"After dining at this restaurant multiple times, I made a reservation for dinner with three friends and was extremely let down by the decline in quality. The cocktails lacked flavor, the wine was tasteless, and all the food was overly salty. The lemon sole was overcooked, the butter sauce tasted burnt instead of nutty. The aubergine main dish was small and lacked flavor, more suitable as a starter. The halloumi main was bland and the sole goujons were lukewarm at best. The dessert, rhubarb frangipane, tasted like a subpar Bakewell tart with minimal rhubarb, and the Balthazar coupe was overly sweet. At a price of £270, this meal was far too expensive for the subpar quality. I am unsure if there has been a change in management at this restaurant, but I was truly disappointed and embarrassed to have recommended it to my friends. I will not be returning or suggesting this restaurant to others in the future."

"The food was excellent and the drinks were generous in size, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our group of 25 people had 3 tables that were adequate for us to sit at and chat, but we were not allowed to move or switch seats, which was inconvenient. Guests who arrived late were not allowed to join us at our tables and were instead sent to the bar area, which we found unacceptable. We were also told that the bill would be split evenly among the tables, but later discovered that food from one table had been added to another table's bill, causing confusion during payment. The staff spoke rudely to some of our guests when they tried to join full tables, instructing them to sit at an empty table instead. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and we will not be returning to this restaurant in the future."

"We went as a group of 4, and we all said Food was ok, and reasonable enough prices, but what we found disappointing was that they had no onion loaf left when we tried to order it with out main courses. Would I recommend it, yes if you like ribs they were good, but if you remember the original rib shack restaurant in Knightsbridge and are hoping this is going to be similar, unfortunately you will be disappointed !"

"Delighted to find this place after a long time searching for a good all-day breakfast. We had the Manhattan and Brooklyn breakfasts and they were superb. The quality of ingredients was very high, the preparation and delivery time were speedy and the service was impeccable. Huge portions too! It's a lovely, well maintained and decorated wee venue that was busy but space is managed well so that it doesn't feel crowded. We'll be back. "We chose this place to have pancakes because of some of the good reviews I had read. Also because the pictures were amazing! Unfortunately this place was not for us however I must say the service is fantastic! The staff are so nice and lively, the food looked like it did in the pictures too. However, I did not enjoy the food, the pancakes weren't tasty and they were too thick! If you like plain (not sweet), thick pancakes then this place is for you! I wouldn't visit again and it is unfortunate because the place was cute and staff were so friendly!"

"I loved ciao burger and recommended her friends, but now live outside of bristol and am rare in this part of the city. I took my daughter today and shaved all the way over the promise of a Fab...burger, horrified! the extra taste, blue cheese, was not present and the burger dry and boring ... can not tell them how disappointed I was, and she could not see clearly what it was about the fuss? at £13 for two burgers and a part of the chips, not worth it. dry and tasteless, they can and used to do better! the shop was not busy, so there is no excuse. sad, so disappointed by a burger, but it was a fun reminder pampered, please try who they were earlier"

Decor has seen better days and like the staff, is tired, boiring and Mayfair prices. Not recommended. "Came along for my friends bday, didn’t know this place even existed until tonight... We all had a great time, only planned on staying for an hour, 3 hours later we were still there!!! Our new favourite place now! Will defo be back! We were all awful at ping pong, so we were recommended by the smokin hot manager in the red jacket to try beer pong, and we had so much fun!!! The DJ was incredible and the staff were so friendly. The drinks were great, the cocktail happy hour was a little too tempting it’s safe to say! Amazing job Serve, you will be seeing us again soon x x"

"I am soooo annoyed with Percys, but must admit I love their food and order from them regularly. Percys have the worst service I have ever known. I’ve pre ordered from them several times knowing how long the usual delivery takes and still received my food so much later than promised. The last 2 times I ordered well in advance to give them plenty of time to process and complete the order knowing how long it takes for them to deliver, both times I have had to call them, having waited well past the delivery time, only to be told that the order had not been processed because of a glitch, and the second time that they couldn’t even complete the order as they had now run out of items ordered. The explanation was totally poor and they wouldn’t have even called to tell me! Genuinely fuming because the food is lovely but the service is just awful! I don’t understand why they will not call to tell me of any problems, I will never order from them again"

"I really enjoyed the food: I had two pork ribs, so tender, well cooked and with an intense smoked flavour. Sides and mustard were marvellous and the dessert, a superclassic pudding, was the state of the art. An enjoyble 8 ball eye IPA beer completed my exceperience. So why the rating is just 2.5? "I visited this place yesterday with my daughter, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, the staff were lovely, and the chicken wings were definitely a standout (we're big fans of chicken wings in our family). I truly believe you can't find better value anywhere, especially in Temple Bar. The lunch special is available until 4 PM for just €9.95, which includes a starter, a main course, and a glass of wine. Even after that, the specials are incredibly affordable. We will certainly be back!"

"A group of four of us had a satisfying lunch at the restaurant, with two of us ordering the Partisan breakfast, one choosing the chorizo sandwich, and myself opting for the Sobrassada de Mallorca. Mine was delicious, served with sliced pear, brazil nuts, and goat cheese on bread. Everyone enjoyed their meals as well, which all looked appetizing. We ended our meal with a slice of cake. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service. We plan on returning. I noticed that many people were turned away, so I recommend making a reservation. The ladies' restroom also serves as the disabled restroom, which was a bit inconvenient, but understandable given the size of the building."

"We stayed for dinner,bed and breakfast at Bredbury hall, the starter and sweet options were ok , however i had to pay an extra for the steak option, which was quite tough. We ordered a bottle of white wine which had not been chilled, and had to ask twice for an ice bucket. Overall the food was of a moderate standard and quite pricey, i will not be eating there again."

"This is a nice little cafe with a lovely atmosphere, some friends and I came for some coffee and breakfast to takeaway. The portions were extremely disappointing, we were still hungry even after eating. Considering jam costs extra on toast, i was shocked to see 3 small blobs, not even spread (i wasn’t given a knife) I didn’t know whether to laugh or take it back and complain because frankly that is a joke. Not to mention the tiny portion sizes of the breakfast, I understand it was a small breakfast rather than the large, but for £8 i really expected more. Perhaps it’s different sitting in, but either way guests are still paying their good money for takeaway. Perhaps i’ll visit for lunch and see if it’s any different. I’ve given three stars because the front of house staff were very friendly."
