"Our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. It was very quiet, with only about 15 people eating. My colleague and I shared a Tomahawk steak, which ended up being more expensive than we were told. We had to wait 20 minutes for our starters, and then another 50 minutes for our main course. When it finally arrived, we had to send it back to the kitchen to be reheated because it had been sitting out and gotten cold. Our waiter Matteo started off nice but became less helpful once it came time to pay the bill. The bill included a 12.5% service charge, which I was considering asking to have removed. Overall, I would not choose to visit this restaurant again."

"This restaurant is absolutely stunning! The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff are exceptional. We had reservations and were seated promptly. The menu is extensive with plenty of options to satisfy all appetites and a unique selection of beverages (Irish Coffee Martini - delicious!). The dishes were beautifully presented, generous in size, and most importantly, delicious! The staff were attentive and friendly. There was also a fantastic live performance, as Boisdale of Belgravia always has them (check their website for more information). Without drinks, expect to spend around £80-£100 for two people (including a starter, main course, dessert). I would definitely visit again."

"I had booked the afternoon most and had sent an email to the hotel to request free peskatarian and milk, as the booking asked for any nutritional requirements. this was not intended, although the chief waiter later advised me that they had received the request. the head waiter put an order for sandwiches catering for me, but they did not arrive. When I told the chef, I was advised that the kitchen was very busy. the headkeeper was nice and helpful and removed a glass champagne from my bill, but there was not for the lack of organization and my diet not on. overall this shows the lack of experienced employees and organization shows. very disappointing for a five-star hotel."

"We were there for a birthday. Had a reservation. Great table. Nice server. We had fries and crab bon bons as a starter and then waited mins for chilled crab. The server came by and asked us if we wanted a dessert menu. We told him we never got our meal...still took about mins to get our meal after all of this and there was nothing done to remedy the mishap. for two people for lunch with very little food is a bit extreme."

"The food and prices are really good, the only problem was that it took too long to come and we ended our food free. Cocktails were delicious. The food was so filled that we could hardly move. If you get a main with several types of meat, you might not even need a page. It lacks spices, but it fixes a salt scatter. Had it with garlic butter, which also lacked taste, but salt also fixed it. We had chicken wings for beginners and they were terrible. They should be spicy, but there were no spices and they greased the sour cream made them worse. It was bad. But the main thing for this"

"I visited in March 2013 and compared to my favorite steak restaurant in Miami (The Red Steakhouse), I was disappointed that I couldn't find anything as good in London. However, now that I have discovered The Bull Steak Expert, this will be my number one place in the city! I tried the lomo, which was cooked perfectly with a pink, juicy interior that literally melted in my mouth. The meat was delicately seasoned, making sauce unnecessary. I also tried humitas as a side, a tasty Argentine dish I had never had before. Additionally, the Provoleta cheese starter was amazing (but let's be honest, when is grilled cheese ever bad?). I enjoyed it all with a glass of La Fraccion Malbec. The service was very good, prices were affordable, and the atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a casual dinner. I recommend booking in advance as the restaurant was full on a Friday. I will definitely be coming back!"

"We decided to give Radhuny another chance on New Year's Eve, after avoiding it since March due to disappointing service. Unfortunately, our experience was still poor. We were seated under the air conditioner and when we mentioned it was cold, nothing was done. We were not offered to move. The wine was brought to our table without asking if we wanted to try it, and it was already opened and had a glass consumed from it. We had to flag down another waiter when the first one disappeared without a word. The Prawn puree starter was served cold and we had to ask for it to be reheated. The main dishes came out but we had no cutlery to eat with, and had to borrow from the table next to us. We had to wave our arms to signal another waitress for cutlery, with no apology given. When we asked for a glass of the wine we had been drinking, we were told we could only have the house wine. We suggested paying for a glass from the opened bottle, but were informed it was only for the manager. There was no attempt to make amends for the poor service, and a service charge was added which we had removed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Radhuny despite the great food, as the service was the worst we have experienced. We hope management will make improvements for future guests."

"yumn brasserie is a halal-European modernist restaurant with Fusions-Drill. the menu is diverse and offers classic European dishes, besides traditional Eastern cuisine with a modern kitchen. the stunning interieur emulsifies the raffinesses and stimulates a romantic ambiente in an oasis of rest. the service was exceptional and offers a personal friendly service. one of the courts that were ordered, as represented by the picture was a middle RARE steak. the outside of the sirloin steaks was charred to offer an exquisite smoke taste, with the inside of the 28 days ripe steak pink tender; amazing is everything I can say. the pfefferkornsauce the two twice cooked chips were enormously good. not many farms can master the culinary skills to cook a steak, but yumn brasserie prepared it for perfection. the prices correspond to any other fine restaurant, but the portion sizes do not. the portions were hearty generous, no need for a kebab shop puten stop. this place is for all adventurous foods."

