"I had some time to spare in the area so decided to bring some friends for a drink and a small snack here. The Waitress on duty seemed to be grossly overworked and had little clue what to do. It took a long time for her to come and take an order, we had to ask several times. It then took even longer for some of the drinks to arrive, one of the Drinks was missing, the Waitress did not say a word and walked away. Only after several further reminders did she bring the remaining drink. We then had to ask several times about the food, which she eventually did bring. As I did not have the time nor the patience to wait for her to bring the bill, I went to the Bar and paid somebody else behind the Bar counter. I then went to retrieve the car key from the Concierge, not entirely sure what happened, but the person there muttered something along the line that the usual Concierge was not there and that he did not know exactly what to do. He then could not give me any change and also no receipt of the money paid for the car parking, when asked for a receipt he said that the usual Concierge would normally deal with this and that he could not issue a receipt. Altogether a very disappointing experience, and quite embarrassing in front of my guests. I certainly won't bring any of my guests there again so soon."

Bar hotel- good prices, great selection, free peanuts/snacks Menu is varied and reasonably priced. Several TVs in the lounge bar and the staff are accommodating to change the channels to your preferred show.

We dined at this restaurant while staying at the hotel and looking for a peaceful dinner after a few hectic days. The evening we visited was calm and the service was efficient. The food exceeded our expectations - I enjoyed a delicious pizza and my wife opted for the light sea bass dish.

An overdue review while we reviewed and enjoyed the Danubius, in which we stayed, the Pavilion deserves a review of its own. While decor and layout is standard hotel bar, the staff here were really excellent: friendly, helpful and good fun. There are very nice bar food choices, and both food and drink are reasonable value. A really good hotel bar. View menu

The restaurant offers a good selection of food and the wait staff are friendly and efficient. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just be aware that you cannot charge your meal to your hotel room unless you provided a credit card at check-in, which may be inconvenient if you left cash in your room. Overall, a decent experience.

With the cricket next door at Lords just over the bar is packed and the bar grossly understaffed. I ordered food and although the service was very slow the portion size was too much for me and the quality could not be faulted. A side of chips not shown on the menu was a pleasant surprise. Perhaps tomorrow when the cricket is in full swing the bar will be more approachable

This restaurant and the Pavilion Terrace Restaurant seem to be the evening restaurants for the hotel. We were asked if we wanted to dine inside or out on the terrace and we decided on inside so the Pavilion Lounge Bar was for us. (Minsky's New York Deli Restaurant is where breakfast is served (at least, it was when we went in May 2021 . The food is good and the surroundings are good though the seats are a little low. Brought some guests to the Danubius and invited them for some drinks. Service is not at its best it never was in this place with nobody bothering to come and take our orders for more than half an hour. To top it up, when I left, I was being charged 4 for parking the car, although one of my guests stayed overnight at the Hotel. The Concierge who dealt with me, did not give me a receipt of the 4. I will certainly not bring anybody there so soon again.

This bar and restaurant offers a wide selection of beers, spirits, and wine, along with delicious food. I have visited the establishment a few times and have found Rose and the team to be friendly, polite, and provide excellent service. They are accommodating and willing to meet the needs of their guests. The hotel bar is a great place for a meal with friends, family, or a romantic dinner for couples. There are also private areas available for personal or business calls if necessary. I highly recommend this spot.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
