"I haven't been to a Nando's in years, but it was my niece's choice before going to the theatre. We arrived around 12:30 and it was quiet. We were promptly seated and the host explained how to order using the app. The food came out quickly and we were checked on to ensure everything was okay. We had no complaints and enjoyed our visit, although the restaurant was full when we left, so make sure to time your visit accordingly."

"Myself and my partner visited this Nando’s on Valentine’s Day at around 3:30pm and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were treated by a lovely young lady (sounded as though she was from Birmingham so she can be recognised by the store! . The lady informed us that there would be a 5 minute wait but we were seated almost immediately which was lovely. She then showed us to our table, and couldn’t have been nicer telling us how to order etc. unfortunately they had run out of chicken thighs, so we were unable to have our go to order (fino pitta 10/10!! . I then asked another young lady with blonde hair if we could have the fino pitta, with chicken breast instead of thigh. She asked her manager and couldn’t have been more accommodating, as they were able to do this for us! Both ladies checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay and we were enjoying our meal! To the two lovely ladies, who were working in the downstairs area of the restaurant at 3:30pm. Thank you for your kind hospitality and I hope your branch see this and reward you suitably for your hard work!! Xx"

He was genuinely remarkable—constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, even brought me a lemonade, ensured we were comfortable, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. "Nandos is a great fast casual option if you enjoy rotisserie style chicken with a bit of spice. Even if you don’t, their menu runs the gamut of options with a ton of good apps and sides. This location is very busy being right across from the museum and while service was pretty fast, it wasn’t great and everyone seemed a bit confused who was working there. All that said, the food was still awesome and worth coming back for time and time again! There is free soda refills but it’s a bit confusing on if you can get it or your server does. Toilets are clean but down a long staircase."

"So I made an order on uber eats, as you can see in my order I asked for a chicken kebab wrap. Not only does the packaging say “Lamb kebab” but the wrap was also filled with lamb. I rung the shop up and they basically told me I was lying and that it was chicken, and told me that the writing on the packaging was a mistake. I can assure you this tastes and smells like lamb, AND looks like it too. I hung up in anger as they didn’t seem to be doing anything to correct my order. In all the experience with this place was shocking and their customer service was very bad. Never going here again, not being called a liar over the phone when it’s clearly lamb."

"On 07/04/22 around 1750, a young man working at the restaurant, who wore glasses (his name was not mentioned), was incredibly helpful and informative. He made sure to address my partner's avocado allergy (even though it might seem odd to visit a Mexican restaurant with that allergy) and we were impressed with how he and his colleagues ensured minimal contamination. We ordered 2 loaded burritos, fries, and drinks, and found it to be worth the money. The atmosphere was pleasant, relaxed, with good music at a suitable noise level. The same young man (who deserves a promotion) was recommended to us by the manager (thank you), after I mentioned how delicious the chipotle mayo was and suggested they should consider selling it in bottles. We were not undercover representatives from the main office, but they have nothing to fear. We will definitely be returning!"

"Updated Lovely food, great service from friendly and efficient staff. Prices are fair. Whats not to like, defo going back. That was my review from 2 years ago. Not been since due to living abroad so a visit was a must. How things change. Although the food was slow in coming that wasnt the issue, it was cold on arrival. Portion size was definitely smaller, especially the rice. We had to order extra rice and was shocked at the price and the less than half a cup portion size. That portion was a joke right !!!! For what you get and for the overall portion sizes .. it was well overpriced. It was busy with parties and celebrations so I guess they are now catering for large groups, which is a shame.
