The variety on the menu left us spoilt for choice, and we ended up ordering the Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Biryani, and Paneer Butter Masala. Each dish was prepared to perfection, with the chicken and lamb being delightfully tender and succulent. The presentation of the food was also visually pleasing, showcasing the care and attention given to every detail. "Not the easiest place to find, but an absolute pearl when you do. The inside is very clean, modern in styling and welcoming. From our experience, the service from the start was attentive, friendly and quick, but without being overpowering. The quality of the food was superb delivered in good time, fresh and hot. And above all it was very tasty. The selection of wines is also a plus point. Overall a great experience and we won't hesitate to go back. Highly recommended. Be aware that parking is very limited."

"This restaurant is amazing, beautiful food, good drink selection stellar service, the only thing that let our visit down was charging so much for poppadoms we didn't order! We were provided with 6 poppadoms upon arrival, then charged £6.30 for them, I don't mind paying for them at all, but I think that amount for items we didn't order is excessive. Apart from that I cannot fault the restaurant- staff are so friendly and welcoming the food is great and the setting is beautiful, I would definitely reccomend to anyone, but make them aware of the poppadoms!!"

"SHOCKING TREATMENT Booked table for 6.45, arrived and Bistro empty. Ordered our drinks from the bar and told a man behind the bar that we had booked a table for 6.45. He said that we had not booked as not on the list. And even if we had there was a coach party in the restaurant and there was a 60 minute wait before we could order any food as tge kitchen was very busy. He went to the office to check if we had booked and in the meantime I showed him the email confirmation. When eventually he found our booking he said we should have been told there was a wait for food. We found the staff to be rude and not abit helpful so we left and went elsewhere. When we booked there were many time slots available to us. Obviously they give priority to coach parties over the Bistro and can not cope with catering for both. I did email the hotel and they basically said they do cater for coach parties before other people in their restaurant and bistro. Would never go there again."

"Very disappointed. The manager had his mouth open of food whilst welcoming us. The server spilled sauce on my trousers then bought over KETTLE boiling Water for me to clean it. Then plain rice came 10 mins after the meat. The cashier came with the card machine mid eating and just stood there waiting for us to pay. No shisha available due to server saying it’ll be extra effort for him. Who does that? Not to mention it was my birthday! To top it all off! Highly not recommend to anybody, embarrassed I even spent my birthday here."

"Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. I made a reservation for six people, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that they no longer use OpenTable for bookings and had no record of our reservation. It was frustrating to see that the restaurant was only half full. To add to the disappointment, they told us they weren't serving Sunday roasts and suggested we try the other restaurant in the hotel, called Zest, which we ended up doing. It's clear that someone needs to take action and remove this restaurant from the site."

"The cafe is beautiful and the staff were lovely but the food was bland. I ordered a tabbouleh salad which was supposed to have walnuts in it but they were missing. Tabbouleh is supposed to have strong mint and lemon flavours but all I could taste was mild parsley. There was no dressing on the salad but bottles of olive oil and balsamic were put on the table. The salad should have been dressed by the chef and left to marinate for a while. The halloumi was nicely cooked though."

"On the whole a very nice lunch. The staff were lovely, and the ambience very pleasant. I had the spinach and pistachio gnocchi and my friend had the chicken and asparagus risotto both were extremely tasty. We also had a small glass of pinot grigio each, which was equally good. The restaurant was pleasingly quiet and airy. Any downsides? Though the food is very good, it's reasonably pricey I also thought the sour cherry yoghurt/ice cream was a tiny bit bland. Nevertheless, the lovely staff and the tasty main course would encourage me to visit again."

"we came to the breakfast. the place was almost empty, yet the waiter wanted to sit right next to the stairs (below to the loos where it was so rugged, they could not move their chair at all. but he was all smiling when we asked for another. the eier benedicts looked very good and was well cooked the problem was that eating was almost cold when it arrived. "this place looks amazing and very welcoming from the outside. we put our order for food and two of us came first. I tried a chip and it was hardly warm. the manager (I suppose she was the manager as very intelligent dressed and the...Rest of the staff had uniform, but she has an outstanding suit) had delivered the food and I asked for vinegar. she said she would bring it. the third plate of the food came and I said to the waiter and my horned check their chips are hot as our both are cold. he didn't recognize it at all, so we wore eating. no vinegar was bought, we were completely forgotten. if that is the service that the manager offers, then it is a care. No one came through our food to even check on us so that we have eaten cold chips without edgy, so it did not like. when they came to collect the plates, O said I was not happy, but nothing happened. I refused to pay the service fee because we had no service at all. pity as beautiful place, but not good enough service and cold chips."

"I’ve been to many Caffe Concertos but this was my first visit. I had read a few bad reviews on service but as my previous experience in different branches had been good, I decided to give them a chance. So so disappointed... cakes we’re henetally good although we did have a small fly on a berry tarts. When reported, the waiter took it away and gave us a different tart. I did expect a manager to come and apologise but nothing! I suppose the manager was struggling with his staff as the service was slow. I asked for the bill five times before it arrived and then had to ask a water again five times to bring their card machine. The bad service is letting them down as the ambience is good and cakes look lovely. I suppose with such a good location they’re not bothered about customers not returning for a second visit. Again a huge shame as it might put off customers from other branches too!!"

"We went here Thursday night as it was a couple of doors away from the pub. Lovely quirky little intimate place, with rustic decor, excellent service, and excellent food. The pasta portions were large and very tasty and the cost reasonable. The waitress was so...friendly and made our evening chatting to us. My only suggestion is that they do more choice of pasta dishes for vegetarians as only two, but it seems pizza is their main business. I believe they do takeaway Mon-Thur for £7 for any dish which is excellent value for high quality food."
