health, so they should consider reducing the amount of salt used in their dishes. Additionally, the price was quite high, almost comparable to that of a paesano. It seems like the restaurant may be targeting drunk customers leaving the pub who may not pay much attention to the prices. However, as someone who had just completed a long and healthy cycle, I found the dish to be disappointing."

"we're here last night for a birthday dinner. Interestingly, there were also about 6 other table birthday meals. there is a small parking space around the back and a 2 minute walk, then two treppenflüge, as it is a dachrestaurant. if they are disabled, they forget to come here, as there is no wheelchair access, as I could say. the interieur is very pleasant, with a fantastic bar that makes some great cocktails. the staff seems very friendly here too. eating, was a little hit and miss for my Turkish taste. very nice lamb dishes, huh not so much. rice and couscous could have been fresher. the waiting staff was quite good, but eating took a because, but we were in a party of 9. there is a nice atmosphere here, although expecting pump music (house type beats). not too far from the train station turnpike lane on the piccadilly line. would come again."

"Maison du Mezze at first appears to be well decorated eluding a soft ambiance, good music and inviting smiles. I was sourly disappointed in the quality of food. The starters were sadly the highlight. We were served a range of cold mezzes which were tasty. The hot starters included kibbeh and well grilled softened halloumi. All satisfying. I must say that there was nothing special about the lentil soup, I guess it was foreshadowing the blandness to come. The mains were in all aspects of the term, tasteless. We had kabsa and another fish rice dish. The rice was dry, the fish rubbery and the lamb ok. Finally, our desert, I have never seen the word be so misused. We had a very cold, bland, textureless rice pudding. The disappointment after a long list of let downs was obvious on my face when a lovely waiter came to ask if everything was ok. The other desert was immemorable. Frankly, I would give this place 2 stars, but the service was excellent and the decor divine."

"We stopped in while waiting for the number 8 bus and ordered two chicken strip meals and one chicken nugget meal. It took almost 10 minutes to receive our food, and when we did, the chicken strips were on plates even though we had requested takeout. After some confusion, we were given our meals in boxes and left. Unfortunately, our food was cold, but the chicken nugget meal was satisfactory according to my daughter. We returned our cold meal and received a refund, with the explanation that the staff member was working alone."

"Following a long journey to Stoke by Nayland, we found this quaint pub in the village and decided to go for lunch here. This country pub features everything you could want with a log fire near the entrance, a nice bar with plenty of variety and it has its own wine “cellar” type room! My partner and I decided to grab a bite to eat, ordering the flat ironed steak, accompanied with steak cut chips, garlic mushrooms and a garlic sauce, and I ordered the steak and mushroom pie, accompanied with freshly steamed veg and a dollop of mash. Both plates arrived promptly and the food on both plates was superb, tasted fresh and locally sourced. The added bonus was the chef singing I’m a believer in the background, not the best version I’ve heard but none the less a valiant attempt and great to hear the staff in good spirits during the current situation. Overall my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the atmosphere in the pub, we’d definitely recommend and we may pop in before we leave!"

"I've been ordering from here for years and never had a problem with the service.... Until today when I found a piece of glass in my food I rang the shop and explained what happened at first the were ok and said they would send me out new food to which I decline as had lost my appetite he then started to refused to give me a refund but then said he would after we debated about it for a while. I then received a phone call from the owner who told me to never order from their shop again. I did receive my refund from the owner but i don't think i should of had to argue about it multiple times as its not my fault that a shard of glass was in my food. also there was no apology given which is just bad service."

"Stayed overnight with dinner and breakfast the following morning. Lovely friendly welcome on arrival and a fabulously quirky room in the roof space. Dinner was delicious as was the accompanying beer and wine. The following morning and it would have been rude not to have the full English. Another delicious meal and set us up for the day. Chef and Mrs Chef run a great pub/restaurant with rooms. Why stay in a boring modern box when there is somewhere like this to stay."

"Went to Crave yesterday with my husband and 1 year old. ABSOULITY loved it! As we arrived we were seated in less than a minute, without asking a high chair was given to us for our daughter. The staff are so bubbly, friendly and smiling constantly, the staff build such a rapport with their customers. No matter how busy they are or how tired they may be the staff always greet the customers with a smile and are so friendly. We went there for dinner I had the spicey classic burger, my husband had the club burger, we also had mango smoothy and sweet potatoe fries, chilli con carni fries and imli fries. The food was out of this world. It's a family run place and you can taste the love and passion in the food. This place is worth 10*, out of all the places I have eaten at they have nothing on Crave. This should be Michelin star. Everything at Crave is first class the staff, the food, and the decor. We are definitely coming back, this time for breakfast. The food here is finger licking good. It's worth doing the journey from Birmingham to eat at Crave. I highly recommend Crave. This place has it spot on."

"Another fabulous night at Yara. A very busy lively vibe with plenty of lovely people all having a great time. There were 4 of us and we had kebabs, veg stew and Mousaka...as well as starters which I can never spell very well so I'll just say they were lovely. The staff are always super helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They have great advise and recommendations. If you haven't been recently ..can't recommend it enough. Food excellent....service excellent! We go almost weekly...always great."
