"I love KFC. And it's a bit of pot luck if the meal will be a good one. Generally is. But staff sometime don't seem to care and don't do a very good job. Possibly lack of training??? Or not a very exciting for them and they don't give a dam. if you are passing by union street make all the sense to just get it there. If you really want a good meal Crownhill and old town normally it's pretty consistent on everything. I have given up St Budeaux. Rude staff and in different occasions and different people, burned chicken, missing items cup halfway....."

"Came to Morfa KFC today 7/02/17 at 8:24 to which ordered two bites meal box, there were 2 cars waiting in front how long for I don’t know. We waited for about 10 minutes before receiving our food to which the person thought it was better to stop in the door way to chat before heading over to give us our food, no apology about waiting or even a thank you for waiting. I got the food the boxes are usually roasting when you get them when you know the food is hot, our food boxes were cold to which I put down to me ordering coleslaw as a side. We got home a couple of minutes later and the food is STONE COLD!!!!!!! I’m not I’m pressed with this my partner didn’t have the 4bites that is supposed to come with the meal and I had to re-heat my food in the Microwave when I was home, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement considering today is actually my birthday so thanks for topping it off........ I’m not one to complain but I can assure you I won’t be back"

"I went to this restaurant to impress my business clients from Geneva. When we arrived in a miniature bus we thought to ourselves “oh ,what an unromantic car park “. My guests were very excited and hungry so we went straight in no door staff to greet us). I was a little confused as to how an order should be placed. We sat at a table for 6 and a half hours and weweren’t even offered a menu or drink. It wasn’t until a young person came up to us and said that we would have to go to the bar to get any service. We are all vegetarian we do eat fish and reptiles) but they didn’t have any thing substantial for us so we all shared a large bucket that the staff filled up with baked beans and sweetcorn. There was not a wine list so we had to drink a gallon of “cola”. But there was one thing that made us feel good….. ice cream… and lots of it ! My clients were very polite about their meals but I knew that they were disgusted with me. I tried to give them a voucher as a way of saying sorry but they didn’t want it. I probably will come back here but not to impress clients who are looking to spend 185 000 pounds on solar powered adult items . I did laugh though because of all of the baked beans made them all very windy in the miniature bus on the way back to my office. Well done sort of)."

"I haven 't been here in 15 odd years. At that time I had to walk out with the smell of old fat. This time with my grandson I was genuinely impressed. Gone are the old ways and in are tasty treats. Even the chips were great! Goodbye McDonald 's, hello KFC. In the woods of a famous tough guy: I 'll be back ...addendum: I did go back and it was as good as expected but I thought (or imagined) that the portion sizes were smaller."

"If you don't want to waste time waiting for the wrong order at this restaurant, you might as well just order online. "You don't expect to write a review for a fast food outlet and I've never written such a negative review before, but for this place, I'll make an exception. This was without doubt the worst place I have eaten at, the place was manky, staff were disinterested and nobody, and I mean no one, was cleaning up. We were there for a good 25 mins and didn't see any staff even attempt to clean tables (which were disgusting) we were lucky to find a table that was not as dirty. We only stayed as we were exhausted and hungry after a long day and thought they're busy. We gave the benefit of the doubt as it's a busy area and we fully expected a team of employees to start clearing up......it didn't happen. There were folk checking the bins but not even putting the piled high trays with leftovers into the bin, which stopped us in our tracks. I was about to phone environmental health as I was so disgusted with the place, it really was awful. To add insult to injury they failed to fulfill our order and we asked for the missing drink while collecting our order, and we didn't realise until after sitting down that another part of the order was missing, we didn't go back up as we had no receipt as one was not given at the time of purchase, we felt that we couldn't go back, yeah, we should have taken a pic of the order but as they said a receipt would be given, it never appeared, this just added to the dire experience. Our order was just shy of £40 and was not a complicated order as there was only four of us Upstairs was closed which I think may be getting refurbished, but this isn't an excuse, this is even more of a reason to keep the downstairs even cleaner. I will never frequent another KFC for as long as I live after this experience....**** awful, never again. Management seriously need to sort this out and I don't mean the outlets management either, I mean someone needs to visit this place and sort this out before it destroys your already diminished reputation completely. I'm happy to be contacted by a KFC representative to discuss further, if they so wish."

