"I just want to pay my tributes to Maze Grill and the staff for the excellent experience we had when we visited you for dinner on New Years Eve! Me and my family felt ourself very special already from the entrance, the bar and throughout the whole dinner. Especially our headwaiter (think his name was Karnal? but also his colleagues had much to do but never failed in attention, on the contrary there where not a single second we had to wait or ask for anything. Nice details as when someone constantly have an eye if our glasses needed to be filled up or when our son dropped the fork he had a new one even faster than he could of picked it up himself from the floor. And we noticed that the staff picked up the napkins and folded it and put it back whenever someone went to toilet or so. And it never felt pushy or so, just nice and friendly discreet attention. And what about the food? The garlic shrimps for starter was great as a appetizer and the steak for main course was perfectly executed, as well as the chips and the cole slaw was to die for. Again the attention for detail was great since we had different choices all four of us. The sommelier presented the wines on an Ipad to choose from and we struck gold for choosing a red stellenbosch one. If we have anything to complain about the wine could of been a couple of degrees colder, it was room temperatur I believe. We could of said something but we didn´t since we already got our main courses. When we left Maze Grill for heading out for the fireworks the doorman helped us with a cab…all nice details that makes you feel happy to pay the bill even if its much more than you usually spend on a dinner as an ”average family”. We will certainly visit you again and we will look for other Ramsay restaurants whenever we travel abroad again. Hope you will find a place in Stockholm to start up a new restaurant someday! "Just really really slow not great service. Specified it was a corporate lunch and the main server (lady) was just really unhelpful and really giving us disdained looks all meal. Often tried to catch people’s attention during the meal and they’d look the other way. A shame, because I had been a week before and enjoyed myself a lot for a corporate lunch, it was spot on, the server was wonderful."

"First class. Food and service were superb. Truly accomplished and delicious dishes. My friend, who doesn’t really care much for food, declared the honey parfait dessert to be the best thing he’d ever eaten. I had the rhubarb soufflé, the presentation of which is hilariously risqué! The rack of Dover sole was exquisite. Lots of little treats too. The sommelier was really good even though we weren’t splashing out on wine on this occasion. Her dirty dry martinis were excellent. Overall, a five-star experience. Ambience-wise, it was a bit quiet on Saturday lunch; and it is undeniably expensive. No doubt a causal connection between those two minor quibbles. However, we both agreed that it was worth it and have spent comparable sums (or more) elsewhere for far less. The team behind this restaurant are at the top of their game: they appear to love what they do; and pull out the stops to give their guests a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and kind but not intrusive. Consummate professionals."

"The service was very poor. Our drinks took 20mins from ordering, one of our starters never showed up but was on the bill, the dinner arrived at different times, the staff didn't seem to know who was covering our table, and a plate of cutlery was left on our table for us to help ourselves. We were also sat at the table next to their patio door so all night had big gusts of cold wind coming right onto us. The food itself was mediocre. Had a good vibe to the place though so would recommend for an after-work drink, so long as you're patient."

"Choice of steaks is very limited for a place advertising itself as a steak house. Since I was quite hungry, I asked for a medium T-Bone, which was the only cut of meat on the menu above 10oz. in weight. I got a cold piece of meat that looked medium from outside but was completely red inside, and this was the first serious red flag. However, the point of cooking was not the main problem. The meat was tough and chewy at an unacceptable level. Sides were nice. Service was fine but too aggressive in pouring unwanted water and wine (had to stop them twice). Price was below average but this doesn't fix the problem."

"I adore this restaurant. I brought my significant other here for our first date, and we revisited 4 years later to find that the place is just as amazing as before. The food is decadent, a delight for the taste buds and ideal for food enthusiasts. They offer a wide selection of craft beers, play great music, and have stylish interior decor. The only issue with this place is that it's located too far away! Please open a location in Cardiff soon!"

"came here before a performance in the royal albert hall, a little early before our booking, but that was 't a problem and we sat immediately. service was a little slow to order, but eating was great! starters were chicken pliers and the popcorn garnel that was delicious. then we both got the bacon cheese smokehouse burger, which was also delicious. not too big, where you can't even hold it, great chips and beautiful 'schlaue. the BBQ sauce on the table was also delicious. tables very close together and busy atmosphere and she added a 12.5% service fee, which was somewhat annoying, but overall, a great experience, would return."

"Must admit I was disappointed...been going here over the years and have always loved it. However this time I was in the 'extension ' which is not a patch on the original downstairs space!! Not to self....make sure I book downstairs only! I found it did not have the same vibe and was rather chilly. Secondly, I requested 'medium rare ' and my steak arrived 'well done '....bizarre in a steak restaurant!! So my friend had finished her meal and I ate afterwards on my own....not quite the vibe I was looking for when I booked (however.... we were given the option to send both back so we could eat together...my friends steak was perfect so I think it was too good for her to chance it)... When mine was replaced it was good and the sides were perfect.....just a shame that there were a couple of situations from making it a perfect occasion."

"Even after two previous visits with the most appalling service we tried one final time as the food is good. But, unfortunately after not even being greeted when arriving (there was only one poor person front of house who was no where to be seen on arrival), over an hour and a half wait for food, no apology when the food finally arrived (even though they knew we had asked twice how long the food would be), we left and will never return. The management need to stop understaffing this place, give their staff some proper training in customer service and actually if they’re not going to be working, allow those they trust to run the restaurant in their absence some authority. Sadly, we will never return."

"I visited porkys with my father and brother to the birthday of my brother. my brother is autistic and so it is very special about what he eats, etc. porkys were great. we had some very tasty afteros that were not lacking from the beats as at some. the young had tasty bacon burger and chips and I had a huge but tasty cajun catfish. service was friendly, it was a Tuesday night at 18 o'clock so not much ambiente, but that was perfect for my brother. I would definitely recommend."

"Excellent as always. We had tried to get in the night before but they were fully booked, so booked a table sharpish for the next night The food is always excellent and cooked so well. It was very, very busy but it never felt like the staff were in a rush or needed to go and be somewhere else. It was actually very well staffed which I was impressed with, some restaurants there’s 1 or 2 poor wait staff running around stressed. They deserved a tip which stupidly I forgot to leave (sorry) but will definitely be back as it’s one of our favourite places for steak. Highly recommend."

"On the first warm, sunny weekend of the season, we celebrated a friend's birthday at this restaurant. We had a table on the covered terrace upstairs. Unfortunately, it overlooks the railway, but there was plenty of sunlight in the afternoon. The food was delicious, especially the vegetable dishes, steaks, and bone marrow engravings. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Surprisingly, the restaurant was quite quiet for a Saturday, possibly due to recent negative reviews."

"The restaurant had not long opened up after covid. The app for ordering food was not user friendly. The evening meal was poor and not to a restaurant standard. The wine was £10 for a 250ml glass ! The larger more reasonable at £4.50 bottle. Breakfast. We were shown to a dirty table, when we requested a different table the waitress gave us back chat. We did not have cooked breakfast , and the continental breakfast was okay, with a reasonable choose. The other two breakfast waiters were helpful and friendly."
