"Even after two previous visits with the most appalling service we tried one final time as the food is good. But, unfortunately after not even being greeted when arriving (there was only one poor person front of house who was no where to be seen on arrival), over an hour and a half wait for food, no apology when the food finally arrived (even though they knew we had asked twice how long the food would be), we left and will never return. The management need to stop understaffing this place, give their staff some proper training in customer service and actually if they’re not going to be working, allow those they trust to run the restaurant in their absence some authority. Sadly, we will never return."

The staff are really friendly and the food comes out quick . The atmosphere is great for family’s , couples and friends . The food is amazing and good value . They always have good deals on like 2 for 1 cocktails . Would highly recommend View menu

I celebrated my birthday here had some amazing food great cocktails! The best burgers! I love this place, it's one of my favorite places to eat in Bournemouth, when I visit family. I wish they had a restaurant in London where I live. I'd be a regular. The staff are friendly, friendly fun atmosphere inside the restaurant. I would 100% recommend to a friend.

Second time eating here. First time with work was great. Seemed reasonable on food was good. This time however with family was terrible. Nachos were cold and rushed. Food was too salty and meat was questionable... We ended up being ill after. As for the cost... It was extortionate. Almost 4 pounds for a coke and 8 quid for a glass of house wine. Don't be tricked with the 2 for 1 on Tuesday burgers they more than get their money back on the other parts of the meal. Won't recommend and won't return.
