"Exactly what you would expect from a subway, to be honest. Even when they are busy, you never have to wait long at all. The staff are very attentive and polite too, and always get your order ready promptly. I've often been able to get a seat to enjoy my sub, so I've almost never seen it too busy to get a seat. It's a little bit tucked away, and you might accidentally walk by it the first time."

"my son visited her today for lunch after swimming and left his bag behind him when he remembered that he returned to the workers who had put it in the container and stood laughing .. horrific behavior of adults especially for children. I would like to know that their property policy remains in their facility? would not recommend as their service was appreciable"

"We ordered online with confirmation received at 6.45pm on Friday night fully expecting to wait 45-60 minutes for delivery as it was a weekend. We checked the online pizza tracking website regularly from 45 mins being advised food was ‘out for delivery’. After just over 1 hour tried to call which took 10 mins to get through (no automated messaging, just rang out then got disconnected) Got through (1 hr 20 mins now) being told pizza would be leaving in 10 mins, with me in 15, in contrast to what the website said. After another 15 mins tried to call again, same result taking an age to get through...now fully 1 hour 50 minutes since order placement! Told pizza not left, would be with us in 10-15 minutes!?! At this point with zero confidence we asked to cancel the order. I understand it was a busy Friday night however the systemic failure to communicate such bad customer experience was incredible...if you’ve not got staff to fulfil orders/deliveries then move them to the other store in town or advise wait times...the website was totally wrong staff no idea what was going on? Waiting for the refund... I’d advise using Pizza Hut or Papa John’s from Brighton Hill area...or be ready to grow old hungry waiting!!"

"I got a sharp Italian sub yesterday morning, I was served by Shoebob (not sure if this is the spelling, but this is the name I received from his colleagues this morning). This sub was peg, absolutely did the job after a 3 hours training sesh, he was super patient with me and my questions about the topping and when I came home there was nothing more from the sub. Dman good spicy salsa and (I think) used Jalapeños. 420 of 69 would again slept, no cap"

"mais d seemed like he could not give two hoots, was not interested in our open table reservation, he did not seem to follow them. he put our table of 5 on the back of the restaurant and was not helpful when we wanted to move. although it provides better tables. we have been using what we were offered when we were hungry (family.) our waiter was better what balanced the service. the food was good. delivered hot, service a little slow, but not the waiter mistakes. I looked understated. kitchen staff (we were next to them) were unprofessional and speak quite loud about how they want to date (for a better word) one of the waiter sisters. would not return to this two-g. not my previous experience of zizzi. I would have known that I had eaten in portsmouth. how it ruined our break a little."
