a hauch of class on the belmont road. had only the most amazing breakfast and perfect cup coffee. the personal was a complete joy and so courteous. that's somewhere I'm going to come back today.

can be busy at the weekends so they might have to wait to get a place. the personal looks friendly and the breakfast was good. had the eier benedikt and the children Nussella/Banan pfannkuchen. I'll be back.

amazing personal and service. the matcha ordered as I had seen it post about the introduction on instagram and our services was nice and asked for my feedback as it was a new supplement (was delish). nice to eat. found the place after leaving the dog in the veterinary for his physio, it is only 5 minutes on the road. the staff was very friendly and attentive, also to ensure that the syrup coffee ratio was ok lol. the food was fantastic! my mother in law was able to eat a huge gluten-free frit without additional costs that brilliant. no complaints here!

I visited Cafe Smart for the first time on Sat past with my husband and daughter. My daughter had been raving about the place and took us to try it. It was so clean and beautifully laid out, the staff were lovely and the service was excellent. The menu had something for everyone on it and the food was delicious. Lovely relaxed dining experience and would highly recommend for brunch.

Always excellent! Smart is one of our favourite spots on the Belmont Road. Obviously others agree as queues form at busy times, waiting for tables. Simon Victoria (the owners) deliver a high standard of food and service. The Staff are always courteous and friendly too. All in all, I highly recommend Smart as an eatery. More than that, they also support the local community by allowing their premises to be used by various groups. View menu

First time here, we called in for a coffee before an appointment and service staff were very polite and friendly. No seats were available when we arrived but a staff member updated us quickly to inform us that there would be tables becoming free within a few minutes. We ordered a coffee and cherry scones which were amazing size and taste!! Atmosphere was lovely too not loud as sometimes you find with other big retail coffee shops. Will definitely be back.

This has been one of our favourite places to come to for a long time however in the last 6 months staff attitude has adversely impacted our experience. Perhaps they are understaffed or not managed well but feeling unwelcome on arrival is not acceptable! Nor is their dismissal of any genuine customer concerns. The price of kids meals has nearly doubled. I think it’s outrageous to charge £7.95 for 1/2 cheese toastie, a few crisps, small fruit shoot and crispy bun. Less than a year ago it was £4.95!! Why make such a steep increase on kids food when the rest of your food has only increased by the usual 10%? I wonder have other families felt the same?

One specific Staff member was rude from the get go, and continued to be rude at the till, and we were refused to speak with the manager about a complaint we had, when querying the drastic inflation of price the girl in the till said ‘no that’s not been the price’ then she reviewed the previous price and said ‘oh that’s right’ but never apologised for the telling off my mum received and convinced her she was wrong, was never offered a receipt And don’t bother to reply with a snarky reply as to why that behaviour is appropriate, we can see from your replies that you don’t give a toss for reviews when really you should take it on board and fix the attitudes View menu