My only complaint is that the app downloaded the local menu, but it incorrectly indicated the availability of a chocolate dessert, which was apparently in short supply nationally. However, the team made an effort to address this and other issues from my previous visit. The food was all prepared and served with a noticeably fresh taste and texture. "My friends and I were excited to dine at this restaurant, but we were shocked by the horrendous state of the restrooms. It was apparent that they hadn't been cleaned since the last person had used them. The walls were covered in what appeared to be remnants of spicy chicken mixed with a sticky brown substance. I would advise caution if you need to use the restroom here, as it doesn't seem like they are cleaned regularly. Despite the unpleasant restroom experience, the food was served promptly and was delicious overall. It's just unfortunate that we had to witness what we did in the toilets."

However, my visit today was exceptional. A cashier named Jamie went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal possible, and my meal arrived quickly and in full view of Jamie. "Ordered via just eat. Waited 90 minutes for order. Never arrived! Driver got as far as the road next to us then turned in the opposite direction went down another road where they faffed about for about 45 mins then the map said they had lost signal with the driver but not to worry as our delivery was on its way. No it wasn’t! Then after about another 45 minutes trying to get on to the chat was told that my order had been delivered. When I said it hadn’t they asked me to go check the neighbourhood! You couldn’t make it up! So, let’s get this right, you pay for delivery but you have to go out try hunt down your order! Don’t think so! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

"I would give this restaurant a 1/5 rating for multiple reasons, both related to the outlet itself and the company as a whole. My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, no one spoke to us through the drive-thru microphone, leading us to abandon the line and wait in a queue of unhappy customers. When I entered the restaurant to place our order on the internal touchscreens, things did not improve. I waited for over 30 minutes while my family sat in the car, only to receive incorrect drinks for the children, no cup holder, and lukewarm, mediocre food. The manager was also struggling to manage online orders, causing further delays and frustration for customers. It was clear that this specific outlet was overwhelmed with trying to handle drive-thru, internal, and online orders all at once, leading to a decline in customer satisfaction. Additionally, the prices on the company's menu have significantly increased, with extra charges for items that are usually included in meals at other fast food restaurants. As a loyal customer of KFC, I was deeply disappointed by this experience and will think twice before supporting the company again. My visit to this restaurant was a complete disaster, and I am shaking my head in disbelief at the poor quality of service we received."

"visited with friends on a very busy Saturday night, fortunately our friends had booked a table. I sat at the right time after getting drinks at the bar (please disappointed, only in the position to get a refillable softdrink for £2.99, of which I actually did not refill so much expensive for 1 drink.) foyer was a bit strange when people just wait for tables. decor was a very high standard throughout, toilets were immaculate. the staff was very efficient and helpful, there were many choices in the kitchen, but would have been better to show signs on the different kitchens. the layout of the restaurant is initially a bit confusing, especially with the amount of people going to get over eating, they feel that they might be missing one opposite outside. However, the ability to go as many times as they want is good, they then have time to sue the food. the whole food was very hot and delicious. Never seen so many pudding selections before, I liked it bit-sized, so she could try different without stacking her teller. the place was loud, but the tables were not packed into so much space. all in all a good experience, would not be anywhere where I would visit regularly only due to the amount of food offered, be not something they want to do every weekend! but would definitely come back here. very good idea to have turrets who check their reception to ensure that they have paid. due to the size of the place there are not many possibilities to ensure that the people have paid before they go. all places that I have before the fact that they pay until they go, but I think there are chancellors who try to go without paying."

"Hi so I just had the worst experience in the KFC at St Andrew’s square. For starters the order is wrong. I ordered a boneless banquet, zinger box meal and a mini burger and mini wrap. The food I’ve just been given is the worst tasting food I’ve ever had from a KFC. The chicken tasted terrible. There was no crispy crusty chicken. I’ve come to love KFC meadowbank for their quality of food but what I’ve just received from your St. Andrews square branch fit my first visit there is horrendous. The boneless banquet was missing the popcorn chicken and the chicken strips or tenders just tasted so weird …. off they went straight into the bin. The zinger BOX meal didn’t even come in a box??? And then the ZINGER box meal didn’t even have a zinger burger in it??? Like how do you mess those up it’s literally in the name of the product. The wings that came with the meal were so dry and looked like they had been cremated. The chips were stale and gross like how are you messing up chips like that. The coleslaw was grey looking and unappetising I dunno how youse are selling that. The tango drink was rank I dunno how much it had been watered down but it tasted absolutely terrible and the Pepsi max was flatter than an ironing board. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had from a KFC and I wouldn’t even feed that to my cat and I hope you can honesty fix up cause that whole meal just went in the bin, what a waste of my time and money."
