"I like the restaurant. However they don’t serve the restaurant menu till 6:30. So I had to chose from limited options which was served before that time. I visited twice—first for breakfast around 12:00 PM, but I was told breakfast is only served until 11:30 AM, so I had to settle for a less preferred option. It wasn’t bad, just not what I had in mind. I came back again at 5:00 PM hoping to try the restaurant menu, but was informed it’s not available until 6:30 PM. I had to order from the café menu, which had limited options. Although the staff were friendly, service was a bit slow—I had to request the bill several times and waited around 30 minutes to get it. Despite that, I’d still like to return after 6:30 PM to try the full restaurant menu. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

Really too expensive for Nothomb in the plate and lot of neglect on the part of the staff. Not good atmosphère. The Ivy is really better in Chelsea. Sorry but is my reality.

The food was good, however, the service was terrible and you will not be able to take your eyes off the truly scary looking clientele (botox and fillers in all directions). Do not go here if you are normal.

The food at The Lalee Chelsea was enjoyable, but many other aspects fell short. The service was inadequate, the table arrangements were disorganized, and the dinner table settings were not properly prepared. It was particularly confusing to see breakfast tables set up during our dinner visit. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View menu

The restaurant has a great ambiance, and the food is decent, but overall it was disappointing and not worth the price. For a high-end establishment, the portion sizes were quite small, and the meal itself was rather bland (we enjoyed much better food during our trip to London). As for the service, the restaurant was almost empty (with only two tables occupied), yet we felt like our server was uninterested in attending to us. The highlight of the experience was the bartender, who personally came to serve us and crafted an excellent cocktail.

The food at The Lalee Chelsea was decent but nothing exceptional. The artichoke and truffle salad was small, the zucchini fries were a bit soggy, and the venison main was quite small, though the sea bass was perfect. Service was very slow – it took 50 minutes from being seated to getting our starters, even after following up. Definitely not worth the 15% service charge they added. There was a private event happening, and it felt like we were an afterthought. The dining room had a strong draft, almost cold; the table next to us had to be moved because of it. I’m not sure why they chose an open kitchen in such a small space, but when the kitchen staff and chef shouting orders are louder than t...