"Lovely looking restaurant. Wasn't very busy when we ate. My steak was warm my partners was very nice. One of my side didn't even arrive until until I had finished my steak even though I was told it was coming when food was delivered and then had to ask again and still waited 15 minutes. Partner also rang 4 days before as it was my birthday and in the day to remind asking if they could do a surprise for me (I didn't know until we had left) and nothing even though they had told her they would. We had paid 165 quid which is a lot of money for us. But service was awful and didn't have prawns in stock either. Will defo not be returning. Much better places t9 visit in the area.."

"Went here for our 5 year wedding anniversary meal and had the calamari and sesame prawn toasts for starters, followed by the seafood platter, which was incredible. The friendly and attentive staff went out of their way to make our meal extra special with candles in the platter and a choice of free prosecco or dessert to celebrate our anniversary. "Stumbled upon Belvedere walking in Holland Park and decided to check it out. What a beautiful restaurant! The staff were knowledgeable not only about the menu, but the whole story of the place. As it turns out, the building dates back to the 17th century and was once a ballroom. The restaurant’s been there for a while, but changed owners recently and has undergone full transformation. New dining rooms are absolutely stunning, an homage to the venue’s history, beautifully lit and full of greenery which creates an organic bond between the outside and inside. I’m interior design aficionado myself, visiting unique venues all over the world and I’m usually quite picky. Here I could not fault a single thing atmosphere-wise. The food looks a bit simple, but ingredients are top notch and the flavours were on point. Highly recommend for a romantic date or special occasion!"

"We had a lovely lunch at Bentley’s. The kitchen are truly specialists when it comes to seafood. We had the Fish and Chips, the Caesar Salad with Lobster under the specials of the day, and the Baked Scallops. The Baked Scallops were the best I’ve ever had in my life and the Caesar Lobster Salad was truly delicious. My friends naturally had the oysters and said they were tasty. The bartender was top notch as all cocktails were fantastic. I recommend their special spritz, perfect for summer! The sommelier was also very helpful, quite attentive, and had a great personality. He loves his job. Our Dover Sole took a bit too long to come out and we had a little mix up with the cocktail order, but the staff bounced right back up and continued delivering great service. Tips Reserve a table in the terrace, weather permitting Have the oysters for sure Don’t rush your lunch and get plenty of drinks"

"On new year's eve we had another excellent meal at Kayal (we have been to Kayal about six times in the last couple of years and never eaten anything there that was not delicious). The food is very different to most Indian restaurants and far better than standard south Asian fare, reflecting its Keralan heritage. We would recommend almost everything, but particular highlights are the delicious pre-starter snacks that are far more imaginative than the papadums offered elsewhere; the deliciously fragrant chicken stew, and the unusual vegetable side dishes. There are plenty of interesting choices for vegetarians. I particularly like the fact that Kayal's food is not full of ghee and sugar, which for me ruins the food served at so many other Indian restaurants. On new year's eve the staff were not as exceptionally friendly as usual, so the less than perfect service that night, unusually, is the reason I have not given them five stars for everything."

"This restaurant was recommended to me by my Hairdresser so I took a friend along for her birthday. What a fantastic evening we had because the food and the staff were amazing. The food is authentic and not your usual coloured sauces as is typical in many restaurants catering for the English pallet. "As regulars of this restaurant, and numerous good Sunday lunches here, we booked for a Saturday night. The waiter came to clear our starter plates away, but only took 3 left the other 3 in front of us. We sat there for sometime whilst trying to get the attention of one of the staff as we wanted to order more drinks the remaining plates taken away. We were seated on the round table in the window, so felt we were slightly out of sight. Eventually I had to get up to ask a waitress to remove the plates ask to order some more drinks. 2 of us ordered Monkfish Saganaki for our main meal, which at £27.50 was not a cheap dish. Whilst my friend had a nice tidy pile of rice with his fish, my plate looked like someone had thrown the rice on with their hands. The fish was dry, grey overcooked. It certainly had not been marinated in any of the sauce, but a dollop just thrown on the top of the fish. I have attached a picture. We called the waitress over who agreed it looked terrible went to get the Maitre D. His response was “it looks ok to me”. He didn’t offer to remove the dish or offer an alternative he was totally oblivious to the standard of food being served up which was under par extremely disappointing. Only one person out of 6 was happy with their meal last night. There were numerous other problems with the evening too, but will make this review far too long if I list them all! Unfortunately we will definitely not be using this restaurant any time soon which is a shame as we’ve had some great times, but the standard has slipped drastically."

"Gorgeous food, impeccable service and a nicely styled restaurant. This is a restaurant we would not have found without The Fork. The food was exceptionally tasty. I particularly loved the mussels gratin and wild boar with polenta, although everyone enjoyed their meals.
