"We dined on a Sunday night. We were like the only people in the restaurant. We sat for 20 minutes before someone came up and asked if we wanted drinks. Should have walked out then, but we stayed for dinner. For the meal we had to chase down the waitress and asked the hostess to help us out. The food was ok. The portions were small even for Europe. Think I’ll try something different next time as London has many French restaurants."

"the waitress was helpless – not trained about what is on the menu, not attentive, brought us plates and best for us to put them themselves, with water, etc. eating was overcooked. airline foods taste better. the hostess was cheerful and friendly, but had a little difficulty to locate my reservation (later found out, open table reservations are written manually on a separate sheet paper). the view of the bridge in the night is fantastic, but this is the only good thing the restaurant has to offer. very sad."

"The staff at this restaurant were amazing, from the lady to the two gentlemen who served us. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time. The drinks and food were both outstanding and priced reasonably. The bartender even created a delicious rum cocktail for me. The service was exceptional, with the lady being especially attentive. Overall, I would give the service a flawless 10/10. Thank you to the staff for providing us with a delightful dining experience!"

"Had the wings for my mains, plenty of meat of them which I like. Peope rant rave about the wings I have had better, there was nothing wrong with them I was just expecting a lot more because of that. I was expecting these to blow me away like something I’ve never had before because of what I’ve heard about them which made me have higher expectations but that’s on their end. Massive portion which I couldn’t finish lovely buffalo type sauce. Had the fish tacos for starters and although they’re a starter I would like them to be slightly bigger or have more prawn on them. Big fan of these 10/10, would usually be something I’d turn my nose at but since having ate them I’ve ordered them while eating out since."

"The restaurant was not open for our 7am breakfast reservation despite accepting our reservation via Open Table and having an opening time of 6am. We were traveling and needed to be assured a hot meal at an early hour, and Milano never contacted us to cancel the reservation or apologize for not being open when it was supposed to be. Its website also does not have an email address so you can only contact it via phone which doesn't work to alert management to a problem when the restaurant is closed. Very disappointing."

"I made a reservation for 7:15 PM on Saturday, but when we arrived, the staff, who were very courteous and apologetic, informed us that there was a party of 200 next door, and all of their kitchen staff were tied up with that event. They told us that it would take at least 40 minutes to get our food, regardless of what we ordered. When we inquired if it might take longer, she mentioned that the same situation occurred the night before, and she suspected it would take much longer this time as well. I can’t understand why they don’t have enough staff available to serve customers. This was a special occasion for us, as we had family visiting from High Wycombe. I had initially booked a table at the Peacock, but chose this place for what I thought would be a special experience. In the end, we returned to the Peacock Inn, which served us immediately and saved our evening. I felt really embarrassed by the whole situation."

"I have booked frankie on a Chelsea playing day because I have torn my Achilies Serne, I am in gips and crutches with very limited mobility. we arrived at the restaurant to find that the toptable reservation had not gone through the restaurant and we had no table booked on an extremely busy day. I'm not sure who was more angry, I or the manager and saw my need that he was fit us into which I was certainly very uncomfortable. So I can honestly say that the customer service was excellent and we had a very good meal."

"The food was top notch well cooked, well presented, well priced, creative and delicious with a very varied menu without being too big. We didn’t eat off the 2 course fixed price £32 menu (subject to a time constraint this included unlimited wine I think) but that menu looked great too. Drinks service was a tad on the slow side, but the staff were attentive shame for the waitresses that they all looked super uncomfortable in their unnecessarily short skirts (why? it’s a smart restaurant, not a dodgy bar) . The birthday party in the area below were having a good time so it was loud upstairs, but overall the atmosphere was a mix of serious (the food) and fun (the vibe) and it’s a great building and location in Worcester Will definitely eat there again, just hope the girls get some classier work wear."

"This hotel restaurant and bar is in a great location and is newly decorated beautifully. The toilets are very clean. Unfortunately, the food was not good - I had to send back two of my courses. The fish cake was dry and tasteless, and the main course, salmon Caesar, was even worse. However, the drinks were excellent, with great cocktails and wine. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. I would dine here again, but would choose a different food option. Overall, it is a great place."

