"we have booked a table for 12 that was pretty cramped. staff efficient and friendly, only missing fine details e.g.: eating came out, but no cutlery or serviettes, so wait wait wait wait until this was cold during eating. asked for sauces that old people accepted to come. Meals were ok, I feel that the burgers are not as tasty as they were before. I had heard that they bought them from 'burger plus' instead of making their own. burger didn't taste fresh, more like a processed burger, I wonder if they came in frozen. it is so easy to make homemade burgers, so not sure why this cant be made especially if £13! overall we enjoyed the evening, but more attention to the bases would be appreciated."

"Group of 5, lovely table by the window so the view was nice. As it was a catch up with friends we were pleased we weren't hurried and the service was good. "Hands down the best burgers in Cheltenham. The people that build these burgers are artists. Always fresh ingredients. Cooked to perfection. Built with care and attention. Even if delivery is sometimes late. It’s worth the wait. Crispy fries (Piri Piri . Shake that’s still thick and cold like it’s just been freshly made minutes ago (Reece’s pieces shake is amazing btw . The most mouthwatering burger so full of flavour (Mexican is my choice, extra nachos! . Can’t give this place high enough praise. Excellent every time. "This was my second visit to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the first visit was better than the second. The wrong burger was brought out initially, but a replacement was given along with extra fries. We were overcharged when we were leaving, but the mistake was rectified and a refund was given on my card. We had to pay a £5 deposit per person to book their bottomless breakfast/brunch, but this was refunded in cash when we paid. The drinks listed are only bottomless. The French toast breakfast was much larger than expected, and my friend struggled to finish it. Overall, my previous visit during the summer had gone smoothly. Parking was limited, but we didn't have an issue finding a spot as it was quiet when we visited."

"came here with my friend for a catch up as heard this place was good. Place was absolutely dead so didn't have high hopes however the server was so lovely and catering. I ordered the fat pig burger which had pulled pork in it and it was amazing- best burger ever. I also had the chilli beef loaded fries which were yummy too and the showstopper for me was the onion rings- they were fab. Portion sizes are huge so will keep this in mind for my next visit. totally recommend and not bad priced also"

"Really nice bar! Visited after having food elsewhere. Friendly staff who explained the rules regarding covid, we had to check in using the qr code. All the tables were nicely spread out so it didn't feel cramped. You order and pay for everything using the app (there is another qr code at the table which takes you to the download in your app store). It was simple to use but you did need to create an account before proceeding to the payment which was a little annoying. This seems to be the norm everywhere though. We went midweek and there was 50% off cocktails which we took advantage of. Quick service to the table, I liked not having to stand around waiting at the bar for your order."

"My fiancée and I dropped in for lunch as we were passing and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The staff and especially the owner are incredibly welcoming and the restaurant itself has a great vibe. The deals are fantastic and offer a lot of bang for your buck. Because of that we were really surprised at the fact the food was so well made and incredibly tasty. Would definitely recommend this place and especially their buttermilk wings to anyone. Don’t often write reviews but when you find a local place as good as this, you have to show your appreciation. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys"

"Forgot half my order. Lied to me saying he would go get it. 25 minutes later I called the restaurant and the phone operator lied to me saying the driver was already on his way, which he told me with attitude. Over 2 hours from the delivery time I called again to be immediately hung up on. How difficult is it to read the top two items on the order receipt? Seriously disappointed by the lack of customer service. I really despise franchise businesses now, they allow people to take the **** out of customers while being protected by a whole bunch of by-laws and website pages giving you the run around trying to avoid complaints and refunds. It’s disgusting and you’re really disrespectful for doing it. Lying to my face is one thing, but then knowing you work for less an hour than what you owe me, but not willing to give up that hours wage for anyone, it’s kinda funny. It’s totally fine for me to lose an hour of my life, but if I demanded it from them I wouldn’t get it. Sort your business out; it’s already bad enough you’ve been dodging tax."

"visited the cellar door for our jubilee. the cellar door offers a vegan option for every cursor. they have another lunch and dinner menu. I asked in advance whether we had one of the lunchtime starters, one of the dinner menu starters, and the same for both main and dessert and they were very accommodating. no one wants to have the same as their partner for everyone. at the arrival they knew that we had pre-ordered that the brot came with oil instead of butter, which made us realize that they were well accommodated for us. the wee were clearly listed as vegan. they will change their menus monthly so that eating will be different, but I wanted to check every plate. curs on curs through yukon gold starter really delicious, the Avacado office and garlic and exalted were really well compressed watermelone starter it was interesting with regard to aromen, but it wasn't for me. replace the watermelon with carburized tomato slices or a carb and I think they are on a winner. I ate everything, but it was just not my cup tee. smoked oyster mushroom my man loved this, he tried every one and then worked together and it all worked nice brocolli sincean cake big baked on the cake, jersey kings, cooked to perfection. it only needed a sosse, as the filling was quite heavy, it needed a heavy of the art. ananas dessert perfect light dessert, aromen works brilliant. massive fan of limette sorbet earthberry chocolate espuma we didn't think that basilikum sorbet would work, but we were wrong. this was like a ratatouille moment of all the aromes that come together. a real experience in a court."

"This place is very popular. When we went it was completely full, but luckily we found a sit. Generally the options of burger are good, unfortunately when I went we selected one in the specials menu with bbq sauce, I found it too sweet for my licking. I have to give up half way through, but my friend loved his. The staff was very nice and welcoming."
