"Love the atmosphere of this place. This was our first time and so the idea that you finish cooking your steak to your idea of perfection on a hot stone was awesome! The choice on the menu was wonderful and we all wanted to come back before we are it looked so good. The concept is that the steaks are just sealed in the kitchen and served to you on hot stones. They all come served rare with a salt a butter and a sauce. You take the stakes of the stone immediately so they don't burn, and then you cut a piece put your butter salt and sauce if you want on the stone, then put your piece of steak on the stone to finish cooking it and seasoning it like you want. I like my steak very rare so the way it came out with was perfect and it didn't need my cooking. However because of how quickly they see the steak in the kitchen, it does need seasoning so whether you use the salt straight on your steak or on the stone, you do need to use it. Our waitress was wonderful, and suggested that even though a few of us didn't want butter salt or sauce that we should get it. She was right. She also recommended that one of our party didn't have the sliced steak, even though it is still tasty, it's not a good representation of the restaurant for our first visit. The side orders were pretty good. The fries, sweet potato fries, jacket potato, onion rings and garlic mushrooms were all great. The huge disappointment were the seasonal vegetables. They tasted precut and microwaved, and if they weren't microwaved they were old before they were boiled. You can see in the picture each piece of vegetable was very small and for the price that was a serious disappointment. The waitress was again wonderful with our drinks, with no cocktail menu she went behind the bar and made a long island iced tea herself which was delicious. Even the bill wasn't that bad when it came however, the £1 cover charge each was pretty irksome. Overall the service and the food was great and we will definitely be back to the chain."

"We entered because I fancied a bowl of chips and a drink before travelling back to Newcastle. We kindly asked if we could order just them and who believe was the owner came across showing us the size of a bowl of chips wanting to make it clear that we couldn 't. I then said to my partner to get a hot-dog and chips each since I didn 't fancy anything else and I didn 't want to be rude leaving without ordering something. Well, my boyfriend turned himself towards the owner to order and he came over and said something similar to turn back as you were and look at me in the eyes to take the order . While he was ordering he said that we also wanted 2 bottles of WATER, at that point the owner started to make a joke out of my boyfriend 's accent (being from the North of England , and keep repeating the word water multiples times (with sentences like is this the way you say it? Water? , first just in front of us (which might have been okay and then in front of his staff and the other customers there. From the moment that the owner thought it was fine to tell us how and in which way to order and took the mickey out of our accent, I thought it was fine for us to immediatly cancel the order and take ourself where customers are treated as deserved.I would like to remind the owner that the customer is the person who pays your wage, if you don 't enjoy serving people then maybe you should change your job (and attend an accelerated english course on the english language, since taking the **** when you are the first who can 't speak it doesn 't make you a genius .Anyway, bad, unpleasent and terrible experience I have ever had in a Restaurant ."

"among a large number of fried chicken restaurants, almost food joints and numerous bangladeshi restaurants is a rustic Italian restaurant with an excellent environment. on Wednesday afternoon for lunch I was amazed to see a style similar to that of a first class restaurant. the restaurant was relatiw full for a Wednesday afternoon in mile ende. the menu consisted of a few dressed in different categories that you would see in any Italian restaurants, but with a higher complication. the waiter came to explain the daily specialties that burrata with black truffles shave up and spaghetti with truffle both for reasonable prices. my friend ordered a margherita pizza that arrived with basilikum and parmesan cheese on the side. the pizza was thin crispy crust with a delicious tomato sauce, a simple dish, but prepared for a very high standard. I ordered the rabbit ragout, which was also very tasty and the pasta came al dente, I also ordered burrata with black truffles, both were very tasty. there was a formal environment with a dedicated wine menu. the waiter explained to me that the restaurant was only open two months. this restaurant can be seen as a hidden gem in mile ende and is definitely recommended to appreciate the good hearty Italian cuisine. prices can be slightly high compared to the surrounding restaurants, but for the quality of food and the ingredients it is definitiv a trip and worth the money."