"Just a quick insight in our visit. I arrived with my girlfriend after having to rebook for January. When arrived we went over to the bar and got seated right away which is expected after booking for a certain time. The waitress Serena actually asked us if there was anywhere particular that we would like to sit. Once sat, we where approached by several members of staff asking if everything was fine and if we would like to order drinks and food! The waitress Serena (who dealt with us all night) couldn’t be thanked enough! That service that was provided definitely needs to be rolled out to all staff, it was amazing and it made our night! You went above and beyond to make sure the night ran smoothly! Honestly this has got to be once of if not the nicest place I’ve ever ate at. Mariana I can’t actually thank you enough for making the night as special as it was. We are very grateful for the service you have provided us and you including all the staff who was there on the night should be proud of running of the best restaurants in Liverpool!"

"A lovely location over looking The Thames close to Tower Bridge…. A good seat indoor requested) by the window too. However, very obvious short of staff and apart from being seated left unattended for over half hour! we fetched our own menus and had to track down a member of staff who after placing a soft drink order disappeared again! left us another 20 minutes before drinks arrived. Then was told they were short staffed and that the meal would take half hour before it arrived! As it was it took more like 20 minutes. I had a veggie burger swapped for Italian bread not bun. Chips and side of slaw. The other dish was chicken and avacado bacon salad thank goodness these were straight forward…. Or it might have been another hours wait! Toilets needed a sort out too! Won’t Rush back."

"I had visited the infamous San Carlo Fumo restaurant in Birmingham. Fumo introduces italian tapas style dishes that are delicious in relation to their main restaurant San Carlo. Located in the centre of Birmingham and only a few minutes from San Carlo, this makes Fumo easily accessible for anybody to find! At first glance, I recall that the interior was W o w. Really elegant and modern, with an overview of the bar area within the dining area. We ordered a few dishes as this was during lunch time. (And cocktails come'on it was a birthday celebration lunch! :p) So this is what we ate: Lobster Risotto: Despite it being a small dish, we hoped that there would be lobster meat in this, however it was really nice rich in lobster flavour. Mixed seafood Calamari: Squid King Prawn Scallops. I loooove Calamari and this was certainly delicious! This was the first time I had tried deep fried Scallops and it's definitely something I would order again. Mixed Seafood Spaghetti: Contains Mussels Prawns Clams Squid and Cherry Tomatoes. This portion size was just right especially for lunch as pasta can be really filling. The creamy sauce that had garlic, butter and a kick of chilli made this dish really flavorsome. Bruschetta with wild mushrooms: Your ordinary Bruschetta dish, plated on a bed of Rocket leaf salad, with wild mushrooms topped with Parmesan cheese. Tasted Lovely, wouldn't say extra ordinary though. Calamari: Deep fried squid. Yep, we loved the mixed calamari soo much that we had ordered another portion of just Squid Calamari. Love the presentation of this. Rice Balls with Meat Ragu: Bet you would've thought that these were meatballs right? Definitely looks it! Take a bite into this and you would find that it has a risotto filling with meat ragu inside. Soo yummy! I loved it. Cocktails: I cannot remember at all what were the names of these! But I do remember that it tasted alot stronger than i had imagined. Nevertheless, tasted really fresh and different! Fumo really does like to showcase their uniqueness in presentation. How cute is that little glass :o). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed Lunch at San Carlo Fumo, the service was great as was the food. With no doubt, we will be back to have dinner one day. "We are so glad we found this place! We were wandering around the area looking for something nice and quiet with great food. We found it! The fish was absolutely amazing. Excellent cut of fillet with really nice buttery sauce. Yes, it may not have been huge but it tasted great and I'd have it again. My girlfriend had the steak and ale pie and loved it. I tried a bit of it and found it very tasty as well. The service was great! I walked in without reservation. Originally the table I got wasn't great. Due to the cancelation of a reservation, the waiter came up to us without us asking and he asked us if we wanted to move to a better table. The table we got was very nice. We appreciated the offer. I definitely recommend."

"Let’s start with the good. Menu is good and our server was very nice. The rest was just awful. My wife ordered a salad with extra tomatoes. The salad shows up with 1/2 a spoonful of tomatoes. She also ordered broccoli as a side. It shows up cold. I ordered a French Dip sandwich. The prime rib was so undercooked it was disgusting. I asked for well done crispy fries. I received lukewarm undercooked fries. I ordered coleslaw. After mentioning that it didn’t come out with my meal, it comes 15 minutes later. We asked to speak with the manager. She gives us a $25 voucher for the next time (which is useless since we’re traveling and don’t have a location in our state). She also gives us a free piece of chocolate cake with ice cream. My wife asked to leave the ice cream off. The cake shows up with ice cream. The chocolate cake was some strange concoction that tasted like mush. This was certainly the worst restaurant that I’ve been to in 10 years. No exaggeration… just awful"
