"Went for afternoon tea. £25 for two people. Poor start to the experience, we asked the girl serving us some basic questions about the menu and she couldn 't answer a single one, so she checked with another member of staff, this happened 4 times and eventually she gave up and sent over the other member of staff and we finally ordered. The afternoon tea consisted of 1 sandwich each (cut into 3 fingers) so only 1 flavour each (I had egg, my husband had salmon and cream cheese) hardly a selection of sandwiches as per the menu. 1 small cherry scone each with jam and cream (whipped not clotted) and 3 very small petit fours each. For £25 I would have expected a lot more food, perhaps a slice of cake (they had tonnes of homemade cakes on the counter which looked nice). Food was very basic, the egg mayo was just that, no cress etc. Salmon and cream cheese had very little filling. Cherry scone was bland and stodgy in the middle. Petit fours were small and nothing exciting. Overall for what we had I would have only paid around £10 £15 max. The man who eventually served us was a very pleasant guy, and he seemed a little embarrassed by our response to the lack of food, he did offer to get the chef to make us some additional sandwiches if needed. The place was very quite and I felt like the other guests were starring at us so I didn 't want to make a scene so rather than take him up on the offer we paid up and left. This was meant to be a special treat to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, but instead we were left disappointed and hungry."

"This bakery is one of the worst I've been to. I ordered a bacon and egg roll and the bacon was not cooked properly, with lots of raw fat still on it. I also got a Mac pie, but when I picked it up, it fell apart because the homemade pie casing was soggy and uncooked. I will not be returning here again."

"To begin with I had to ring twice to see where my food was as it took way over an hour to be delivered, the man on the phone provided no solutions and very poor customer service. Once the food had came the large breakfast looked more like a snack for a 7 year old, both meals were poorly presented and a lot of the food was burnt too the point where it was more like eating a bag of crisps. The sausages tasted like I’d just took a bite out of my car tyre! More food was chucked away than eaten with both meals it was so poor I didn’t even offer it to the dog. Never mind the fact it was £17, if I had cooked it myself or gone to another place it would of been 10x quicker, cheaper and nicer! When we ordered from here last year it was lovely I don’t know if it’s just a bad day but something really took a wrong turn."

"As a huge fan of Yorkshire pudding I was quite excited when I saw what was in the window, gorgeous roast meats and yorkshires. I had a Yorkshire wrap and asked for pork only. I asked for a side of roasters and a small gravy....I expected this to be served on a plate but alas not, the wrap was served in a piece of grease proof paper and the roasters in a drinks takeaway cup. We took our food upstairs, (not the cleanest) and I unwrapped the wrap, this was not only pork, in fact! The pork was negligible, it had veg in there when I had asked for meat only. I had to eat it with a knife and fork on the paper on the tray. Not the best experience. Just a glorified fast food restaurant."

"WOW the yorkshire pudding wrap was amazing, we got the Turkey Ham Yorkshire Pudding wrap with stuffing, roast potatoes, veggies, gravy and cranberry sauce. As well as the Beef Roast Dinner which came in a giant Yorkshire pudding. Wow. This was insane too! And we went on a glorious day and sat outside and enjoyed this in the sun it was all just perfect!"

"Well what can i say about my buffet for my 30th birthday party. The food was delicious and plenty to say the least but what was different about this party is the personal touches that lisa made. Theme was a alice in wonderland mad hatters tea party and ingenious to put pickles and dips in tea cups and serve jam tarts (queen of hearts haha) on beautiful cake stands. My guests had nothing but praise for the food and said how delicious it all was. TI will defintely be recommending this ladies services to anyone wanting a personal catering experience. "I've visited this place a few times for drinks, and it's a lovely spot to relax and watch the world go by. Even post-pandemic, the restrictions haven't diminished the experience. The waitress who served us was very friendly and took a moment to chat, which was nice. However, the restrooms could use some maintenance—more locks, doors, and toilet seats need repair. While they are clean, I would expect more from a place like this. One downside was that many of the gins we wanted to order were unavailable. Also, it's not exactly cheap; drinks range from £8 to £11."
